1. Important Safety Information
i) Before You Begin
Please read this manual carefully from beginning to end before using the equipment for the first
time.
This exercise equipment is designed and built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions
are applied whenever you operate a set of exercise equipment. Make sure to read the entire
manual before assembling and operating this machine. Also, please note the following safety
precautions:
1. Read the following instructions carefully before using the machine.
2. Consult your physician or other health care professional, before beginning this or any other
exercise program.
3. Always wear proper exercise apparel when using the machine.
4. If at any time you feel faint, light-headed or dizzy while operating the machine, stop
exercise immediately. You should also stop exercising if you are experiencing pain or
pressure.
5. Keep children and pets away from the machine while in use.
6. Only one person can use the machine at a time.
7. Make sure your machine is correctly assembled before you use it. Make sure all screws,
nuts, and bolts are tightened prior to using the machine.
8. Do not operate this or any exercise equipment if it is damaged.
9. Watch your body: come up slowly; dizziness after a session means you came up too fast.
10. Wait a while after eating before using this machine. If you get nauseous, stop exercising
immediately.
11. Keep hands and feet away from any moving parts. Do not insert any objects into any
openings.
12. Keep clothes, jewelry or loose items away from moving parts.
ii) Warning
Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for
individuals over the age of 35 or persons with pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions
before using any fitness equipment. We assume no responsibility for personal injury or property
damage sustained by or through the use of this product.

Unpack the carton and check all parts. Verify that all components are present. Do not dispose of
carton or packing material until assembly has been completed and the equipment fully tested.
Allen Wrench is included for use during assembly.

Step 1
Attach the front stabilizer (16) and the
rear stabilizer (11) to the mainframe
(1) using the bolts (13).
Step 2
Insert the pedals (7) to the crank ('L'
for the left, and 'R' for the right).
Step 3
Assemble the seat (37) to the seat
moving post (66) using the attaching
nuts, washers and spring washers
(65, 64, and 63).

Step 4
Take off the seat knob (33), and then
insert the seat post (34) into the
mainframe (1). Set at the desired
height.
Step 5
Connect the sensor lines (62) to the
end (70) on the mainframe (1). Insert
the upright tube (57) into the
mainframe (1) and fix the upright tube
(57) by screws, spring washers and
arc washers (55, 68, and 36).

Step 6
Attach the handlebar (60) to the
upright tube (57) with screws (55),
spring washers (68) and arc washers
(14) and washers (36).
Step 7
Insert the male end of sensor wire
(62) into the computer (61). Connect
the pulse wires (56) with the wires on
the computer (61). Attach the
computer onto the handlebar post
(57). Open the battery covers on the
back of the computer, and install 2
AA batteries.

6. Computer Console Instructions
Please familiarize yourself with the workings of this computer console to maximize your
exercise/therapy session. It is a very powerful tool with a number of specific functions so please
read the following instructions carefully.

a) Programming Exercise Time:
Set your exercise time from 0 to 99 minutes by pressing the “SELECT” key to advance to the
time function and then use the “+” key to increase or “-” key to decrease your desired time. Each
press of the “+” or “-” key will increase or decrease the time by one minute (hold the “+” or “-” key
for rapid, continuous increase or decrease).
b) Programming Target Trip:
Set your desired target trip distance from 0 to 99.5 kms or miles by pressing the “SELECT” key
to advance to the distance function and then use the “+” or “-” keys to enter your desired
distance. Each press of the “+” or “-” key will increase or decrease the distance by 0.5km or mile
(hold the “+” or “-” key for rapid, continuous increase or decrease). For instructions on how to
select your preferred distance measure (either kms and miles), please see below under
Additional Notes.

c) Programming Calories:
Set your desired calories burned from 0 to 990 Kcal by pressing the “SELECT” key to advance
to the calories function and then use the “+” or “-” keys to enter your desired calories. Each
press of “+” or “-“ key will increase or decrease the calories by 10 Kcal (hold the “+” or “-” key for
rapid, continuous increase or decrease).
d) Programming High and Low Heart Rate Limit:
Set your desired high and low heart rate limits by pressing the “SELECT” key to advance to the
pulse / heart rate function and then use the “+” or “-” keys to enter your desired high and low
limits. The high heart rate limits are between 50 and 240 beats per minute and the low heart rate
limits are between 30 and 65 beats per minute. Each press of the “+” or “-” key will increase or
decrease by 5 beats per minute (hold the “+” or “-” key for rapid, continuous increase or
decrease). If your heart rate rises above the high heart rate limit you programmed, the console
will beep to warn you to stop exercise. In contrast, if your heart rate is lower than your desired
low heart rate limit, again the console will beep to remind you to continue your exercise.
e) Programming Age:
Set your age from 10 to 99 years by pressing the “SELECT” key to advance to the age function
and then use the “+” or “-” keys to increase or decrease to your age. Each press of the “+” or “-”
key will increase or decrease the age by 1 year (hold the “+” or “-” key for continuous increase or
decrease).
f) Program Selection:
Manual:
To enter manual (P1), press the “PROGRAM” key once. The workload level will be
shown on the display. You have full control of changing the workload level by
pressing the “+” or “-” keys while pedaling the equipment.
Programs:
There are a total of five profiles (P2 to P6) for selection. Each press of the “PROGRAM”
key will change the display. Press until the desired profile is displayed. Please see the
Profile Charts on the page 8. These profiles allow users to have full control of changing the
workload level by pressing the “+” or “-” keys while pedaling the equipment.
Heart Function:
Five different heart functions (P7 to P11) can be selected by users by pressing the button
“PROGRAM” key to advance to the Heart Function programs. The heart symbol will appear
and the percentage of Maximum Heart Rate will be shown on the bottom of the display.
You can select the percentage of Maximum Heart Rate (based on your age and medical
condition) at which you would like to exercise, as follows:
P7 50% Maximum Heart Rate
P8 60% Maximum Heart Rate
P9 75% Maximum Heart Rate
P10 85% Maximum Heart Rate
P11 95% Maximum Heart Rate
Required: A heart rate transmitter/monitor (which is sold separately) is required to measure your
heart rate, as this is the link between your heart and the fitness equipment. The computer
console will adjust resistance to maintain your heart rate within your target range.

a) SELECT key:
Use SELECT key in the setting mode, and cycle through the functions as below:

To select the different speed scale, press and hold the “SELECT” key for two seconds. The
speed scale will flash. Press the “+” or “-“ key to select it.
b) “+” key:
Press this key to increase the values of the setting mode, or increase the level of the workload.
c) “-” / RESET key:
Press this key to decrease the value of the setting mode, or decrease the level of the workload.
If you hold down this key for 2 seconds, all values expect the Heart Rate Limits and Age will be
returned to zero simultaneously.
d) PROGRAM key:
Press this key to select the exercise programs from P1 to P11.
e) Cal/Watt key:
Press this key to exchange the unit of consumption from Calorie to Watt or from Watt to Calorie.

a) After the Time, Distance and / or Calories (depending upon the program selected) counts
down to zero, the console will beep for 3 seconds. At this point, any exercise readings need to
be taken, as after the beep, the program selected will then automatically start to count up if you
continue to exercise.
b) To turn on the computer console press any key or start pedaling, at which time a backlight
will appear on LCD screen. The console will automatically switch-off once the equipment has not
been in use for two minutes.
c) To select your preferred distance measure (either kms or miles), when selecting your
desired target trip distance, keep your finger depressed on the “SELECT” key until the display
flashes and then use the “+” or “-” keys. Once you have selected your preferred measure, keep
pedaling until the display stops flashing and then continue with the set-up procedure as per the
above detailed steps.
7. Maintenance
i) Keep the product clean and free from dust, dirt and foreign substances.
ii) Inspect regularly for any damage and general ware and tear.
iii) Replace worn or damaged parts immediately.
iv) Repair of product should be carried out by a certified technician or manufacturing
company.
v) Do not repair the device outside of manufacturers recommendations.
8. Storage and Moving
i) Keep product in a clean, dry environment.
ii) Should be kept on a flat surface.
iii) Never drop or roughly handle the product.
9. Product Warranty
i) 1 year, parts only.
ii) Product warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure resulting from mis-use,
abuse, or external impact.
iii) Product warranty will not apply if there is any modification to the product outside the
manufacturers recommendations.
