1 – INTRODUCCIÓN
La empresa WM SYSTEM S.r.l. (en lo
sucesivo denominada el fabricante), le
agradece que haya adquirido un producto
de su gama y le invita a leer atentamen-
te este manual de uso y mantenimiento.
Dentro del mismo encontrará todas las
instrucciones para un uso y mantenimien-
to correctos de la rampa de carga adqui-
rida (en lo sucesivo también denominada
rampa), por lo tanto, se ruega que lo lea
atentamente en todas sus partes, que lo
entienda y que siga siempre las informa-
ciones contenidas en el mismo. Conser-
ve el manual (y sus anexos) en un lugar
adecuado para una consulta inmediata
y manténgalo inalterado. Solicite al fabri-
cante una copia del manual de uso y man-
tenimiento (o sus anexos) en el caso de
extravío o deterioro. El contenido de este
manual puede modicarse sin previo avi-
so, ni ulteriores obligaciones, para incluir
variaciones y mejoras en las unidades ya
enviadas. Se prohíbe la reproducción o la
traducción de cualquier parte de este ma-
nual sin el permiso previo y por escrito del
fabricante. No utilice la rampa para nali-
dades o en modalidades o condiciones di-
ferentes de aquellas para las que ha sido
diseñada. Respete las normas y los regla-
mentos vigentes referentes a la salud en el
trabajo y a la seguridad, vigentes en el país
en el que se realiza cualquier operación con
la rampa. En caso de demolición aténgase
a las normativas vigentes en el país en el
que se realiza esta operación.
El fabricante no es responsable en el caso
de daños causados por:
- Averías, incidentes o inconvenientes de
diferente naturaleza debidos al no cum-
plimiento de las prescripciones y adver-
tencias contenidas en este manual (y
sus anexos).
- Instalaciones erróneas/inadecuadas de
la rampa o que no se correspondan con
todo aquello indicado en las instruccio-
nes especícas de instalación (anexa-
das a este manual).
- Uso impropio, uso incorrecto de la ram-
pa o ejecución de maniobras erróneas.
- Uso por parte de personas no autorizadas.
- Limpieza inadecuada o no realizada, contro-
les y mantenimiento periódico de la rampa.
- Mantenimiento realizado por parte de
personal no especializado ni autorizado.
- Utilización de piezas de recambio no ori-
ginales.
- Eventos excepcionales.
1 – EINLEITUNG
Das Unternehmen WM SYSTEM S.r.l. (im
Folgen der Hersteller genannt), dankt
Ihnen sich für eines seiner Produkte ent-
schieden zu haben und bittet den Kun-
den diese Bedienungsanleitung zu lesen.
Darin ndet man alle notwendigen Infor-
mationen zu korrekten Verwendung der
Laderampe (im Folgenden auch Rampe
genannt), man sollte sie aufmerksam voll-
ständig lesen, verstehen und sich an die
darin enthaltenen Informationen halten.
Das Handbuch (und die Anhänge) für zu-
künftige Konsultationen an einem zugäng-
lichen Ort in einem einwandfreien Zustand
aufbewahren. Bei Verlust oder bei Beschä-
digungen muss man beim Hersteller eine
Kopie der Bedienungsanleitung anfordern.
Der Inhalt dieser Bedienungsanleitung
kann ohne Vorankündigung geändert wer-
den, ohne verpichtet zu sein, Änderun-
gen oder Verbesserungen an den bereits
ausgelieferten Einheiten auszuführen. Die
Vervielfältigung oder die Übersetzung des
vorliegenden Handbuchs ohne schriftliche
Genehmigung des Herstellers ist verboten.
Die Rampe nicht für Zwecke oder in Mo-
dalitäten oder unter Bedingungen verwen-
den, die nicht den Vorschriften entspre-
chen. Die am Verwendungsort der Rampe
geltenden Bestimmungen zur Sicherheit
und Gesundheitsschutz am Arbeitsplatz
müssen beachtet werden. Im Fall einer
Verschrottung muss man sich an die gel-
tenden Vorschriften des Verwendungsor-
tes halten. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für
Schäden durch:
- Defekte, Unfälle oder Störungen die
auf die Nichtbeachtung der Vorschrif-
ten und warnung e dieser Bedienungs-
anleitung (und den Anhängen) zurück-
zuführen sind.
- Fehlerhafte/unangemessene Installa-
tion der Rampe, die nicht den Anlei-
tungen der spezischen Installations-
anleitungen entspricht (Anhänge an
diese Bedienungsanleitung).
- Nicht bestimmungsgemäße oder nicht
sachgemäße Verwendung der Rampe
oder durch falsche Handhabung.
- Verwendung durch unbefugtes Personal.
- Fehlende oder unpassende Ausfüh-
rung der Reinigung, der Kontrollen und
der regelmäßigen Wartung der Rampe.
- Durch unbefugtes und nicht spezialisiertes
Personal ausgeführte Wartungsarbeiten.
- Verwendung von Nicht-Original-Ersatzteile.
- Außergewöhnliche Ereignisse.
1 – INTRODUCTION

dénommée le fabricant), vous remercie
d'avoir choisi un produit de sa gamme et
vous invite à lire le présent manuel d'uti-
lisation et de maintenance. Ce manuel
contient toutes les informations néces-
saires à une utilisation et une maintenance
correctes de la rampe de chargement ac-
quise (ci-après dénommée rampe). Nous
vous prions donc de le lire attentivement,
dans sa totalité, an de le comprendre et
de toujours suivre les informations four-
nies. Conserver le manuel (et ses an-
nexes) dans un lieu adapté an qu'il puisse
être consulté immédiatement en cas de
besoin et ne pas le modier. Demander au
fabricant une copie du manuel d'utilisation
et de maintenance (ou de ses annexes) en
cas de perte ou de détérioration. Le conte-
nu de ce manuel peut être modié sans
préavis, ni autre obligation, an d'inclure
des variations ou des améliorations aux
unités déjà envoyées. La reproduction
ou la traduction de toute partie de ce ma-
nuel est interdite, sans préavis écrit de la
part du fabricant. Ne pas utiliser la rampe
pour des buts ou dans des modes ou des
conditions autres que ceux pour lesquels
elle a été conçue. Respecter les normes
et les règlements applicables concernant
la santé sur le lieu de travail et la sécurité,
en vigueur dans le pays où tout opération
sera exécutée avec la rampe. En cas de
démolition, respecter les réglementations
en vigueur dans le pays où cette opération
est exécutée. Le fabricant n'est pas res-
ponsable des dommages causés par:
- Pannes, accidents ou autres problèmes
dus au non-respect des prescriptions et
avertissements contenus dans le pré-
sent manuel (et ses annexes).
- Installations incorrectes ou inadéquates
de la rampe ou installations ne correspon-
dant pas aux indications fournies dans la
notice d'installation joints à ce manuel).
- Utilisation abusive, utilisation incorrecte
de la rampe ou exécution de manœuvres
incorrectes.
- Utilisation de la part de personnes non
autorisées.
- Nettoyage, contrôles et maintenance pério-
diques de la rampe non effectués ou inadéquats.
- Maintenance effectuée par du person-
nel non spécialisé et non autorisé.
- Utilisation de pièces de rechange non
originales.

presente manuale uso e manutenzione.
All’interno troverà tutte le informazioni
necessarie per un corretto uso e manu-
tenzione della rampa di carico acquistata
(da qui in poi chiamata anche rampa), si
prega pertanto di leggerlo attentamente
in ogni sua parte, capire e seguire sem-
pre le informazioni in esso contenute.
Conservare il manuale (e suoi allegati)
in luogo adatto per immediata consul-
tazione e mantenerlo inalterato. Richie-
dere al fabbricante copia del manuale
uso e manutenzione (o suoi allegati) in
caso di smarrimento o deterioramento. Il
contenuto di questo manuale può esse-
re modicato senza preavviso né ulterio-
ri obblighi, al ne di includere variazioni

scrizioni e avvertenze contenute nel
presente manuale (e suoi allegati).
- Installazioni della rampa errate/inade-
guate o non corrispondenti a quanto

installazione (allegate a questo ma-

- Uso improprio, uso scorretto della ram-
pa o esecuzione di manovre errate.

ferred to from now on as the manufac-
turer), thanks you for having acquired a
product from our range and invites you to
read this use and maintenance manual.
Here you will nd all the information nec-
essary for correct use and maintenance
of the loading ramp you acquired (re-
ferred to from now on as ramp), there-
fore, you should read this manual in all
its parts trying to understand and follow
the instructions within. Keep the manual
(and all its annexes) in a suitable, safe
place, so that it can be consulted when-
ever needed. In case of damage or mis-
placement, request a copy of the use and
maintenance manual (or of its annexes)
to the manufacturer. The content of this
manual can be modied by the manufac-
turer without prior notice or warning and
without being obliged to change or im-
prove the units already purchased. The
reproduction or translation of any part
of this manual without written permis-
sion from the manufacturer is forbidden.
Do not use the ramp for other purposes
or in other ways than those for which it
was designed. Follow the standards and
regulations in force regarding safety and
health at workplace, applicable in the
country where the ramp will be used. In
case of dismantle, follow the legislation
in force in the country where this opera-
tion shall be carried out.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable
for damages caused by:
- Various faults, accidents or inconven-
iences due to failure to comply with the
warnings and instructions herein (and
in the annexes).
- Incorrect/improper ramp installation or
installations that do not meet the in-
stallation instructions (attached to this
manual).
- Improper, incorrect use of the ramp or
incorrect manoeuvres.
- Use of the machine by untrained staff.
- Poor cleaning, checks and periodic

- Servicing carried out by untrained or

DEL VEHÍCULO PARA CADA
OPERACIÓN CON LA RAMPA.
Para la instalación de la rampa, uso,
mantenimiento o cualquier otra ope-
ración, cerciórese de haber aparca-
do el vehículo sobre una supercie
plana, en zonas idóneas, libres y
seguras.
El vehículo debe encontrarse sobre
una supercie plana, compacta y
que no resbaladiza; debe siem-
pre estar apagado y con el
freno de estacionamiento ac-
tivado. Por lo tanto, quite y custo-
die las llaves de puesta en marcha.
Antes de abrir la plataforma veri-
que que se haya activado el freno
de estacionamiento del vehículo y
que se mantenga activado hasta el
cierre completo de la rampa al nal
de su uso.
2 - RESPETE LA CAPACIDAD MÁX.
Se prohíbe superar la capacidad
declarada de la rampa, vericable
en la etiqueta mostrada en el lado
derecho de la propia rampa (o en el
cap. “Datos técnicos”).
3 - Para abrir, cerrar o girar la rampa
agarre siempre las asas de al lado,
para evitar aplastamientos de los
dedos o de las manos.
4 - No se coloque nunca delante ni de-
trás de la rampa para abrirla o girar-
la, sino siempre lateralmente.
5 - Asegúrese siempre de ser capaz de
gestionar la carga y de maniobrar-
la por usted mismo, de lo contrario,
solicite asistencia.
6 - Mantenga limpia la plataforma de
la rampa para evitar resbalones y
caídas.
7 - Abra la rampa en un lugar idóneo
para no obstaculizar el tráco ni el

GEFAHR
1 - POSITIONIERUNG UND BEDIN-
GUNGEN DES FAHRZEUGS BEI
TÄTIGKEITEN MIT DER RAMPE.
Zur Installation, der Verwendung,
Wartung und zur Ausführung aller
Tätigkeiten muss man sicherstellen,
dass das Fahrzeug auf einer ebe-
nen Fläche, in freien und sicheren
Bereichen abgestellt wird.
Das Fahrzeug muss ausgeschal-
tet sein und mit gezogene
Handbremse. Deshalb die Zün-
dschlüssel extrahieren und bewah-
ren.FürdieNutzungderRampe,muss
das Fahrzeug auf einem kompakten,
ebenen und rutschen Boden sein.
Vor dem Öffnen der Rampe muss
man sicherstellen, dass die Stand-
bremse des Fahrzeugs angezogen
wurde und so bis zum vollständigen
Schließen der Rampe nach ihrer
Verwendung belassen wird.
2 - DIE MAX. TRAGFÄHIGKEIT BE-
ACHTEN. Das Überschreiten der
angegebenen Rampen-Tragfähig-
keit ist verboten, diese ndet man
auf dem Etikett auf der rechten
Seite der Rampe (oder im Kapitel
"Technische Daten").
3 - Um die Rampe zu öffnen, schließen
oder zu drehen greift man immer die
seitlichen Griffe, um ein Quetschen
der Finger oder der Hände zu ver-
meiden.
4 - Während des Öffnens oder des
Schließens darf man sich niemals
vor oder hinter der Rampe positio-
nieren, immer seitlich dazu stellen.
5 - Man muss sich vergewissern, dass
man die Last alleine bewegen kann,
sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, muss
man sich unterstützen lassen.
6 - Die Trittäche der Rampe immer
sauber halten, um ein Ausrutschen
oder Fallen zu vermeiden.
7 - Die Rampe an einem geeigneten Ort öff-
nen, um den Verkehr oder den Durch-

1 - MISE EN PLACE ET CONDITIONS

Pour l'installation de la rampe, l'u-
tilisation, la maintenance ou toute
autre opération, s'assurer d'avoir
stationné le véhicule sur un sol plat,
dans une zone adéquate, libre et
sûre.
Le véhicule doit être éteint
et le frein à man tiré. Donc il
faut extraire et stocker les clés de
démarrage.
Pour l’utilisation de la rampe le véhi-
cule doit être sur un sol compact,
plan et non-glissante.
Avant d'ouvrir la plate-forme, véri-
er que le frein de stationnement du
véhicule est enclenché et maintenu
jusqu'à la fermeture complète de la
rampe à la n de son utilisation.
2 - RESPECTER LA CAPACITE MAX.
Il est interdit de dépasser la capa-
cité nominale de la rampe, indiquée
sur le côté droit de cette rampe (ou
au Chap. "Caractéristiques techni-
ques").
3 - Pour ouvrir, fermer ou tourner la
rampe, toujours saisir les poignées
situées sur le côté, pour éviter tout
risque d'écrasement des doigts ou
des mains.
4 - Ne jamais se mettre devant ou der-
rière la rampe pour l'ouvrir ou la
tourner, mais toujours se tenir sur le
côté.
5 - Toujours s'assurer d'être en me-
sure de gérer la charge et de la
manœuvrer seul, sinon demander
de l'aide.
6 - Maintenir le plancher de la rampe
propre an d'éviter de glisser ou de
tomber.
7 - Ouvrir la rampe dans un lieu adapté,
de manière à ne pas gêner la circu-

NI DEL VEICOLO PER OGNI OPE-

Per l’installazione della rampa, l’u-
tilizzo, la manutenzione o qualsiasi
altra operazione, accertarsi di aver
parcheggiato il veicolo su un suolo
piano, in aree idonee, libere e sicu-
re.
Il veicolo deve trovarsi su suolo
compatto e non scivoloso; deve
sempre essere spento e con
il freno di stazionamento in-
serito. Estrarre quindi e custodire
le chiavi di avviamento.
Prima di aprire la pedana vericare
che il freno di stazionamento del
veicolo sia inserito e così mantenu-
to no alla completa chiusura della
rampa al termine del suo utilizzo.
2 - RISPETTARE LA PORTATA MAX.
Vietato superare la portata dichiarata
della rampa, vericabile sull’etichet-
ta riportata sul lato destro della ram-
pa stessa (o al cap. “Dati tecnici”).
3 - Per aprire, chiudere o ruotare la
rampa impugnare sempre le mani-
glie sul lato, per evitare schiaccia-
menti delle dita o delle mani.
4 - Non posizionarsi mai davanti o die-
tro la rampa per aprirla o ruotarla,
ma sempre lateralmente.
5 - Assicurarsisemprediessere in grado
di gestire il carico e di manovrarlo da
soli, altrimenti chiedere assistenza.
6 - Tenere pulito il piano di calpestio della
rampa per evitare scivolamenti o cadute.

make sure the vehicle is parked on

safe area.
The vehicle must be on a ground
compact and not slippery; must
always be switched off and
with the parking brake enga-
ged. Therefore remove and keep
the keys safe.
Before opening the platform make
sure the vehicle's brake is engaged
and locked until the ramp is closed
and the operation is nished.
2 - RESPECT THE MAX. CAPACITY.
Do not exceed the capacity of the
ramp, check it on the right side of
the ramp (or in chap. “Technical
data”).
3 - To open, close or rotate the ramp,
grab the handles on its side to avoid
crushing your ngers or your hands.
4 - Never stand in front or behind the
ramp while opening or turning it;
always stand sideways.
5 - Always make sure you can manage
and handle the load alone, other-
wise ask for help.
6 - Keep the oor of the ramp clean to
avoid any slipping or falling.
7 - Open the ramp in suitable places,
make sure you do not block the traf-

SEGÚN LOS USOS ADMITIDOS -

usos no admitidos ya que puede
causar accidentes incluso mortales
o graves daños materiales.
12 - CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES
- Utilice la rampa en las condicio-
nes y dentro de los límites técnicos
para los cuales ha sido diseñada y
que se indican en el manual. Utili-
ce la rampa sólo en las condiciones
climático-ambientales indicadas en
este manual.
13 - PROHIBIDO EL USO DE LA TAMPA
A PERSONAS NO ENCARGADAS/
NO IDÓNEAS/ MENORES - No se
permite bajo ningún concepto el uso
por parte de personas no instruidas
para dicha nalidad, que no presen-
ten unas condiciones psicofísicas
adecuadas o que no posean los di-
spositivos de protección individual
obligatorios y oportunos (DPI). No
se permite bajo ningún concepto el
uso de los menores.
14 - USE SIEMPRE DISPOSITIVOS DE
PROTECCIÓN INDIVIDUAL - Para
cualquier operación con la rampa
(instalación, uso, limpieza/control,
mantenimiento o desguace) es obli-
gatorio utilizar dispositivos de protec-
ción individual (DPI); ver cap. 18.

oder Materialschäden führen.
11 - DIE RAMPE AUSSCHLIESSLICH
FÜR DIE BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄS-
SE VERWENDUNG NUTZEN - Die
Nutzung der Rampe für NICHT vor-
gesehene Verwendungsarten ist
verboten
12 - UMGEBUNGSBEDINGUNGEN -
Die Rampe ausschließlich unter
den Bedingungen und innerhalb der
technischen Grenzwerte verwen-
den, für die sie konzipiert wurde und
die in dem Handbuch beschrieben
werden. Die Rampe ausschließlich
unter den im Handbuch genannten
Umwelt-/ und Klimabedingungen
nutzen,
13 - UNBEFUGTEN / UNGEEIGNETEN
/ MINDERJÄHRIGEN IST DIE NUT-
ZUNG DER RAMPE UNTERSAGT
- Die Nutzung der Rampe durch
Personal, das nicht entsprechend
geschult ist oder sich in einem nicht
entsprechenden psychophysischen
Zustand bendet und keine passen-
de persönliche Schutzausrüstung
(PSA) trägt, ist unzulässig. Die Nut-
zung durch Minderjährige ist strikt
verboten.
14 - IMMER DIE PERSÖNLICHE
SCHUTZAUSRÜSTUNG TRAGEN
- Bei der Nutzung der Rampe (In-
stallation, Verwendung, Reinigung/
Kontrolle, Wartung und Entsorgung)
ist das Tragen der persönlichen
Schutzausrüstung (PSA); sehen

mentales indiquées dans le présent
manuel.
13 - INTERDICTION POUR LES PER-
SONNES QUI NE SONT PAS DU
METIERS / INAPTES / MINEURES
D'UTILISER LA RAMPE - L’utilisa-
tion est absolument interdite aux
personnes n'ayant pas la forma-
tion requise, qui ne sont pas dans
des conditions psychophysiques
adéquates ou sans équipements de
protection individuelle obligatoires
(EPI). L'utilisation de la part de mi-
neurs est absolument interdite.
14 - TOUJOURS UTILISER DES EQUI-
PEMENTS DE PROTECTION INDI-
VIDUELLE - Pour chaque opération
de la rampe (installation, utilisation,
nettoyage/contrôle, maintenance et
démontage), il est obligatoire d'utili-
ser des équipements de protection
individuelle (EPI); voir chap. 18.

PER GLI USI AMMESSI - L’utilizzo
della rampa per usi NON ammessi
è vietato e può causare incidenti an-
che mortali o gravi danni materiali.
12 - CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI - Utiliz-
zare la rampa nelle condizioni ed
entro i limiti tecnici per i quali è stata
progettata e indicati nel manuale.
Utilizzare la rampa solamente nelle
condizioni climatico-ambientali indi-
cate nel presente manuale.
13 - VIETATO L’USO DELLA RAMPA AI
NON ADDETTI / NON IDONEI / MI-
NORI - L’utilizzo non è consentito
assolutamente da parte di persone
non istruite allo scopo, non in con-
dizioni psicosiche adeguate o prive
di opportuni dispositivi di protezione
individuale obbligatori (DPI). Non è
consentito assolutamente l’uso da
parte di minori.
14 - USARE SEMPRE DISPOSITIVI DI
PROTEZIONE INDIVIDUALE - Per
ogni operazione con la rampa (in-
stallazione, uso, pulizia/controllo,
manutenzione e smantellamento)
utilizzare dispositivi di protezione in-
dividuale (DPI); vedere cap. 18.

in severe incidents or damages.
11 - USE THE RAMP ONLY IN THE
PERMITTED MANNER - Using the
ramp for INADEQUATE purposes
is forbidden and might result in life
threatening incidents or severe da-
mages.
12 - ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS -
Use the ramp under the conditions
and within the technical limits for
which it was designed, shown in this
manual. Use the ramp only under
the environmental conditions indica-
ted herein.
13 - THE RAMP SHOULD NOT BE
USED BY UNAUTHORISED STAFF
/ UNTRAINED STAFF / MINORS -
The ramp should not be used by un-
trained staff, or not in proper physi-
cal conditions or without wearing
the mandatory personal protective
equipment (PPE). The ramp should
not be used by minors.
14 - ALWAYS WEAR THE PERSONAL
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT - For
any operation you carry out with the
ramp (installation, use, cleaning/
check-up, maintenance, dismantle)
you have to wear your personal pro-
tective equipment (PPE); see chap.
18.

17 - HAGA REALIZAR EL MANTENI-
MIENTO SÓLO A PERSONAL
TÉCNICO ESPECIALIZADO - El
mantenimiento debe ser realizado
únicamente por personal especiali-
zado. Dicho personal especializado
debe adoptar dispositivos de protec-
ción individual (DPI). La realización
de mantenimientos en la rampa por
parte de personal no autorizado o
no equipado (DPI) puede hacer que
estas personas se expongan al ri-
esgo de accidentes graves y daños
a ellas mismas o a cosas. En el caso
de mantenimiento o desmontaje de

18 - DIE BESTANDTEILE DER RAMPE

pegen und die vorgesehenen pe-
riodischen Kontrollen durchführen.
Vor der Verwendung, die perfekte
Unversehrtheit, Schmierung und
