Safety Instructions
Attention: Ensure that the use of tools is in accordance with health and safety regulations.
The local authorities' regulations as well as the general workshop regulations need to be complied with
additionally.
Do not use any of these tools if they are damaged!
Make sure that the tools are in a good and well-kept condition to ensure effective and safe
working.
When the vehicle to be worked on is lifted, make sure that it is sufficiently supported with axis
supports or ramps with wheel chocks.
Wear suitable clothing to avoid getting caught. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery and tie
long hair together.
Check that all tools and parts used are placed back in the case.
When working on the vehicle, make sure that it is secured and stable.
Do not use the tools if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or
medication.
Important: Always refer to the servicing instructions of the vehicle manufacturer or the

Usage
Quick removal and installation of the spring holder, which can then be opened and closed
through the large openings on both sides of the pressure pipe.
Quickly and easily replace tapered collets on recessed valve springs. The special spring-
loaded unit brings the adjusting ring immediately into position above the cylinder heads.
Suitable for 8 V, 16 V and 24 V
By applying air to the cylinder through the spark plug hole, valve seals, as well as broken and
weak valve springs can be replaced without removing the cylinder head.
One end of the tool fits on 14 mm and 18 mm thread of the spark plug hole. The other end of
the tool is suitable for 1/4" PT female threads.
The long hose is ideal for reaching deep spark plug holes.
Compressed air adapter for 14 mm and 18 mm spark plugs, 4 x thread 1/4" air coupling
Hold the valve in place with compressed air to allow maintenance of the valve stem oil seals/
valve springs with the cylinder head in place.
Removes valve stem seals from overhead camshaft engines.
Pliers grip around the valve stem into the narrow area of the seal to grip and remove it.
The "gripping" gear in the tip allows to grip both original parts and gasket spare parts
regardless of their configuration.
A press fit holds the tool in place so that it can be lowered in the narrow areas of the valve
guide and thus easily tapped with manual pressure.
There are a total of 6 sizes: 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 11.5 mm.
