New Laptop Setup
1. Inspect the contents of the kit received, inside you will find the following:
a. Laptop with charger/power supply
b. USB Extension Cable (Male to Female)
c. USB Hub with multi ports
d. One Encrypted Key (Either blue, or black, often already plugged into
USB Hub)
e. Information Page with Code highlighted, please keep this nearby
machine if ever needed

2. Before installing the new laptop, locate the antenna found on your previous
netbook (resembles one of the following below), and connect it to the left-
hand side of the new laptop
3. Place new netbook on alignment cabinet, Antenna is plugged into the left-
hand side. On the right-hand side, plug in the charging cable of the
netbook, HDMI cable of your monitor if you have one, and the USB
extension cable provided with the netbook. We recommend feeding the
wires topside into the center of the cabinet to avoid clutter/damage.
4. Once the cables are sorted, plug in the USB Hub provided with the netbook
into the other end of the USB Extension cable. In the hub, plug in any
remaining items (USB encrypted key, Printer, and or vin scanner)

5. Power on the netbook, and launch the Alignment program. The alignment
heads should be communicating automatically if powered on, if not please
contact our service center (678)-717-1050, Hours of 8am-5pm EST.
WARNING
•If the Encrypted USB Key is not plugged into the netbook, it will not allow you to use the
alignment program. They must remain plugged in at all times when program is in use. If
laptop needs to be mobile you must shut the program down as labeled, and connect the
key directly into the usb port on the laptop and relaunch the program.
