The Automatic Programmer can be optionally setfor six, eight or ten selections
in the E-F and J-K sections.
NOTE
If the Phonograph
is equipped with Preset Programs it is not advisable to place LP albums
in the E,
F, J or K sections of the record magazine. However, LP Albums may be placed
in the A,
B, C, D, G and H sections.

REJECT ROD ADWTMENT -
Open phonograph dame assembly and remove the program holder, then close dome assembly.
-
Depress rcject button firmly. Viewing SLUG REJECTOR through the dome assembly, verify that
the BRACKET and CAM ASSEMBLY is fully depressed with 1/4" of the reject button remaining.
-
Should adjustment of f he REJECT ROD be necessary, loosen REJECT ROD ADJUSTING NUTS
and posit ion the REJECT ROD as required for proper operation. Tighten REJECT ROD
ADJUSTING NUTS.

Be sure that the phonograph is positioned on a level surface prior to making any adjustments to
-
rhe SLUG REJECTOR MOUNTING PLATE.
Should it be necessary to compensate for uneven
footing, the following methods may be used.
-

Side ta side Ieveling of the plronograph may be accomplisl~ed by placing blocks or strips
under the casters on the low side of the cabinet. Check SLUG REJECTOR for proper
coin acceptance.

2. FronttabacklevelingoftheSLUGREJECTORmaybeaccomplishedbylooseningthe
seven MOUNTING SCREWS and positioning the SLUG REJECTOR MOUNTING PLATE as

required. Tighten MOUNTING SCREWS. Check SLUG REJECTOR for proper coin
acceptance.
NOTE
Access to all MOUhTING SCREWS is accomplished by lifting the RETAINING SPRING, moving
the top of the SLUG REJECTOR to the left then lifting out.

cent blades and 3 to 5 grams on the

The tension of the long movable blades should be adjusted so a thin coin, when stopped on it's
coin paddle by holding the paddle up, will upon releasing the paddle, actuate the movable
bIade, close the contacts then clear paddle.

Install SLUG REJECTOR ia pilonagraph and apply power.

Test each individual coin track ten consecutive times with coin of varied wear. If a
coin faiIs to register, that particular coin switch should be examined and,
if necessary,
rcadjus ted , Check SLUG REJECTOR for proper alignment.

ELECTRONIC BONUS ACCUMULATOR
-
The Electronic Bonus Accumulator, hexeinafter rererred to as BO/AC, is a solid stare
electronic credit accumulator designed to provide a method of credit accumulation, both
standard and bonus, resulting from the depos icing of coinage of all denominations .
It

will also accumulate credits resu king from the depositing of dollar bills in Phonographs

equipped wit11 Dollar Bill Accepters . The coins

and/or dollar bills may be deposited in any
sequence until rnaxinlun credits have been accum-
ulated to permit: the selection of thirty-one standard
plays . The amount of credits required for each
standard play are governed by the plug In Program
Card.
Program Card, Part No. 138342, is supplied with
the BO/AC . Any combination of coinage equalling
a
.25, -50, .75 or 1.00, using this Program Card,
will provide the following:

Singles - Two for -25, five for .SO, eight
for .75 and twelve for 1.00.
b .
LP's - One for .25, two for .SO, three for
.7 5 and lour for 1.00, provided the Pl~oaograpb
is programmed for LP's and the Conversion
Plug, located on the Selector Switch Assembly,

provided the Phonogxaplz is equipped to play

Should a pricing change be desired, addicional Programs are available tl~rough your local
Wurlitzer Distributor. Access to the Program Card, installed in the BO/AC, is obtained
by removing the PRICE AND BONUS PROGRAMMING CARD Cover located on the Cover
01 the BO/AC.
NOTE
The base of the Program Cards are slotted
to prevent improper insertion when installing
Program Cards in the BO/AC .
