XL5145 Series 4½ Digital Panel Meters
The XL5145 series digital panel meter is digital electric measuring
instrument, high accuracy, light and has small volume, It's depth is only
37mm, much more smaller than most similar products.

Notices
1.Setting the decimal point arbitrarily according to you requirement,
short-circuit the decimal point end and the ground end, then it lighted. (there
is no relationship between the decimal point setting and the input signal)
2.Do not solder the plug on the meter. After soldering, please check
carefully whether the connection is wrong, if it is right, please open the
5Vpower first, then input the measured voltage or current signal.
3. Each meter should be power supplied separately, if many meters use the

same 5V power, it will cause the series disturb.
4.Avoid strong electromagnetism interference, the measuring wire must use
shielding wire or twisted pair.
5.Avoid violent shake and impact.
6.Do regular checking, If you want to decrease its basic error while
performing checks, please remove back the cover, then use a small crew
driver slowly move the potentiometer through a hole which near by the
digital tube to make the reading match the standard value.
Simple Trouble Shooting
A. If the digital tube doesn’t light, please check weather the voltage of
power is normal.
B. If the digit is unstable, please check:
І. Whether there is a strong electromagnetism interfering nearby.
Ⅱ. Whether the plug is well connected.
C. If the digit displays 0000, continuous twinkled, indicates the input signal
is beyond the full range, you should decrease its input voltage, and
short-circuit the input end, let the current go.
D. If the input end add the measured voltage, but the digit has no response,
please check weather the input connection is open circuit.
