Cycle Guides
You can use this Washer/Dryer to wash only, dry only, or wash and dry. This Washer/Dryer has a unique user interface to help you
select the best wash cycle for your load.
Use the TOUCH SELECTOR to choose the washing and/or drying programs available for your Washer/Dryer.
To access the desired program, slide your nger on the edge of the selector clockwise and counterclockwise.
Know your Washer/Dryer’s Cycles:
* Stains removed: Extra virgin olive oil, beet, chocolate fudge candy,
plum stock, cherry stock, marker pen, watercolor pen, caramel, regular
beer, black beer, cola soda, white glue, white school latex glue, pitaya
cream, mouthwash, grape soda, blackberry jam, strawberry jam, egg
yolk, bacon fat, red currant, iodine, strawberry yogurt, ketchup, crayons,
mango, butter, makeup, honey, oatmeal, barbecue sauce, tomato sauce,
pepper sauce, yakissoba sauce, oil, baby food (potato and carrot/banana
and oats), toothpaste, papaya pulp, passion fruit pulp, bovine blood,
strawberry ice cream, orange juice and tomato juice.

Cycle Description
Normal Use this cycle for slightly dirty everyday clothes, such as shirts and trousers, T-shirts and blouses. The default
duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 1 hour 45 minutes. This cycle is suitable for cotton fabrics.
Quick Use this cycle to wash lightly dirty laundry in a shorter time. The default duration of this cycle, without any
function change, is 32 minutes.
Delicates This cycle is specic to underwear in general, providing a gentler wash than other programs. The default
duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 2 hours.
Colors Use this cycle for colored clothes. This cycle does not allow drying.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 2 hours 32 minutes.
Whites Use this cycle for yellowed white clothes that need more intensive washing. This cycle has a longer washing
time for more efcient cleaning. The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 1 hour 30
minutes.
Gentle care This washing program is exclusive for pieces composed of wool. This cycle does not allow drying.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 1 hour 7 minutes. The wool wash cycle
of this machine has been approved by The Woolmark Company for the washing of wool items
machine washable.
Clean Washer Use this cycle to perform the periodic cleaning of your Washer & Dryer. Refer to additional instructions in item
“6.1 Internal Cleaning of the Washer & Dryer” on page 20.
Important: Do not put clothes and supplies in your Washer & Dryer for this program.
This cycle does not allow changes to the options and cannot be paused after starting with the start/pause
button. If you wish to interrupt it, cancel it with the ON/OFF button. If you want to continue with the interrupted
cycle, simply press the ON/OFF button again.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 3 hours 15 minutes.
Baby Clothes Use this cycle to remove organic dirt or food from your baby’s clothes. The default duration of this cycle,
without any function change, is 1 hour 30 minutes.
Towels Use this cycle for bed linen, quilts and bath linen.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 1 hour 47 minutes.
Bulky items Use this cycle to wash single bed blankets and comforters with maximum size of 1.6 m x 2.4 m). This cycle
does not allow drying.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 2 hours 1 minute.
Eco Use this cycle for delicate pieces, such as silk or synthetic material. Check the label of clothes to make sure
the piece can be washed and/or machine dried. This cycle combines shorter washing time, lower temperatures
and centrifugation at reduced speeds.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 1 hour 32 minutes.
Jeans Use this cycle for pants, blouses and other jeans items.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 2 hours 2 minutes.
Stain removal pro Use this cycle for colored clothes made of resistant fabrics and very dirty/with stains*.
The default duration of this cycle, without any function change, is 1 hour 45 minutes.
IMPORTANT: The approximate time of each program will be
displayed on the digital display.
During cycle run, the display shows the remaining program
time. The cycle time is not xed and may vary due to factors
such as tap water pressure and temperature, uctuation of the
power grid, unbalance of clothes inside the basket, amount
and type of clothes and detergent.

START /PAUSE key
To start the selected Washer/Dryer
program, press the START/PAUSE
button. If you want to pause the
Washer/Dryer operation temporarily,
use the same button. When pausing
the product and then starting it, the
product will drain the water that may
be in the basket.
Touch Screen and options
All programs have predened settings, but you can change them
as follows. To change them, press the Touch Screen in the region
of the numbers indicated in the picture.
1. Temperature
Allows you to change the temperature
of the water in the washing steps
(agitation of the clothes with water and
detergent).
The temperature can be chosen from:
• Cold: room temperature (no heating)
• Warm: between 30 and 40 °C
• Hot: between 40 and 55 °C
Check the recommended temperature
on the label of clothes, read page 12
for more information.
2. Wash Time
Allows you to change the time your
clothes will remain in the washing
stage (agitation of the clothes with
detergent and water).
The time can be changed between 3
and 120 minutes depending on the
washing program, where each one has
a specic range.
3. Rinse
Allows you to change the amount of
rinses of each program.
The amount of rinses can be changed
from 1 to 6, depending on the
program.
4. Spin Time
Allows you to change the time
your clothes will remain in the
centrifugation stage.
The time can be changed from 1 to 9
minutes depending on the program.
5. Spin Speed
Allows you to change the speed at
which your clothes will be centrifuged.
Centrifuge speed can be chosen
between:
• Extra: clothes come out drier and
may come out wrinkled. This option
is recommended for heavy fabrics.
Depending on the cycle, it can vary
between 800 and 1400 rpm.
• Normal: clothes come out damp
and may come out lightly wrinkled at
the end of the wash. Depending on
the cycle, it can vary between 600 and
1000 rpm.
• Gentle: Clothes come out wetter
and may come out less wrinkled at
the end of the wash. Depending on
the cycle, it varies between 400 and
800 rpm.
Silent Mode
Selecting this function, the
Washer/Dryer will decrease the
vibration during the centrifugation
step,reducing the noise level.
This function can only be selected in
some programs.
For this function to achieve its
maximum efciency, ensure that
the clothes are well distributed in
the basket and that the product is
correctly levelled.
7. Tumble Fresh
This function should be used if you
cannot remove the clothes from your
Washer/Dryer immediately after the end
of the cycle.
Washer/Dryer will move your clothes
periodically to help prevent wrinkles on
your clothes.
8. Drum Light
Selecting this function, the Washer/
Dryer will turn on an LED light
inside the clothes basket, to ease
visualization.
This function is not available during
drying as the high temperature could
damage the lamp.

9. Control Lock
Selecting this function, the Washer/
Dryer will lock any changes in the
cycle after the beginning of washing
or drying to prevent your Washer/
Dryer from being accidentally
reprogrammed. If you wish to
reprogram, you will have to turn the
machine off and restart the process.
To deactivate this function, keep your
nger positioned on the Lock Panel
button for about 3 seconds.
NOTE: The Panel Lock function
will be activated only after the cycle
starts.
11. Delay Wash
This function should be used if you
want to program your Washer/Dryer,
but do not want the cycle to begin
immediately.
You can delay the start of the cycle by
up to 12 hours, this way the Washer/
Dryer will start the cycle after the
selected time.
The time selected in this function will
be apparent on the Touch Screen
until the start of the cycle. When the
cycle starts, the display will show the
remaining time, in a descending way,
for the end of the cycle.
12. Stain Assistant
This function helps reduce* specic
stains on your clothes.
The Washer & Dryer will schedule
the best temperature, and washing
time to assist in reducing each type
of stain; being grease, tomato sauce,
chocolate, grass and makeup. This
function is available in the programs
Normal, Whites, Baby Clothes,
Towels and Eco.
*According to a comparative internal
test carried out on cotton fabric with
the same cycles without the Specic
Stains option selected.
10. Dry
This function should be used to select
the DRY function in some programs
where it is not pre-selected, and to
change the drying mode between the
options below:
• For time: It allows you to select
the time your clothes will stay in the
drying stage (30 min, 1 hour or 2
hours).
• Automatic: It allows you to select
one of the following options, in
which your Washer & Dryer will set
the drying duration automatically,
depending on the amount of clothes
in the basket:
1. Super Dry: dry clothes to be stored
at the end of the cycle
2. Easy Ironing: lightly damp clothes,
the ideal way to iron
3. Delicate: delicately dried clothes,
at lower temperatures
For best performance, the product
will automatically select a 9 min
centrifugation at Extra speed when
the Dry function is enable.
IMPORTANT:
• The maximum drying capacity is 6 kg and the excess load will
impair the efciency of dry cycles. For more details, refer to “2.
Load laundry into Washer/Dryer” page 14.
• During drying it is not possible to turn on the Internal Light and
PAUSE the product.

the instructions of the manufacturer of this washing machine. M1631.

Choosing the Right Detergent
Use only High Efciency detergents. The package will be marked
“HE” or “High Efciency.” Low-water washing creates excessive
sudsing with a non-HE detergent. Using non-HE detergent
will likely result in longer cycle times and reduced rinsing
performance. It may also result in component malfunction and,
over time, buildup of mold or mildew. HE detergents should be
low-sudsing and quick-dispersing to produce the right amount
of suds for the best performance. They should hold soil in
suspension so it is not redeposited onto clean clothes. Not all
detergents labeled as High Efciency are identical in formulation
and their ability to reduce suds. For example, natural, organic, or
homemade HE detergents may generate a high level of suds.
Always follow the detergent manufacturer’s instructions to
determine the amount of detergent to use.
Use only High Efciency
(HE) detergent.
About Detergent Concentration
Today’s liquid HE detergents are concentrated. Most brands of
concentrated HE detergent will show the level of concentration
on the bottle.
However, if the detergent bottle does not give the concentration,
it can be easily calculated. Just divide the package size in uid
ounces by the number of loads. Then refer to the chart below to
nd the concentration.
If you do not get your desired cleaning results, set the
concentration level to a lower concentration number. If you have
excess suds, set the concentration level to a higher concentration
number.

IMPORTANT:
■Do not use chlorine bleach in this
washer/dryer. Chlorine bleach will
damage it.

Sort items by recommended cycle, water temperature, and color-
fastness. Separate heavily soiled items from lightly soiled. Separate
delicate items from sturdy fabrics. Treat stains promptly and check
for colorfastness by testing stain remover products on an inside
seam.
IMPORTANT:
■Empty pockets. Loose change, buttons, or any small
object can plug pumps and may require a service call.
■Close zippers, fasten hooks, tie strings and sashes, and
remove non-washable trim and ornaments.
■Mend rips and tears to avoid further damage to items
during washing.
■Turn knits inside out to prevent pilling. Separate lint-takers
from lint-givers. Synthetics, knits, and corduroy fabrics will
pick up lint from towels, rugs, and chenille fabrics.
■Do not dry garments if stains remain after washing, because
heat can set stains into fabric.
■Always read and follow fabric care labels and laundry
product instructions. Improper usage may cause damage
to your garments.
Using the Smart All-In-One Washer/Dryer
First wash cycle without laundry
Before washing clothes for the rst time, set up the Load & Go™
bulk dispenser (see page 9). Choose the Regular (What to Wash)
and Quick (How to Wash) cycle and run it without clothes. Use
only HE detergent. This initial cycle serves to ensure the interior is
clean and the bulk dispenser is primed and ready for use before
washing clothes.
If using liquid HE detergent in both Dispenser 1 and Dispenser 2,
you will need to run a second cycle without laundry as indicated
above to prime Dispenser 2 and clean the interior. Using the
Tools button, make sure that Dispenser 1 is disabled when
priming Dispenser 2 for detergent.
1. Sort and prepare your laundry
1.1. Open the Washer & Dryer door, pulling it forward.
1.2. Put the clothes in the basket loosely. Do not overload the Washer/
Dryer and follow the recommendations of each program. For washing
and drying programs, or only drying, make sure that the clothes are
not compressed in the basket.
The nominal capacities (10,1 kg for washing and 6 kg for drying) are
stated based on a specic clothing load for testing. This load consists
of different items, the characteristics of which are specied by the
Ordinance of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade
- MDIC, No. 185 for washing and IEC 61121 for drying.
For a good performance of your Washer/Dryer, the volume of the
clothes also should be considered, as there are certain types of items
which, although light, are bulky and may fall below the declared
nominal capacity, such as, for instance, synthetic fabrics in general
and foam-lled items.
1.3. Close the Washer/Dryer door, pushing it rmly until you hear the
latch click shut. The door will remain closed during all wash and/or dry
cycles.
IMPORTANT:
■After the entire washing and/or drying program is
completed, the door is automatically unlocked and can be
open to remove the clothes from the basket.
■During the cycle, the door can only be opened if the START/
PAUSE button is pressed or if the program is canceled by
pressing the ON/OFF button.
2. Load laundry into washer/dryer

The Dispenser is a drawer with 2 compartments (softener q,
detergent w) that automatically stores and distributes the
inputs during the steps of washing. To use it, just pull it with
one hand to open it, pour softener/detergent as the instructions
below and close it, pushing it in gently to avoid that the
products spill.
It is normal for small amounts of water and softener/detergent
to remain in the compartments when the washing program is
complete. Clean your Dispenser periodically, as recommended
“Cleaning the Dispenser”, page 16.
Do not place inputs directly into the Washer/Dryer basket.
Always use the appropriate compartments, as shown.
Compartment eshould not be used.
Softener q
■Pour softener in the left compartment q. Its use is optional.
■Do not exceed the maximum level (MAX) indicated in the
compartment. If this occurs, softener may be dispensed on
the product before the appropriate time and may stain the
fabrics.
■Some softeners are very viscous and may not dispense
properly. In this case, dilute the softener with a little bit of
water before use.
Liquid Detergent w
■Use the right compartment (detergent) wwhenever a
washing program is selected.
■The amount of detergent to be used should be in accordance
with the level of dirt and the amount of clothes to be
washed. For liquid detergent, use a maximum of 40 ml or 2
tablespoons.
■If during washing you notice excessive foam formation,
reduce the amount of liquid detergent in the next washings.
The excess foam will make your Washer/Dryer automatically
change the rinse step, extending the total cycle time.
Powder Detergent w
■Use the right compartment (detergent) wwhenever a
washing program is selected.
■The amount of detergent to be used should be in accordance
with the level of dirt and the amount of clothes to be
washed. For powder detergent, do not exceed the size of
the measuring cup or 32 g of input, indicated for very dirty
clothes and maximum capacity of washing.
■If during washing you notice excessive foam formation,
reduce the amount of powder detergent in the next
washings.
■The excess foam will make your Washer/Dryer automatically
change the rinse step, extending the total cycle time.
■At the end of each wash, powder detergent residue can
remain in the Dispenser. That is normal. Clean the dispenser
after the end of the wash.
3. Using the dispenser



IMPORTANT:
■In case of surplus detergent, the message F0E2 may appear.
For the next washings, reduce the quantity of detergent. Use
the measuring cup and follow the instructions on the product
label for correct dosing.
4. Program your Washer/Dryer

ON/OFF button for approximately 2
seconds to turn the product ON.
To turn the product OFF, place
your nger on the same button for

automatically switch off, except
when the Tumble Fresh function is
activated. For more details on this
function, see the “Touch Screen” item,
on page 9.

CLEANING THE WASHER/DRYER
INTERNALLY
Every two months, perform the internal cleaning of
Washer & Dryer following the steps below:
1. Make sure that there are no items of clothing in the Washer/
Dryer.
2. Select the Clean Washer cycle on the panel.
3. Let the Washer/Dryer run the whole cycle.
IMPORTANT: When selecting the Clean Washer cycle, do
not use washing inputs (bleach, detergent or softener) - in
the dispenser or in the basket.
CLEANING THE WASHERDRYER
EXTERNALLY
In order not to damage and increase the life of your
Washer/ Dryer:
■Clean the lid glass weekly, avoiding accumulation of debris.
Never use window cleaners to avoid damaging the material
used in Washer/Dryer.
■Use neutral detergent, applied with a sponge or soft cloth.
Never use alcohol, removers or abrasive substances,
especially on the external display of the door, as it may
cause a chemical reaction or scratches, damaging the
Washer/Dryer.
■Do not use water jets when cleaning your Washer/Dryer,
as this may damage it.
CLEANING THE DOOR SEAL
Always wipe off dirt and lint remains with a soft sponge after
use.
If there are objects, such as pins, in the rubber gaps, remove
them.
CLEANING THE DISPENSER
Clean the dispenser regularly to ensure the proper
functioning of your Washer/Dryer.
1. Open dispenser’s drawer until it stops and locks.
2. Press the lock on the bottom of the dispenser and
simultaneously pull it out,shown in the picture, so that it
unlocks and be removed.
3. Wash the dispenser with running water and a brush or
paintbrush.
4. Clean the slot, in which the dispenser was removed, with
a sponge soaked in water.
5. Put the dispenser back in the product.

CLEANING THE BUTTONS CATCH
COMPARTMENT
The Buttons Catch Compartment retains buttons, coins and
other objects that may eventually detach from clothes and
remain in your Washer/Dryer. Periodically, clean the Buttons
Catch Compartment following the steps below:
1. Open the lid by pulling it down through the top tab.
2. Locate a drain, a drainage point or a container to drain
the water according to the following steps.
CLEANING THE HOSE’S SCREEN FILTER
Every 2 months, it will be necessary to unscrew the hose
from the tap and submit the screen lter to a water jet; a
brush can also be used to clean it.
IMPORTANT: Keep the screen lter in the same position as it
came from the factory. In that position, impurities in the water
are prevented from clogging the lter.


3. Use hose qto drain the remaining water into the drain
or point of drainage.
■Remove the lid at the end of the hose.
■Lower the end of the hose to oor level.
■Wait until the water in the product runs out.
■Replace the lid at the end of the hose..
■Reinstall the hose in the clicks as shown in the following
picture.
4. Remove the lid from compartment w, by turning it
clockwise as shown in the picture on the side.
5. Carry out the cleaning.
6. Reinstall the lid win its slot by turning it
counterclockwise.
Turn the lid until you feel the end of the thread course.
7. Reinstall the hose qin the bracket at the top left.
8. Lift and close the Catch Buttons Compartment lid,
pushing it until you hear the click.




WINTER STORAGE CARE
IMPORTANT: To avoid damage, install and store Washer/
Dryer where it will not freeze. Because some water may
stay in hoses, freezing can damage washer/dryer. If storing
or moving during freezing weather, winterize your Washer/
Dryer.
To winterize Washer/Dryer:
1. Shut off water faucet, disconnect and drain water inlet
hose.
HELPFUL TIP: Attach a reminder note to the Washer/
Dryer to turn the water back on before washer’s next use.
2. Remove the Buttons Catch Compartment.
3. Put 1 qt. (1 L) of R.V.-type antifreeze in drum and run
washer on Normal cycle for about 2 minutes to mix
antifreeze and remaining water.
4. Unplug washer/dryer or disconnect power.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Proper installation is your responsibility. Check code
requirements. Some codes limit, or do not permit, installing
Washer/Dryer in garages, closets, mobile homes, or sleeping
quarters. Contact your local building inspector.
You will need:
nA separate 20 A circuit.
nA grounded electrical outlet located no more than 2 feet
(610 mm) from either side of the dryer. See “Electrical
Requirements.”
n Only cold water tap located no more than 4 feet (1.2 m) from
the cold water ll valve on the washer and a water pressure of
3-116 psi (20- 800 kPa).
n A level oor with a maximum slope of 1 “(25 mm) under the full
washer. Installation on carpets or foam-backed surfaces is not
recommended.
n The oor must support the total weight of the washer (with
water and load) of 400 lbs (180 kg).
n To install in your garage, place the dryer at least 18 “(460 mm)
above the oor.
IMPORTANT: do not install, store or operate the Washer/Dryer
where it will be exposed to the weather or temperatures below 32
° F (0 ° C). Water remaining in washer/dryer after use may cause
damage in low temperatures. See “ Smart All-In-One Washer/
Dryer Maintenance” for winterizing information.
All dimensions show recommended spacing allowed, except for
closet door ventilation openings which are the minimum required.
For each arrangement, consider allowing more space for ease of
installation and servicing, and spacing for companion appliances
and clearances for walls, doors, and oor moldings.
Space must be large enough to allow door to fully open. Add
spacing of 1” (25 mm) on all sides of washer/dryer to reduce
noise transfer. If a closet door or louvered door is installed, top
and bottom air openings in door are required.
