Install 0411.msi to convert the WSS O/S.
Select “I accept the license agreement”.
Click “OK”

Select “Apply Japanese to the Default User account.”
Click “OK”
Start Installing Japanese User Interface Package.
Click “OK” to select Service Pack 1 CD.

Change “Copy file from: D:\I386” to C:\I386
Click “OK”
Click “OK”
Change “Copy file from: D:\I386” to C:\I386 again
Click “OK”
Start Installing Japanese User Interface Package.

Click “OK” when installed successfully.
Click “YES” to restart the system.
