INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your choice of a FUELCUBETM to complement your refueling operation. This
equipment has been designed and manufactured to meet the needs of a discriminating buyer for
efficient on-site refueling of equipment.
Safe, efficient, and trouble-free operation of your FUELCUBETM requires that you and anyone else
who will be using or maintaining the tank, read and understand the Safety, Operation, Maintenance
and Troubleshooting information contained within the Operator’s Manual.
This manual covers the FUELCUBETM Models FCP250, FCP500 and FCP1000. Please use the Table
of Contents or the Index as guides to locate required information.
Keep this manual handy for frequent reference and to pass on to new operators or owners. Call your
dealer or the factory if you need assistance, information, or additional copies of the manual.
A document shelf is installed on the inside of the lid on most models for keeping the manual and
records with the FUELCUBETM.
OPERATOR ORIENTATION
The directions left, right, front and rear, as mentioned throughout this manual, are seen from the open
cover and looking toward the unit.

SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION
Always provide your dealer with the serial number of your FUELCUBETM when ordering parts or
requesting service or other information.
The serial number plate is located where indicated in the image below. Please mark the number in
the space provided for easy reference.

USER’S NOTICE
The FUELCUBETM is designed for the storage of diesel fuel –UN 1202 / UN 1993. Other
fuels may also be stored in accordance with UL approval. Closed top diked tank.
The FUELCUBETM is a double-walled UL-142 and ULC S-601 diked tank.
For use on site as a stationary tank, the FUELCUBETM is UL 142 listed for fuel storage
Fill to a maximum of 95% capacity.
Regulation size placards must be on all four (4) sides of the FUELCUBETM or its means
of transport, if being transported uncleaned.
Closures: During transport of uncleaned tanks, all valves and plugs must be closed.
Ensure pump is turned off. The closure system nearest the contents of the tank must be
closed first. Close and lock the hatch lid.
Replacement of any component must be the same specifications or equivalent.

Manual before using the FUELCUBETM.
MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty is in substitution of every warranty as to quality fitness or description expressed or
implied by statute, common law or custom.
WESTERN products are fully guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase
against faulty workmanship or material. Faulty products should be returned by the customer to
the supplier. The supplier will replace or repair any faulty item free of charge, providing there are
no obvious signs of abuse or indication that the equipment has not been used in accordance with
the Manual or instructions, and where maintenance is required this has been duly carried out.
The above warranty covers only components made by WESTERN. Any components that are not
of WESTERN’s manufacture are covered by the original manufacturer’s guarantee.
Pump, hose and nozzle are subject to Manufacturer Warranty.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: wear and tear caused by normal use, damage caused by
accident, abuse, off road use, faulty installation, misapplication, improper maintenance, violations
of product manuals, warnings, misuse of operation instructions, or Acts of God.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE can WESTERN be liable for any charges in respect of labor,
indirect losses, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of product, inability from use of product
for any purpose whatsoever and all such fees and litigation.
WESTERN cannot be held liable for any misinterpretation of information given in this book.

DANGER

SAFETY OVERVIEW
YOU are responsible for the SAFE
operation and maintenance of your
FUELCUBETM.YOU must ensure that you
and anyone else who is going to use,
maintain or work around the FUELCUBETM
be familiar with the using and maintenance
procedures and related SAFETY
information contained in this manual. This
manual will take you step-by-step through
your working day and alerts you to all good
safety practices that should be used while
using the FUELCUBETM.
Remember, YOU are the key to safety.
Good safety practices not only protect you
but also the people around you. Make
these practices a working part of your safety
program. Be certain that EVERYONE using
this equipment is familiar with the
recommended using and maintenance
procedures and follows all the safety
precautions. Most accidents can be
prevented. Do not risk injury or death by
ignoring good safety practices.
•FUELCUBETM owners must give
instructions to operators or employees
before allowing them to use the tank,
and at least annually thereafter per
OSHA (Occupation Safety and Health
Administration) regulation 1928.57.
•The most important safety device on
this equipment is a SAFE operator. It is
the operator’s responsibility to read and
understand ALL Safety and Using
instructions in the manual and to follow
these. Most accidents can be avoided.
•A person who has not read and
understood all using and safety
instructions is not qualified to use the
machine. An untrained operator
exposes him or herself and bystanders
to possible serious injury or death.
•Do not modify the equipment in any
way. Unauthorized modification may
impair the function and/or safety and
could affect the life of the equipment.
2.1 GENERAL SAFETY
1. Read and understand
the Operator’s
Manual and all safety
signs before using,
maintaining, adjusting
or cleaning the FUELCUBETM.
2. Have a first aid kit
available for use should
the need arise and know
how to use it.
3. Have a fire extinguisher
available for use should the
need arise and know how
to use it.
4. Wear appropriate protective gear. This
list includes but is not limited to:
-A hard hat;
-Protective shoes
with slip resistant
soles;
-Protective
glasses, goggles
or face shield;
-Heavy gloves;
-Protective clothing.
5. Install and secure all guards before
starting.
6. Do not allow riders.
7. Donotsmokewhenrefueling.

8. Place all controls in neutral, disconnect
power source to pump and wait for all
moving parts to stop before servicing,
adjusting, repairing or cleaning.
9. Clear the area or people, especially
small children, before using the unit.
10. Review safety related items annually
with all personnel who will be using or
maintaining the FUELCUBETM.
