In the case that the User determines the product equipment is not secured as technically, and then should

Security

Güvenlik sembollerinin gösterimi / Display of safety signs
Güvenlik uyarıları üçgen güvenlik sembolü ve bunun önüne gelen anahtar kelimesi ile
işaretlenmiştir. Anahtar kelime (TEHLİKE, UYARI, DİKKAT) oluşabilecek tehlikenin derecesini
tanımlar ve aşağıdaki anlama sahiptir.
The safety warnings will be marked with triangle safety signs together with key word in front of.
The key word (DANGER, WARNING, and ATTENTION) will depict the degree of the hazard
to be occurred and have the following meaning.
TEHLİKE / DANGER
Önlenmediği durumda yüksek risk taşıyan, ölüm veya ağır yaralanmalara (organ kaybı veya kalıcı
sakatlıklar) neden olabilecek tehlikeleri işaret eder. Bu uyarılara dikkat edilmemesi durumunda
doğrudan ölüm veya ağır yaralanma tehlikesi vardır.
Shows the hazardous situations causing death and fatal injuries (loss of tract or permanent
disabilities), in the cases that it is not prevented. If not paid attention to those warnings, there
would be hazardous situations causing death and fatal injuries.
UYARI / WARNING
Önlenmediği durumda orta seviyede risk taşıyan, ölüm veya (ağır) yaralanmalara neden olan olası
tehlikeleri işaret eder. Bu uyarılara dikkat edilmemesi durumunda şartlara bağlı olarak ölüm veya
ağır yaralanma tehlikesi vardır.
Shows medium-level hazardous situations causing death and fatal injuries, if it is not prevented.
In the case that it is not paid attention to those situations, there would be hazard of death and fatal i
njuries depending on the circumstances.

Önlenmediği durumda düşük seviyede risk taşıyan, hafif veya orta dereceli yaralanmalara veya
maddi hasarlara neden olabilecek tehlikeleri işaret eder.
Shows the lower level hazardous situations causing slight and medium level injuries or material
damages, if it is not prevented.

işaret eder. Bu uyarılara uyulmaması durumunda üründe veya ürün çevresinde hasarlar

Shows that a particular behaviour or process shall be done in order that the product will be used in
accordance with the rules and instructions. In the case that these warning are not practised, there
would be damages at the product or its environment.

5.1. Teslimatın İncelenmesi
5.1.1. Paketi inceleyin
Teslimatta paketi, hasarlı ve/veya eksik parça olma ihtimali nedeniyle inceleyin.
Hasarlı ve/veya eksik olan parçaları varsa faturaya ve nakliye makbuzuna not edin.
Herhangi bir eksik ve/veya hasar olması durumunda nakliye şirketine talep bildiriminde bulunun. Ürün distribütörden
alınmışsa, direkt olarak distribütöre talep bildiriminde bulunun.
5.1.2. Ürünü inceleyin
Ürünü, parçalarında hasar ve/veya eksik olma ihtimaline karşın inceleyin.
Herhangi bir sorun olması halinde satış temsilciniz ile iletişime geçin.
5.2. Taşıma Talimatları
İnsanların yaralanmaması veya ürüne hasar gelmemesi için ürünün devrilmeyeceğinden ya da düşmeyeceğinden emin
olun.
İç ve dış aksamlarında hasar oluşmaması için ürünü düşürmeyin ve darbe yüklerine maruz bırakmayın.
Tüm kaldırma ve taşıma işlemlerini, geçerli bütün yönetmelikler ve standartlar uyarınca yapın.
Ürün ve ekipmanların taşınmasında yeterli kapasitede bir forklift vb. araç kullanın.
Ürünleri taşıma sırasındaki tüm süreçlerde, iş güvenliği kapsamında bulunan ilgili kişisel koruyucu donanımları
kullanın.
NOT : Ürünlerin taşınması ve depolanması sırasında tüm kişisel ve çevresel güvenlik tedbirlerini alınız. Aksi halde
istenmeyen hasarlar meydana gelebilir.
Delivery and Transportation
5.1. Examination of the delivery
5.1.1. Examine the package
Upon delivery, examine the package for any damage and/or missing parts.
If there are damaged and/or missing parts, note them down in the invoice and shipping documents.
In case of availability of any lack and/or damage, notify the shipping company on your claim. If the product has been
purchased from the distributor, convey your claim directly to the distributor.
5.1.2. Examine the product
Examine the product for any damage and/or lacks.
In case of any problems contact your sales representative.
5.2. Shipment Instructions
Assure that the product is delivered in such a way that it does not rolls over or falls in order to prevent injuries or damage of
the product.
Do not let fall the product and expose it to impact loads in order to prevent damaging of internal and external accessories.
Carry out any lifting and carrying in line with all regulations and standards in force.
Use a forklift etc. Tools with appropriate capacity for the carriage of the product and equipment.
Throughout the entire process during carriage of the products, use individual protection equipment within the scope of work
safety.
NOTE: Take any individual and environmental safety measures during the carriage and storage of the products. Otherwise,
undesirable damages may occur.

Kablo Özellikleri ve Minimum Kesitleri
6.1
Bu ürünü satın alan montajcı, ürünün eksiksiz tüm aksesuarlarını ( ön ve arka fotoseller,
ikaz lambası vb. emniyet ve uyarı ekipmanları ) kullanmalıdır.
Mekanizmanın kullanım alanına göre, güç trimpotu ve dip siviç ayarları gibi kontrol panel ayarlarını yapmakla
yükümlüdür.
Eksik montajlardan doğabilecek maddi ve manevi kazalardan üretici firmamız WHITE ROSE sorumlu değildir.
Montajı yapan kişi veya kuruluş mekanizmada olabilecek arızaları hızlı bir şekilde giderecek ve son kullanıcıyı
mağdur etmeyecektir.
Montajcı, montaj bitiminde son kullanıcıya ürünü nasıl kullanacağını, fotosellerin, butonun, ikaz lambasının
işlevini ve fotosellerin göremediği kör nokta vb. alanları göstererek maddi ve manevi hasarların doğabileceğini
son kullanıcıya anlatarak bilinçlendirmekle yükümlüdür.
Ayrıca montajcı, kullanma kılavuzunu ve garanti belgesini müşteriye imzalatıp vermek mecburiyetindedir.
The assembler who purchased this product must use the safety and warning accessories (such as front and back
photocells and warning lamp).
According to the usage area, the assembler is obliged to adjust the control panel of the mechanism (power trimpot
and dip switch adjustments etc.)
Our manufacturer firm WHITE ROSE shall not be responsible for material and moral damage due to the faulty
installation. Person or association that will assemble shall remove the failures on the mechanism on due time and
will not cause any trouble for end user.
The assembler shall be obliged to explain and raise the awareness of the end user how to use the product,
functions of photocells, buttons, warning lamp and to show them the area of blind spot etc. as well as the
assembler shall draw the attention of the end user about the material and moral damages that could be occurred.
On the other hand, the assembler shall be obliged to submit the operating manual and warranty document by
getting them signed.

The expression written on the label of FOCUS automatic sliding gate operator engine /motor that you have procured is the bearing
capacity of the motor. It was given based on the avoirdupois weight of the door and the weight that you have felt pulling by your
hand has not taken basis. The motor that you have selected must be in conformity with the motor door weight.
Please check if the door could be open easily or not before assembling. The door must be so comfortable for long life motor.
If the door is not comfortable, please check if there are any wheel bearing and transmission iron on the rail or not and replace
them by procuring.
Please pay attention that the cable that is spanned for energy must be TTR (multiple wire) cable.
Against the electric leakage possibility, you must connect the grounding for the life safety.
You must connect the photocells at the opening and closing position of the door for life safety and check if you have connected
in the right position or not (check if it is on the operation).
Satın almış olduğunuz FOCUS otomatik yana kayar kapı operatörü etiketinde yazan, motorun itme kapasitesidir.
Kapının tartı ağırlığı baz alınarak verilmiştir, elinizle çekerek hissettiğiniz ağırlık baz alınmamıştır. Seçmiş
olduğunuz motorun, kapı ağırlığına uygun olmasına dikkat edin.
Montaj yapılmadan önce kapının rahat açılıp kapandığını kontrol edin. Motorun uzun ömürlü olabilmesi için
kapının çok rahat hareket etmesi gerekmektedir.
Kapı rahat hareket etmiyorsa teker rulmanlarını ve ray üzerinde transmisyon demirinin olup olmadığını
kontrol edin ve gerekirse bunları yenileri ile değiştirin.
Enerji için çekilen kablonun TTR (çok telli) kablo olmasına dikkat edin.
Elektrik kaçağı olasılığına karşı can güvenliği açısından topraklamayı mutlaka bağlayın.
Can ve mal güvenliği için kapının açılma ve kapanma yönündeki fotoselleri mutlaka bağlayın ve
kontrolünü yaparak fotosellerin doğru çalıştığından emin olun.

Dig a hole according to the measurements as given in Figure 4, pull the photocell, energy and the warning
lamp cables through the pipe, to place them to that point.
Attach the mounting plate to the implementation point with
appropriate fixtures. Pay attention that existing cables are not

to operate the system in a sound way, connect the grounding cable.

* When first energy is given to the gate,
* When the opening and closing distance is requested to be re-programmed.
Gate Assignment Buon
For programming the gate operation distance, process respectively
as given below.
1. Open the gate 15-20cm while the motor is set to manual.
2. Take the motor to automatic mode.
3. Give energy to the system.
4. The gate will move at a low speed towards closing. During closing,
the warning lamp will flash. The gate will stop by leaning to the
stopper, that determines the closing position.
5. Keep the gate assignment button pressed for 1 second.
6. After having leaned at a slow motion to the stopper, that
determines the closing position and recorded such position, the gate
will move to open. While the gate opens, the warning lamp will flash
quickly. When the gate leans to the stopper that defines the opening
distance and records such position, it will wait for 5 seconds and then
close the gate at normal speed. This time, during the closing of the
gate, the warning lamp will flash quickly. After the gate closes, the
warning lamp will flash very fast for 5 seconds. After the flash stops,
the programming will have been completed.
7. Upon having applied above listed steps respectively, you can start
to use the system.
Note : The product’s opening and closing distance of the gate is 7
meters. In order to store the gate opening closing distance, the
motor first closes the way. When opening, it measures the distance
and stops at maximum 7 meters. Therefore, when a gate is used,
which is longer than 7 meters, it will not be able to open the way
entirely, so that the excess part of the gate will continue to close
the way.
Note 2: Even if the battery is connected, the door cannot be can not
be set when the mains voltage is not connected.
Note 3: If the door remains in the open position after programming
(installation) is completed, set dip switch 1 to ON, the system will
return to installation mode and adjust the door direction.
Kapının çalışma mesafesini programlamak için aşağıdaki
işlemleri sırası ile uygulayın.
1. Motor manuel durumda iken kapıyı 15-20cm açın.
2. Motoru otomatik konuma alın.
3. Sisteme enerji verin.
4. Kapı, kapanma yönünde yavaş hızda hareket eder.
Kapanma sırasında ikaz lambası devamlı olarak yanar.
Kapı, kapanma konumunu belirleyen stopere dayanıp
durur.
5. Tanıtma Butonuna 1sn basılı tutun.
6. Kapı, kapanma konumunu belirleyen stopere yavaş
hızda dayanıp konumunu hafızaya aldıktan sonra açılma
yönünde hareket eder. Kapı, açılma işlemini yaparken ikaz
lambası hızlı flaş yaparak yanar. Kapı, açılma konumunu
belirleyen stopere dayanıp konumunu hafızaya aldıktan
sonra 5 sn kadar bekleyip normal hızda kapıyı kapatır. Kapı
kapanırken ikaz lambası bu sefer hızlı yanıp söner. Kapı
kapandıktan sonra ikaz lambası 5sn boyunca çok hızlı flaş
çakar, flaş durduktan sonra programlama bitmiş olur.
7. Yukarıdaki adımları sırasıyla uyguladıktan sonra sistemi
kullanmaya başlayabilirsiniz.
Not :Ürünün kapıyı açma ve kapatma mesafesi
maksimum 7 metredir. Motor, kapının açma kapama
mesafesini hafızaya almak için önce yolu kapatır.
Açarken mesafeyi ölçer ve maksimum 7 metrede durur.
Dolayısıyla 7 metreden uzun olan kapı kullanıldığında,
yolu tamamen açamaz kapının fazla olan kısmı yolu
kapatmaya devam etmiş olur.
Not 2: Akü bağlı olsa bile şebeke gerilimi bağlı değilken
kapı tanıtımı yapılamaz.
Not 3: Programlama (kurulum) tamamlandıktan sonra
kapı açık pozisyonda kalmış ise dip siviç 1'i “ON”
konumuna alın, sistem tekrar kurulum moduna gelip
kapı yönünü ayarlayacaktır.

1. Kapı kapalı pozisyonda beklerken 3 numaralı dip
sivici ON konumuna alın.
2. Kapıyı kumanda veya buton ile açın.
3. Kapı açıldıktan sonra ikaz lambası 1'er sn. aralıklar
ile yanar. Her yanma ve sönme 1sn ye eşittir.
4. İstenilen süre kadar bekledikten sonra kumanda
veya butona basın, otomatik kapanma süresi hafızaya
alınmış olur.
Not: Otomatik kapama süresini değiştirmek için
kapı kapalı pozisyonda beklerken 3 numaralı dip
sivici OFF konumuna getirip 3 sn bekledikten
sonra yukardaki işlemleri tekrarlayın.
1. Kapı kapalı pozisyonda beklerken 2 numaralı dip
sivici ON konumuna alın.
2. Kapıyı kumanda veya buton ile açın.
3. Kapı açıldıktan sonra ikaz lambası 1sn. aralıklar ile
yanar. Her yanma ve sönme 1 saniyeye eşittir.
4. İstenilen süre kadar bekledikten sonra kumanda
veya butona basın, otomatik kapanma süresi hafızaya
alınmış olur.
Not: Tek açıl otomatik kapama süresini
değiştirmek için kapı kapalı pozisyonda beklerken
2 numaralı dip sivici OFF konumuna getirip 3 sn
bekledikten sonra yukardaki işlemleri tekrarlayın.
Setting Automatic Closing Time
1. When the gate waits at closed position, set dip switch number 3
to ON position.
2. Open the gate with controller or button.
3. After the gate is open, the warning lamp will flash at an interval
of 1 second. Each blinking and fading are equal to 1 second.
4. After having waited for the requested period, push the
controller or button, thus the automatic closing period will have
been stored.
Note: To change automatic closing period, change dip switch
number 3 to OFF position while the gate is in closed condition,
wait for 3 seconds and then repeat above given steps.
Setting Automatic Closing Period at Single Open Mode
1. While the gate waits at closed position, change the dip switch
number 2 to ON position.
2. Open the gate with controller or button.
3. After the gate opens, the warning lamp will flash at 1 second
intervals. Each blinking and fading are equal to 1 second.
4. After having waited the requested period, press the controller
or button to store the automatic closing period.
Note: To change the Single Opening Automatic Closing Period,
while the gate is waiting in closed position, take the dip switch
number 2 to OFF position, wait for 3 seconds and repeat above
given steps.

Sistem üzerindeki dahili alıcı kartına kumandayı tanıtmak için butona basın ve ardından kumandanın tanıtmak
istediğiniz tuşuna basın. Alıcının hafızasını silmek için motorun elektiriğini kesin ve butona basılı tutarken
elektriği verin. 8 saniye bekledikten sonra butonu bırakın.
To program the control to the internal receiver card on the system, press the buon and then press the buon, you want to assign for
the control. To delete the memory of the receiver, cut the electricity of the motor and give electricity while keeping the buon pressed.
Aer having waited for 8 seconds, release the buon.

To launch the power of the motor, turn the power seng pot in clockwise.
Warning: To sense any living stuck between the gate and prevent it from being hurt, you should set the power with precision.

ve, turn it to OFF.
Dip Switch Number 3 – Automac Closing: To acvate automac closing turn the dip switch to ON, to deac-
vate turn it OFF.
