( Replugable Ozone module in the bottom of machine )
➢New design for replugable ozone module,
➢Ozone plate, heat sink, plastic holder all in one part.
➢No any screws, easy to clean and replace it only by hand.
➢Utilizing controlled corona discharge ozone technology
developed.

The Ozon generator is designed :
1. After the treatment, the ozone an be automatically decompose, no
smell, no residue;
2. To operate the Ozone generator:
ØPark the car, ensures the car is unoccupied.
ØClose off the car windows
ØOpen the car air conditioner
ØConnect the power cord
Ø
ØKeep the car door closed for 10-30 minute after the machine
stop working, the disinfection will be better
ØReturn and open the window.
ØTurn off the machine and unplug the power cord from the
cigarette plug.
Gently turn the timer on 180 min.,
subsequently set the desired time of functioning and
exit from the vehicle.

Warning: For high concentration ozone can damage to human
body, people and animals shouldn’t stay in car when the ozone machine
is working.
If people have to get on the car urgently, please turn off
the machine and open all the car windows for 5-10 minutes before
go into the car.

When the no longer produces enough
ozone to be
effective, the ozone module should be replaced.
(Usually it should be replaced after working 6000 hours)
How to replace the ozone module:
ØTurn off the local power supply.
ØPull out the ozone plate module directly by hand.
ØInstall new ozone plate module
(Be careful not to drop the plate module).
