1.Packing Description
All the packing material for X600-D are environmental materials, you can
fold for depositing facility after final assembling, or take-out for flying outdoors .
There are three packages A,B,C in the box ,including a piece of high quality color
printed spare parts list, which illustrates the package information
bilingually ,such as product ID, description and specification. There are 20
pouches inside the box as the list said. Every package and pouch are labeled
product ID, quantity and exclusive two-dimension code label.

4.Before assembling
The package is furnished with two alley key for assembling, in addition you
need prepare needle nose plier ,straight screwdriver

3 Please be careful when assemble head screw
through pole of the motor arms with Allen key,
bypass the electric wire in the arm.
4 Turn around the motor to check the
smooth of rotation ,pay particular attention
that whether any tiny screw attached to it
5 Finished motors is as follows , the yellow one is head
6. Install ESC board

6 Open the package of heat sink and conducting
silicon.
7Attach the two heat sink with heat
conducting silicom.
8 Fix the heat sink (among with rounded
hole) above the bottom with 20mm white
nylon screw

head direction

12 Install the attenna holder on the upper
cover
13 Instll the long velcro fastener into
the lower cover

14 let the motor arm go through the Arm Mounting Bracket Inboard, fix the three electric wires
into the green ?? ,connect the motor wires with ESC board, connection order clockwise :yellow,
black, red
15 screw the four nylon pillars on to the upper cover
16 Connect the lower cover with the frame that have been installed

8.Install Flight Control Board

19 Open the white socket on the ESC board
‘push aside the brown ears carefully’Insert the
ribbon cable with the metal contacts facing
upwards, then close the brown ears to locate
the cable in place
20 Connect the flight board with the other side
of the ribbon cable the same way, add the
white flight nylon washer onto the nylon pillar
to separate the flight control board with pillar.

21 Fix the flight control board on the four nylon pillars .Ensure the white arrow on the board is
facing toward towards the yellow motor arm.
The follow-up operation can be choose after the PC tools setting ,please refer to the document
“XAircraft Tools Manual ”
9.Install Receiver and Battery

22 Add the velcro Fastener which will hold the
receiver ,attach the receiver platform on to the
four nylon pillar
23 Tighten the four nylon screw on the
platform

24 Check the order of the channels
25 Choose whether connect steering engine
to meet flight needs
26 Fix the battery below upper cover using the
Velcro fastener tightly
27 Fix the antenna into the antenna
holder ,and wind the wire around the
antenna

Notice: Make sure the status of switch of ESC is in the off position when connect
the battery with ESC, Always be careful to check again the order of electric wires
and other details to avoid unnecessary losses
10. Install Propeller

Domed Propeller Nut
28 There are two kinds of propellers, where the XAIRCRAFT logo is on the upper side of the
propeller this is an clockwise propeller, where the XAIRCRAFT logo is on the lower side this is a
anti-clockwise propeller
29 Install the four propellers for the four motors, notice that install the two anti-clockwise
propellers on the front and back motors ,and the clockwise propellers on the left and right
motors. Finally install the domed propeller nuts on the propellers.
11. Test Motors
We’d strongly recommend that you test motors without propellers. Test
method is as follows,
Look down at the direction of the rotation when flying, the front and rear motors
are clockwise, the left and right motors are anti-clockwise.
