Thank you for purchasing your Windshield Pro.
Please read these instructions carefully before
attempting to set up your windshield and retain them for
future reference.
If used correctly, your windshield should give you years
of trouble free use. We recommend that your windshield
is insured against accidental and storm damage as this
is not covered by the warranty.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Please lay down a groundsheet in advance, to prevent your windshield fabric becoming wet, dirt and
damage, before uppacking.
Assemble the windshield at home before setting off on your trip in order to familiarise yourself with its
assembly and ensure you have not forgotten anything, especially the first use.
Choose preferably a smooth, level site and remove all sharp objects.
This windshield is designed as a touring awning and for touring use in light to moderate weather.
During strong winds or snowfall we recommend that you take the windshield down.
This windshield is not designed for static, seasonal, permanent pitching or commercial use.
GENERAL CARE AND USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
U.V. Degradation
Any fabric can be weakened by prolonged exposure to sunlight. Under normal holiday
use your windshield will give long service. This degradation can be lessened by the use of proofing
solutions such as fabsil. Once a year (just before you put the windscreen away) cover the fabric
with your preferred proofing solution. This will not only help against U.V.
degradation, but improves waterproofing and lengthens the life span of your windshield.
UV degradation is not covered under the warranty.
Usage
This windshield is designed as a touring windshield and for touring use in light to moderate weather.
During strong winds or snowfall we recommend that you take the windshield down.
This windshield is not designed for static, seasonal, permanent pitching or commercial use.
Disregarding this could lead to invalidation of your warranty.
Storage
Store in a well-ventilated dry place. A wet/damp fabric will develop mildew surprisingly quickly.
Dirty fabric can be washed using clean water and a soft brush. Do not scrub and never use
detergents.
Safety
NEVER cook or use any naked flame near the windshield.

Connect the top connection poles over the
pin on the leg poles.
Then attach the leg support poles one by one
making sure the black bracket fits over the pin
and under the cross pole bracket as shown on
the diagram.
Unpack the windshield pro and unfold the
fabric onto the ground.
Insert the leg poles into the sleeves.
Slide the top cross poles into their sleeves.
As shown in the diagram:
Make up the leg support poles by fitting the
two poles together.
Then stand the windshield up and push the
bottom leg spikes into the ground.

You are ready to pitch your windshield.
Easier with two persons one can hold the
windshield in place while the other secures the
fittings.
Firstly insert the base plate over the bottom
of the leg and secure with the metal peg then
peg the base plate to the ground, once you
have pegged all the legs and base plates you
can adjust the length of the legs with the small
black adjusting clamp to make sure the
windshield is level.
Then using the pegging bands provided peg
the windshield all the way along the bottom of
the fabric until secure.
Once pegged the windshield should be tight
and without too many creases although this
will depend on the ground conditions.
Optional extra panels
You can extend the windshield pro by
connecting the optional extra panel available
from your retailer.
Simply slide the figure of eight connection
channel onto the beading on the end of your
Windshield Pro making sure it slides into the
stopper at the bottom of the beading then slide
the beading on the extension panel onto the
other side of the figure of eight channel fit the
cross pole and extra leg and peg down.
You can keep extending the windshield as
much as you like.
TIP:
The legs of the Windshield can be used on
alternate sides of the windshield for extra
stability.

Optional extra panels
You can extend the windshield pro by
connecting the optional extra panel available
from your retailer.
Simply slide the figure of eight connection
channel onto the beading on the end of your
Windshield Pro making sure it slides into the
stopper at the bottom of the beading then slide
the beading on the extension panel onto the
other side of the figure of eight channel fit the
cross pole and extra leg and peg down.
You can keep extending the windshield as
much as you like.

Windshield Pro can be connected to the
awning rail on your van via the special
beading fitted.
The optional extra panel and door panal
available from your retailer.
