5 Replacement of Parts
•Unplug the power cord before servicing.
1. Model :
WSN11W
Part Name
Thermostat.
Operating Procedure
1. Remove Ice Cube Box. 2. Remove Ice Cube Tray. 3. Remove Tray Chiller.
4. Remove Freezer Corner. 5. Adjust Knob Thermo to “Min” position. 6. Pull out Thermo.
7. Release screws at FF.Cover. 8. Lift FF. Cover. 9. Pull out Thermostat socket.

10. Release Thermostat’s lock. 11. Pull out Thermostat from Plate MTG
Motor.
12. Pull out electrical wire from
Thermostat by gripping the plug.
13. After replacing Thermostat, reverse the steps above.

Fan
Operating Procedure
1. Follow step 1-8 of replacing Thermostat.
2. Dig Spring. 3. Pull out Fan from Fan Motor. 4. After replacing Fan , reverse the steps
above.

Fan Motor.
Operating Procedure
1. Follow step 1-9 of replacing Thermostat.
2. Press Plate MTG Motor to
remove lock.
3. Lift Plate MTG Motor out. 4. Return the Plate MTG Motor to show
behind side.
5. Hold Recept Terminal then pull out
electrical wire from Fan Motor.
6. Dig Spring. 7. Pull out Fan from Fan Motor.
8. Release screw at Cover A. 9. Pull fan motor from Plate MTG Motor. 10. Separate Fan Motor from Cover A.

11. Pull Back Grommet from Fan Motor. 12. After replacing Fan Motor, reverse the steps above.
Part Name
Glass Tube Heater.
Operating Procedure
1. Follow step 1-11 of replacing Fan Motor.
2. Hold the socket of Glass Tube Heater
and then pull out.
3. Hold the socket of Glass Tube Heater
and then pull out.
4. Use small steel stick to press at the
Recept Terminal while pull out electrical
wire.
5. Pull out electrical wire from socket. 6. Hold and lift Evaporator up 7. Remove aluminium tape that cover
electrical wire.

8. Remove aluminium tape that cover
electrical wire.
9. Hold Glass Tube Heater at the rubber
connector.
10. After replacing Glass Tube Heater,
reverse the steps above.
Part Name
Bimetal Thermo
Operating Procedure
1. Follow step 1-11 of replacing Fan Motor.
2.Pull out socket of Bimetal Thermostat. 3. Use small steel stick to press at the
Recept Terminal while pull out electrical
wire.
4. Pull out electrical wire from socket.
5. Cut out Cable Tie from Evaporator
tube.
6. Remove Bimetal Thermostat. 7. After replacing Bimetal Thermostat,
reverse the steps above.
