WRD –Leonardo Datalogger

Collegare il WRD come da schema (collegare il Cavo LEO WRD sulla porta RJ45 nera del Leonardo)
I cavi sfilati vanno collegati alle morsettiere del WRD come indicato sotto:
Alimentazione 48Vdc
BIANCO/MARRONE-MARRONE Positivo
BIANCO/ARANCIO-ARANCIO Negativo
Comunicazione RS485
A blu
B Bianco/blu

Dalla Home, tenere premuti simultaneamente le due frecce (DOWN) (UP) per entrare nel menu setup.
3.
Scorrere fino al menu 7.5 VARIOUS tenere premuto (ENTER). Scorrere fino ad “Advanced Setup” premere
(ENTER), poi premere il tasto (UP) e tenere premuto il tasto (UP).
4.
Al menu 8.0 WBUS CONFIG. usare il comando di 'AutoConf.': tenere premuto (ENTER) per entrare in edit
mode dei parametri. Premere nuovamente (ENTER). Premere il tasto (UP), appare la scritta "RUN" nel
campo valore. Tenendo premuto il tasto (UP) viene eseguito l'autoconfigurazione di tutte le periferiche
connesse all'apparato. Tenere premuto (ENTER) per confermare.
5.
Al menu 8.2 WRM30 impostare:
MPPT = A –B
per il Leonardo Off-Grid 4kW/3000/48 GE Py (cod. 016274)
per il Leonardo Off-Grid 4kW/5000/48 GE Py (cod.016445)
MPPT= A//B
per il Leonardo Off-Grid 8kW/8000/48 GE Py (cod.017599)
Tenere premuto (ENTER) per confermare.
6.
Spostarsi nel menu 8.3 W-INVERTER. Tenere premuto (ENTER) per entrare in edit mode dei parametri.
Premere nuovamente (ENTER). Utilizzando i tasti (DOWN) e (UP) selezionare/impostare:
System Type = 3-GE-LI
*GE Power 3000 = 2200W
per il Leonardo Off-Grid 4kW/3000/48 GE Py (cod. 016274)
*GE Power 5000 = 3600W
per il Leonardo Off-Grid 4kW/5000/48 GE Py (cod.016445)
*GE Power 8000 = 5800W
per il Leonardo Off-Grid 8kW/8000/48 GE Py (cod.017599)
* nelle configurazioni trifase moltiplicare questi valori x 2

Tenere premuto (ENTER) per confermare.

Tenere premuto il tasto (ESC) per spostarsi nel menu 7.0 SYSTEM. Tenere premuto (ENTER) per entrare in
edit mode dei parametri. Premere nuovamente (ENTER) ed utilizzare i tasti (DOWN) e (UP) per
selezionare/impostare la batteria Pylontech:
Batt.Type: 2-PYLONTEC 54,00V fixed
B.Capacity: ---
OFF disch.: 15%
ON disch.: 60%
OFF charge: 100%
ON charge: 100%
WRM Pg.Load: OnSurPlus
WRM LB.Load: 50.24V

selezionare/impostare la batteria:

Connect the WRD as shown in the diagram (connect LEO WRD cable to the black RJ45 port of Leonardo)
The cables must be connected to the WRD terminal blocks as indicated below:
Supply 48Vdc
White/brown-Brown Positive
White/orange-Orange Negative
RS485 communication
A blue
B white/blue

From Home, press and hold the two arrows (DOWN) (UP) simultaneously to enter the setup menu.

Scroll to menu 7.5 VARIOUS press and hold (ENTER), Scroll to “Advanced Setup” press (ENTER), then
press the (UP) key and hold down the (UP) key.
4.
In menu 8.0 WBUS CONFIG. use the 'AutoConf.' command: keep pressed (ENTER) to enter the parameter edit
mode. Press (ENTER) again. Press the (UP)key, "RUN" appears in the value field. By keeping the (UP)
key pressed, the self-configuration of all the peripherals connected to the device is performed. Press and hold
(ENTER) to confirm.

In menu 8.2 WRM30 set:
