安全说明
1) 绝不要将额温计用于其额温测量之外的用途，对于不当使用所引发的任
何后果，制造商不承担任何责任。
2) 额温计不防水，请勿将其浸在水里或者其他液体里，清洁与消毒请遵照
《保养与存储》一节里面的说明。
3) 将额温计放在远离日晒的地方，并且保存在干净、干燥，温度在
-20℃～55℃，湿度在 93%以下的地方。
4) 请勿用手指头或任何物体触摸探头内部的透镜。
5) 额头上的汗渍、头发、帽子或者围巾等遮挡物等可能会造成测量温度偏
低，所以请正确使用，以确保正确的测量结果。
6) 在每次使用之前，请检查传感器的玻璃透镜是否清洁、无油渍以及是否
完好无损。
7) 请勿跌落、撞击、拆卸、修理和改造产品。
8) 请勿靠近强静电场或强磁场，以免影响测量数据的准确性。
9) 如发现问题请不要继续使用，请和销售商联系，请勿自行修理。
10)电池及产品不能使用时，请遵守当地法规处理。
11)产品长时间不用时，请取出电池，以免电池过期漏液。
12)电池请勿新旧混用，以免电池放电特性不一致而导致危害或者对产品造
成损坏。
13)请确保在产品的工作环境温度范围 16℃～35℃内使用本产品，当产品
在超出该温度范围的环境内工作时，无法保证测量结果的准确性。
14)在向医生说明所测量的体温时，请说明是使用非接触式红外额温计测
量。
15)0-1 岁：临床偏差为 0.05℃，临床标准偏差为 0.16℃，临床重复性为
0.10℃。1-5 岁：临床偏差为 0.07℃，临床标准偏差为 0.13℃，临床重
复 性 为 0.10 ℃ 。 5 岁 以 上： 临 床 偏 差 为 0.08 ℃ ， 临 床标 准 偏 差 为
0.15℃，临床重复性为 0.08℃；整体临床偏差为 0.07，临床标准偏差为
0.14℃，临床重复性为 0.09℃。
16)在 35.0℃~42.0℃的温度显示范围内，额温计的最大允许误差±0.2℃，
而新生儿玻璃体温计的最大允许误差为±0.15℃，其他玻璃体温计最大
允许误差-0.15℃~0.10℃。
警告：
1) 请确保额温计不会落入儿童或无能力使用额温计的人员手中。这些人员
的温度测量可由其他人协助进行。
2) 请勿将电池投入火中。
3) 使用额温计测量所得数据仅供参考，不能替代临床医学体温测量，亦绝
不能替代任何医学治疗。
本说明书以中文编写并附带英文翻译，如有歧义，以中文版为准。
1. 产品优点
测量时间：测量速度可达 1 秒。
安全卫生：非接触式测额头温度，测量距离可达 1-3 cm，不接触人体皮肤。
简单实用：一键测量，一键转换模式。
声光警示：体温模式下绿色、黄色、红色三种颜色的背光灯提示，同时具有”
哔哔哔”声音提醒。
修正设置：可以设置温度偏移值参数，以适应不同特征的人体。

4. 产品描述
产品结构组成：
该产品由红外探测头、显示屏、按钮、外壳、
电路板及嵌入式软件（发布版本号 V1.0）组成。

5. 技术规格
5.1 温度显示范围
红外额温计显示范围应为 32.0℃～42.0℃。
5.2 最大允许误差
5.2.1 规定的温度显示范围内最大允许误差
红外额温计在 35.0℃～42.0℃的温度显示范围内，最大允许误差±0.2℃。
5.2.2 规定的温度显示范围外最大允许误差
在 35.0℃-42.0℃的温度显示范围外，最大允许误差±0.3℃。
5.3 指示单元
5.3.1 分辨力
指示单元的分辨力应为 0.1℃。
5.3.2 显示

显示器上的数值高度大于 4mm。
5.3.3 提示功能
当所测量温度＜32.0℃时，LCD 屏上显示“Lo”，会有声音提示。
当所测量温度＞42.0℃时，LCD 屏上显示“HI”，会有声音提示。
5.4.4 低电压提示功能
当电压低于 2.7V±0.1V 时，额温计应开始出现低电压符号。
5.4.5 模式
a) 额温计具备体温模式。
b) 以校准为目的的表温（物温）模式应能直接将额温计设置到该模式。
5.5 自检功能
操作扳机键，红外额温计先进行自检，异常显示 Err，正常则进入测量界
面。
5.6 自动关机功能
15±2 秒无操作后自动关机。
5.7 外观与结构
外形应端正，表面光亮整洁，不得有明显划痕、破损和变形。
控制面板文字和标志应准确、清晰、牢固。
控制和调节机构应灵活可靠、紧固件无松动。
功能键应有明确的标记、指示。
5.8 记忆功能
额温计应具有存储和查看测量结果的功能。
6. 操作与显示
使用前检查

请仔细阅读说明书后使用产品。
打开电池盖，装入电池，注意电池极性，放置错误可能会导致产品的损坏。
禁止使用充电电池。
2）第一次使用或刚放入新电池后，请预热十分钟左右，使测量更准确。
上电&用户测量模式
上电按扳机键时，LCD 全亮，绿色背光同时亮，进入自检模式，2 秒后进
入测量模式，同时蜂鸣器哔 1 声，进入体温模式，显示 Lo，等待按键操作。单
按扳机测量，测量完毕显示测量结果。
按键操作及模式设置
1) 在开机模式下，单按 MODE 键，切换体温模式和表面温度模式（开机默
认体温模式）即使切换为表面温度模式，待关机后，自动开机恢复成体温
模式；
2) 在开机模式下，长按 MODE 键 3 秒，显示记忆数据，进入记忆数据后，
先显示“01”，2 秒后自动显示“01”对应测量记忆值。再按 MEMO 键显示
“ 02 ”， 2 秒 后自 动 显 示 “02 ”对 应 记 忆 值 ；再 按 MEMO 键 则 显 示 “03 ”
“04”...，以此类推，查看记忆数据。在此状态下，连按 MEMO 键可快速

调取不同记忆组,待 2 秒后自动显示存储数据。长按 MEMO 键 3 秒则显示
CLr，按 SET 键确认清除所有测量记忆存储数据并退出；
3) 在开机模式下，长按 MEMO 键 3 秒，显示 CLr，按 SET 键确认，长哔一
声，清除所有测量记忆存储数据并退出，进入体温测量模式，此时若无操
作，则 5 秒后不清除数据退出，并进入体温测量模式；
4) 记忆模式下，若有记忆数据，则显示数据，若无数据，则显示“--”，编号
“01”为最早数据；
5) 在开机模式下，单按 SET 键 1 次，显示“F1”，进入温度偏移值设定，等待
1-2 秒，显示出厂默认值 0℃（如有修改，则显示修改后的数据），按
MEMO 键 1 次增加 0.1℃，到 0.9℃则翻转成-0.9℃，按 MODE 键 1 次减
0.1℃，到-0.9℃则翻转成 0.9℃，参数调整范围：-0.9℃～0.9℃，再按
SET 键完成设定并存储温度偏移，进入 F2；如 5 秒未操作，自动存储修
改退出并进入体温测量模式；
6) 在 F1 设 置模式 下 ，单 按 SET 键 ，显 示 “F2”， 进 入 温度 单位 设 定， 按
MEMO 键更改温度单位，摄氏度和华氏度切换（开机默认摄氏度），按
SET 键完成设定并存储单位，进入 F3；如 5 秒未操作，自动存储修改退
出并进入体温测量模式；
7) 在 F2 设置模式下，单按 SET 键，显示“F3”，进入高烧报警值设定（F3 设
置状态长按连续增加/减少时，要注意间隔时间，过快会导致反应失灵），
等待 1-2 秒，显示出厂默认值 38.1℃(如有修改，则显示修改后的数据），
按 MEMO 键 1 次增加 0.1℃，至 40℃时，则翻转成 37℃，按 MODE 键 1
次则减 0.1℃，至 37℃时，翻转成 40℃。长按 MEMO 键则连续增加高烧
报警值，长按 MODE 键连续减少高烧报警值，设定范围：37℃～40℃，
再按 SET 键完成设定并存储高烧报警值，进入 F4；如 5 秒未操作，自动
存储修改退出并进入体温测量模式；
8) 在 F3 设置模式下，单按 SET 键，显示“F4”，进入声音开关设定，默认声
音状态为开，按 MEMO 键开/关声音，屏幕显示声音图标则声音开，无声
音图标则声音关（注：关闭声音后所有哔声包括报警等均为无声），再按
SET 键完成设置并存储修改，产品关机；如 5 秒未操作，自动存储修改退
出并进入体温测量模式；
显示及提示功能
温度测量结果显示：
1) 体温温度在 32°C~37.3°C(89.6℉~99.1℉)，哔一声提示测量完成，绿灯亮；
2) 体温温度在 37.4°C~38°C（99.2℉~100.4℉），黄灯亮，测量完成后连续
哔哔哔 3 声报警音提醒；
3) 体温温度在 38.1°C~42°C（100.5℉~107.6℉），红灯亮，测量完成后连续
哔哔哔哔哔哔 6 声报警音提醒；
4) 体温温度在“F3”高烧报警设定值及以上，红灯亮，测量完成后连续哔哔哔
哔哔哔 6 声报警音提醒；
5) 在体温模式下，测量温度低于 32°C 时显示“Lo”，高于 42°C 显示“HI”；
6) 测量结束数据停留显示数据，屏幕长亮便于记录；
7) 电压低于 2.8V， 闪烁显示低电量提示；
8) 设置有声音时显示声音图标，无声时不显示；
9) 长按 MODE 键 3 秒进入显示记忆模式时，屏幕出现 M 记忆标志；
10)15 秒无按键关闭屏幕显示，进入待机。
7. 使用前必看
测量额头皮肤表面温度时，应确保额温计指向前额正中并保持垂直方向！测
量部位请确保没有头发、汗水、化妆品或帽子等覆盖，否则将影响测量结果。

为确保测量精度，在测量之前，建议额温计和待测量体温的人均应在正常室
温的室内逗留最少 30 分钟。
为确保连续测量的精度，在两次测温之间建议等待 30 秒钟。
在睡眠刚醒时，建议等待 5 分钟之后再测体温。
当被测人来自与测量环境温度差异较大的地方时，应最少在测试环境中滞留
5 分钟以上，待与环境温度一致之后再测量。
发烧病人额头冷敷或已经采取其它降温措施后会使测量数据偏低，应避免在
这种情况下测量。
被测人周围的环境温度要稳定，不能在风扇、空调的出风口等气流较大的地
方测量。
在刚刚淋浴、游泳之后或因其他原因额头尚未完全干时，不建议测量体温。
在测量体温之前，不要进任何饮食，也不要从事体育运动。
每次测量时，只有读数完整显示及提示音完结后，才将额温计从前额拿开。
当额温计从与待测环境温度差异较大的地方取出使用时，应将额温计在新的
使用环境下放置 30 分钟后再测量。
不能在阳光强烈的地方使用本额温计。
建议每次测三次左右，以最高值作为测量结果。
测量人体额头温度，请选择体温模式。
如果因为某种原因导致额头温度偏低，可以尝试对准耳后测量。
如测量后对结果有怀疑，或受测人的实际身体状况感觉与所测得的体温不符，
则建议数分钟后再次测量。此外，建议应用其他独立方法测量体温，且/或
咨询医生。
产品适用范围：通过测量额头热辐射来显示被测对象的体温。
禁忌症：测量部位炎症、外伤、术后等局部病变。
8. 保养与存储
红外探测头部分是产品最精密的部分，请勿用手指或者其它物品触摸或者顶
压，必须小心保护，否则会影响测量值的准确性。
请用 75%的酒精沾湿的棉布来清洁额温计的外壳，不要让液体进入额温计内
部。绝对不要用具侵蚀性的清洁剂、稀释剂或油来清洁，更不要将本产品浸
在水里或者其它液体里面。
小心保护好 LCD(液晶显示屏)的表面。
额温计必须保持干燥，避免灰尘，污染和太阳直射。
不使用时，应将其放入清洁干燥的盒子中，以防额温计受到外部因素的作用
而损坏。
长时间不使用时，必须取出电池。
电量耗尽的电池应当立即取出。
9. 售后服务
本产品自购买之日起，我们根据以下条件提供 1 年保修期。
在保修期内，因材料缺陷和制造缺陷所引致的部件缺陷，我们提供免费更换
和修理，该保修期不会延长。
电池(如有）与包装不在保修范围内。
保修服务的价值仅限于货物价格，在此特别指出，我们对任何间接损失不承
担任何责任。
我们针对下列因使用者的原因造成的损坏/损失请原谅我们无法提供免费保
修服务：
1) 擅自拆装、改装产品而造成的故障;

2) 在使用或者搬运过程中不慎跌落而造成的故障;
3) 没有按照说明书的正确指示进行操作而造成的故障;
4) 因缺乏合理的保养而造成的故障;
5) 因不当存储造成的故障;
6) 任何因商业决策/因素造成的经济损失。
本产品为家用型号，故用户将本产品用作非体温测量用途而导致损坏的，将
无法享受保修服务。
保修要求只能在保修期内提出，在要求提供免费保修服务时，您必须持填有
购买日期和购买经销商印章(包括经销商名称和地址)的保修卡。请务必在购
买本产品时要求经销商在保修卡上签章。请将额温计和上述完整填写和经盖
章的保修卡通过经销商或直接寄给我们。
保修范围外的修理服务，将按相应的规定收费。
10. 产品适用标准及指引
额温计按照电击类型、程度分类分别属于：内部电源、BF 型设备。
额温计按照有易燃麻醉气与空气的混合气，或者与氧或氧化亚氮的混合气情
况下使用时的安全程度进行划分属于：不能在此情况使用的设备。
额温计按照 GB/T 4208-2017 规定的进液防护程度分类属于：没有专门的防
护，即不防水。
额温计按照运行模式分类属于：连续运行设备。
本产品符合 YY 0505-2012 有关电磁兼容的规定。
本产品在中华人民共和国取得医疗器械注册及生产许可。
任何希望使用本产品为医疗相关用途的所在地非为中国的人士，请自行参考
中华人民共和国相关标准及规定，并判断所在地相关标准及法规是否与中国
标准匹配。除本条前述所列标准外，制造商不承诺本产品任何与中国标准相
异(如有)的性能/质量/参数。因用户所在地标准或法规与中国标准存在差异
而导致的损失，制造商不承担责任。
11. 常见问题
常见问题 1：在之前可以正常测量的同一环境中测量出现“Lo”时，请问是什么原
因：
答：可能的原因有：
1)测量距离太远，可能测试的是周围环境的温度，本额温计设计的测试距离为
1-3 厘米之间，最佳的测试距离为 1 厘米左右。
2)测试位置有偏差，测量体温时将额温计对准前额正中(眉心上方)并保持垂直。
3)当被测人额头有头发遮挡、额头有汗或者有水、贴过退烧贴或者吃过退烧药
物、额头有对准空调吹过、有强烈的风吹过额头表面的都有可能出现"Lo”，
要求被测者在相对静止的环境中静止 5～10 分钟再进行测量。
4)有极个别的人的额头表面温度比一般人低，这个时候测试结果可能都是“Lo”，
可以把额温计调整到“表面温度”模式测量，然后再测试一下其它人的额头表
面温度 ，做个对比，此时可以当该人体温度正常来判定，主要关注的是高
温报警或发烧出现“HI” 。
5) F1 温度偏移设置参数有误。
常见问题 2：首次使用时觉得测试人体温度有偏差，请问是什么原因：
答：如果是首次使用请注意以下几个方面：
1)查看测温模式是否设置为表温模式，如果是表温模式，请切换为体温模式。
2)将额温计放置在稳定的环境温度中 30 分钟以上。
3)某些时候传感器的镜片被污染或被测温人额头有汗水，都可能导致低读数，
请在测温前确保镜头完好干净，且受测对象额头干燥没有遮挡物。

4)有时若您怀疑测量所得读数过高，请观察受测对象，一般情况下，一个刚运
动完，例如快走或跑步的人，或刚吃完饭或刚从较热环境中离开的人，体温
是有可能偏高的，但不代表该人就一定有发烧的症状，这种情况下应让受测
对象在稳定的室温环境中呆一段时间后，再进行测量。
5)某些人因为体征特别，额头温度较平均为低。这种情况下，使用传统的水银
体温计或者电子体温计对某健康的人进行测量，假设得到 36.8℃的温度。使
用红外额温计对同一个人进行测量，注意测试距离和测试方法：保持温度计
和额头之间的距离在 1～3 厘米之间，移开任何可能影响到测量的障碍物，
如头发、汗液等，如果得到同样的温度 36.8℃ ，则说明该额温计设置正常
且可以正常使用，如果得到较低的读数 36.4℃，相差 0.4℃。您可以将 F1 值
加 0.4℃，反之，多 0.4℃，您可以将 F1 值减去 0.4℃。
常见问题 3：额温计测试所有的人都报警，或者都偏高，或者都偏低是否产品
质量问题?
答：这类问题一般是额温计的设置问题所导致的，可以参考使用说明中的温度
偏移值设置。
常见问题 4：刚上电时显示电量低的图标( )，是否就是电量偏低？
答：上电时显示是所有图标均会全部显示，为自检状态，此时不代表电量的多
少，自检完成后电量图标消失，代表电量正常，如在测量时电量低图标亮，才
是电量偏低报警。
常见问题 5：为何我每次测量读数都不一样？
答：本产品可以进行连续测量，但很短间隔的连续快速测量很可能会影响测量
结果的准确性，因为：
1)测量距离难以保持一致。
2)测量位置或有差异。
3)测试对象的额温或产生了变化。
为了达致高准度的测量，一般建议，在两次测量中间隔 30 秒。
常见问题 6 : 有时候在温度较低或较高的环境下，额温计无法工作，是坏了
吗？
答：在体温模式下，如果周围的环境温度太高或者太低，就会见到上述告警信
息。超出工作环境温度范围测量所得的体温读数，其准确度无法保证。若您见
到该等告警信息，请移步至符合工作环境温度范围（16-35°C）的环境中，静
至额温计至少 10 分钟再进行测量，若告警信息依然显示，请移走电池并等待
30 秒，再重新装上电池，其后额温计应可正常工作。
常见问题 7：当我向医生报告测量体温的结果时，是否应当告知医生我是用非
接触式红外额温计测量的?
答：是的，请务必告知医生这一点。本产品属于家用产品，不能视为可取代临
床医学体温测量，应当让医生以临床体温测量手段获得您最新的体温数值。
常见问题 8：在呼吸道传染病暴发的时候，使用该产品会不会让我避免感染？
答：本产品的非接触特质在这种情况下或是一个有帮助的特色，但最重要的是
使用者要做好一切个人卫生防护措施；本产品并没有任何杀菌消毒功能，且使
用者在每次使用后应当以 75%酒精棉擦拭消毒产品外壳。
注意：
1、温度偏移值设置：可用于修改设置参数，以适应不同肤色的人种，或者不同
特征的人体；
2、为了确保测量的准确性，连续测量 5 次后请至少等待 30 秒。
12. 电磁兼容声明
本产品符合 YY0505-2012 的要求，但所有类型的电子设备都可能会通过空气对
其它设备产生电磁干扰。产品使用中应严格遵守下列使用要求，否则可能对其
他设备造成电磁干扰或者降低本产品的抗电磁干扰能力，带来安全风险或丧失

产品性能。
1) 便携式和移动式射频通信设备可能影响医用电气设备的说明：便携式和移动
式射频通信设备可能影响本产品的正常工作，应保证便携式和移动式射频通
信设备与本产品满足一定的空间距离，见表 4 的要求。
2)警示：除产品的制造商作为内部元器件的备件出售的附件外，使用规定外的
附件可能导致设备或系统发射的增加或抗扰度的降低。
3)警示：本产品不应与其他设备接近或叠放使用，如果必须接近或叠放使用，
则应观察验证在其使用的配置下能正常运行。
4)警示：本产品以低于本说明书所述最小幅值或最小值运行可能导致不准确的
后果。
5) 本产品符合医疗器械电磁兼容的要求，在 2-表 4 的电磁干扰环境中，应满足
基本性能要求。
6) 基本性能
a)要求：设备应能正常显示，按键正常功能应不失效，在 35.0℃～42.0℃的
温度范围内最大允许误差±0.2℃。
b)试验：将红外额温计切换到物体温度模式，设置黑体温度为 35.0℃，测试
前体温计在试验室参考条件下至少稳定 30min，实测值的读数最大允许误
差应满足要求。

This operating manual is made in Chinese language and this English translation is for
reference only. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese version and English

Safety Instructions
1) Never use the product for any purpose other than its original design,
the manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from
improper handling.
2) The thermometer is not waterproof; do not soak it in water or other
liquids, for cleaning and disinfection please follow the instructions in the
Maintenance and Storage section.
3) Keep the forehead thermometer away from sunlight and keep it in a
clean and dry place with temperature between -10 ℃ and 55 ℃ and
humidity below 93%.
4)Do not touch the lens inside the probe with your fingers or any other
objects.
5) The sweat stains on the forehead, hair, hat or scarf, etc., may
compromise the accuracy of measurement, please use it correctly to
ensure accurate measurement.
6) Prior to every measurement, please check whether the glass lens of the
sensor is clean, free from grease, and is not damaged.
7) Do not drop, take hit, disassemble, repair or modify the product.
8) Do not operate the product near strong electrostatic field or strong
magnetic field, in which accuracy of measurement is likely to be
compromised.
9) Please stop using the product if it is malfunctioning. Do not repair by
yourself, contact the supplier directly.
10)Please comply with local regulations when you decide to dispose the
product and/or its batteries.
11)If the product is not used for a long time, please take out the batteries
to avoid battery leak.
12)Please do not mix old and new batteries together to avoid damage
caused by inconsistent discharging characteristics of batteries.
13)When use the thermometer, please make sure the ambient
temperature is in the range of 16℃ ～ 35℃, the accuracy of
measurement is not guaranteed when measuring takes place in
environments with temperature higher or lower than the working
temperature range.
14)If you inform your doctor about the temperature measured, please also
mention that this temperature reading is obtained from a non-contact
infrared thermometer.
15)For tested person age below 1, clinical bias is 0.05℃, clinical standard
deviation is 0.16℃, clinical repeatability is 0.10℃. For age between 1-5,
clinical bias is 0.07 ℃ , clinical standard deviation is 0.13 ℃ , clinical
repeatability is 0.10 ℃ . For age more than 5 clinical bias is 0.08 ℃ ,
clinical standard deviation is 0.15 ℃ , clinical repeatability is 0.08 ℃ .
Average clinical bias is 0.07 ℃ , clinical standard deviation is 0.14 ℃ ,
clinical repeatability is 0.09℃.
16)Between the display range of 35.0 ℃ ~42.0 ℃ , the maximum error
allowed for this thermometer is ±0.2℃, as comparison, the maximum
allowed error for glass thermometer for newborn infants is ± 0.15 ℃ ,
maximum allowed error for other glass thermometer is -0.15℃~0.10℃.
Warning
1) Please make sure the thermometer doesn’t fall in the hands of young
children or persons who cannot operate it themselves. Body
temperature measuring of these people can be carried out by other
personnel.
2) Do not put the batteries on/into fire.
3) The measurement obtained by the thermometer is for reference only.
This product is not a replacement of clinical body temperature
measurements. This product is not and should not be deemed as a
substitute of medical treatments in any way.

When battery voltage is lower than 2.7V(±0.1V), low battery icon will
be displayed.
5.4.5 Modes

5.5 Self-Inspection
When pull the trigger button, the thermometer will perform self-
inspection, if abnormality takes place, it displays "Err", if passed the check it
enters normal measurement mode.
5. 6 Auto-Off Function
If no operation for 15 seconds (±2s), the device will autoly turn off.

The device should look intact, clean, without damage.
Marks and symbols on the device body should be clear.

Please read manual carefully before use.
When inserting batteries, pay attention to the polarity of batteries,
wrongly inserting batteries may damage the device.
Rechargeable batteries is not allowed.
2) If this is the first time the device is inserted with batteries, please wait
for 10 minutes for more accurate measurement.
Power on & User Measurement Mode:
When batteries just inserted and press the trigger button one time (turn
on the device), the LCD display fully turned on with green backlight, the
device enters self-check mode,after 2 seconds, buzzer makes “Beep”
sound enter the body temperature mode and display “Lo” ready for
operation. You may short pull the trigger key one time to measure, when
measuring is done, reading is displayed.

Keys Operation and Setting in Different Modes
1) Press the trigger button once to turn on the device, when the device is
on, press MODE one time to switch between body temperature and
object (material) temperature mode. The default setting is set to body
temperature mode.
2) When the device is on, long press the MODE key for 3 seconds to
display memory data logs. It starts from log number 01, it displays 01,
represents data log no.1, press MEMO one time, it displays the
temperature reading stored with serial number 01 (if no key
operation/input for 2 seconds after “01” is displayed, it autoly displays
the temperature reading stored with serial number 01). When the
reading is displayed, press MEMO once it moves to next memory data
log, and the above procedure applies to all memory data logs. Quickly
press the MEMO key to move to subsequent data logs and
corresponding readings at faster speed. In this mode, long press
MEMO key for 3 seconds, it displays “CLr” on the screen, press SET key
to delete all memory data and exit.
3) When the device is on, long press the MEMO key for 3 seconds, it
displays “CLr” on the LCD, press SET key then the buzzer will sound a
long “Beep” sound and all memory data stored in the device will be
deleted, then the device enters body temperature mode and stand by
to take measure; when the “CLr” is displayed but no input/key
operation in 5 seconds, the device autoly enters the body temperature
mode and no memory data is deleted.
4) In memory mode, if no data has been stored, LCD displays “--“.
5) When the device is on, press SET key one time to enter the setting
mode, it displays “F1”. F1 mode is for setting offset value for body
temperature measurement, the setting range is -0.9 ℃ to 0.9 ℃ , the
default setting is 0℃, press MEMO key one time, it increased by 0.1℃,
press MODE key one time, it decreased by 0.1℃, when reaching 0.9℃,
it goes back to -0.9 ℃ and start over again, vice versa. After setting
the body temperature offset value, press SET key to save the setting
and enter F2 mode, if no input/key operation for 5 seconds, setting is
autoly saved and the device autoly enters body temperature mode.
6) In F1 mode, press SET key one time, it displays “F2” on the screen. F2
mode is for setting the temperature unit, press MEMO key to switch
between Celsius/Fahrenheit ( ℃ / ℉ ), the default setting is Celsius ℃ ,
press SET key to save the setting and enter F3 mode, if no input/key
operation for 5 seconds, setting is autoly saved and the device autoly
enters the body temperature mode.
7) In F2 mode, press SET key one time, it displays “F3” on the screen, F3
mode is for setting of an alarming temperature value in body
temperature mode, the alarming value can be set between 37 ℃ to
40 ℃ . In F3 mode, press MEMO key one time, the alarming value
increased by 0.1℃, press MODE key one time, it decreased by 0.1℃ ,
when reaching 40℃, the value goes back to 37℃ and start over again,
vice versa. After setting the alarming value, press SET key one time to
save the setting and enter F4 mode, if no input/key operation for 5
seconds, setting is autoly saved and the device autoly enters body
temperature mode.
8) In F3 mode, press SET key one time, it displays “F4” on the screen, F4
mode is for setting the buzzer on/off, the default is on, press MEMO

key to turn on/off the buzzer, the buzzer icon on the LCD is turned
on/off accordingly. After setting, press SET one time to save the
setting, if no input/key operation in 5 seconds, the setting is autoly
saved and the device autoly enters body temperature mode.
Display and Alarms
Body temperature reading:
1)Body temperature reading range：32℃～37.3℃（89.6℉～99.1℉）
display: green, alarm: none;
a. 2)Body temperature reading range：37.4℃~38℃（99.2℉~100.4℉）
display: yellow, alarm: 3 continuous “Beep” sound;
b. 3)Body temperature reading range：38.1℃~42℃（99.2℉~100.4℉）
display: red, alarm: 6 continuous “Beep” sound;
1) 5)In body temperature mode, if the measured reading is lower than
32℃, it displays “Lo”, if reading is higher than 42℃, it displays “HI”.
2) 4)If the measuring result shows reading higher than the preset F3
alarming value, the LCD backlight turns red and the device sounds 6
continuous “Beep” sound.
3) 6) The end of the measurement data stay display data, the
screen is always bright for easy recording.
4) 7) when the battery voltage is lower than 2.8V, the low battery icon
is shown.
5) 8)The buzzer icon appears if the buzzer is set to be on, the icon
disappears if the buzzer is set to be off.
6) 9)Long press the MODE key for 3 seconds to enter the memory data
log mode, “M” is displayed on LCD.
7) 10)If no input/key operation over 15 seconds, the device autoly turns off.
7. Read Before Use
Before measuring forehead temperature, make sure there is no hair, sweat,
makeup, hat or anything else covering the targeted position and the
thermometer is pointed perpendicularly to the middle of forehead.
To ensure measuring accuracy, it is recommended that the thermometer
and the person to be measured should be in a room at normal room
temperature for at least 30 minutes prior to the measurement.
In order to obtain the highest accuracy in successive measurements,
please wait for 30 seconds between two measurements.
After sleeping, is recommended to wait for 5 minutes before measuring
the body temperature.
When the person being measured is from a place where the temperature
thereof is materially different from the temperature of the environment
which the measuring process takes place, such person should stay in the
measuring environment for at least 5 minutes before the measuring
process starts.
Cold compress on the forehead of a feverish patient or other cooling
measures alike is very likely to compromise the accuracy of the
measurement, avoid measuring under such circumstances.
The ambient temperature of the person being measured should remain
stable, do not measure body temperature in places with strong airflow
such as in front of a fan or air vents of air conditioners.
