Central
Heating
Stove
must
be
placed
in
the house because
it
also
provides
convection
from
its
surrounding.
It
can
also be installed
in
a room or
in
the kitchen
having good
draft.
It
is
compulsory
to
use
open
expansion
boiler.

Central
Heating
Stove
can
not
be installed
in
the bedroom
or
outside
of
the house.
2.3
Chimney
must
be
cleaned well
before
applying
stove
pipes.
2.4
Attention
must
be
paid
so
that the
pipes
of
the
stove
get
linked
to
each other
in
good
order and
one
within
the
other.

Bad
quality
of
the
chimney
draft affects
the
output
of
the
stove
and
at
the
same
time,
it
can
also
cause
harmful
results
for
the health.

Central
heating
installation
must
be done
by
the
authorized
installer
by taking
installation's
connection
diagram
into
consideration.

Draft of
the
chimney
must
be well
and
powerful.
This
particularity
can
be tested
by approximating
the
flame
to
the
chimney
and
it
can
also be done
with
a
piece
of
paper.
In
this
case,
piece
of
paper
is
pressed
to
the
opening
of
the
chimney
and is the
piece
of
paper
remains
suspended,
it
means
that
the
draft of
the
chimney
is
good.

In
order
to
prevent
the
backfire
of
the
chimney, "chimney
cap"
which
turns
with
the wind
must
be
applied
on
the exit
of
the
chimney.

warning
detector
must
be
applied
in
the

Central
Heating
Stove
takes
place.

When installation becomes
completed,
you
must
open
the valve
in
order
to
give
water to
boiler's
return
line
(Figure
-
2/9)
from
service
water
line.

Valve
must
be closed when
1/4 of
expansion
tank is
filled.

Empty
cable
ends
must
be
connected
to
circulation
pump
(Figure
-
2/3)
as seen
in
(Figure

must
be inserted

grounded

One

that there is
electricity
and the other

indicated that

by adjusting
the thermostat

pump

zero
degree.

By removing big
yellow
screw on
the circulation
pump,
be
sure
that the
tip
of
motor
shaft
taking
place
inside
turns.
If
it
is
not
turning,
shaft
must
be turned
once
with
the screwdriver.
Big yellow
screw
is
applied
to
its
place
when
shaft
starts to turn.
3.6
Air
of
the
cores
must
be removed. Water level
of
expansion
tank
must
be controlled.

Water
is
given
to
the
system
from
boiler's inlet
pipe
(Figure
-
2/9)
from
service
water
line.

After
becoming
sure
that there is
no
leakage
in
the
system,
fuel
is loaded
to
the
firing
chamber and
then the
fire
is
set.
Pump
thermostat
(Figure
-
3/10)
is
adjusted.
Pump
will
start
working
when the
temperature
of
the
water
exceeds
40°C.

Temperature
of
the
boiler's
water
(which
is
determinant
for
the
temperature
of
the
room)
is
adjusted
from
chain
driven thermostatic
regulator
(Figure
-
2/6).
Chain
driven thermostatic
regulator automatically
controls
burning
speed
of Central
Pleating
Stove
and
it
maintains the heat
of
the
water
fixed
at
the
adjusted
temperature.
3.10
In
order
to
obtain
a
good
heat,
coal
must
be
preferred
by having
6.000-7.000
kcal/hour
value,
having
less ash residue and
it
must
be
dry
and without dust and
must
have
orange
and walnut size.
Big
coal
comforts
air
inlet.

OUR
WARNINGS
and
RECOMMENDATIONS
3.1
If
the
coal
used
is the kind
to
ignite
difficultly,
in
this
case,
the
type
of
coal
having
easy
ignition
can
be added
on
top
of
it.
3.2
Do
not
ignite
your
Central
Heating
Stove
with
flammable
and burnable
fuels
such
as
benzene,
spirit,
gasoline.
3.3
Expansion
tank
(Figure 1/12)
is
open
type.
Steam
outlet
(Figure
-
1/13)
opening
on
top
must
definetely
be
open.
Please do
not
close
it.
3.4
Do
not
operate
your
Central
Heating
Stove
without
water.
3.5
Do
not
give
water
when
water
boilers
are
heated when
they
don't have
water
inside. Please wait
till
they
cool down.
3.6
When
there
is
water
inside the
boilers,
do
not
keep
it
waiting
when
temperature
is
zero or
below
zero
degree.
Or,
please
use
chemicals which
prevent
freezing.
Otherwise,
boilers
will
be
damaged.
3.7
Specially
in
the
regions having
much
of
lime,
"magnetic
lime
preventer"
must
be
connected
to
the
water
installation
or
to
the inlet
of
the boiler.
In
models
with
the
usage
of
hot
water,
magnetic
lime
preventer
must
be
applied
bathroom,
kitchen hot
water
inlet
(Figure
-
1/1

order
to
prevent
the
obstructions
of
copper
serpentine pipes.

to
be
occurred because
of
not
using
the
product
as
stated
in
the
"Operating
Manual".
•
Alterations,
repairs
and
maintenances done
on
the
product
other
than authorized service.
•
Malfunctions
to
be
caused
because
of
using
the
product
other
than
in
normal intended
usage.
•
Scorings,
crushes,
cracks
and breaks
to
be caused
by
transportation,
storagings
and miss-use.
•
Scorings,
crushes and cracks
to
be caused
in
the result
of
physical
impact.
•
Destroying
Guarantee
Certificate,
removing
Serial
Number
from
the
product
or
destroying
it.
•
Deformations
such
as
cracks and breaks
because
of
spilling
the
water
on
hot
casting
and
glass
parts.
•
Boiler
swellings
because
of
the
freezing
of
the
water
taking
place
in
the
boiler.
•
Problems caused
by operating
without
water.
•
Calcifications
caused
by
the
water
having
lime
in
it.
REMARKS:
•
Determination
and
elimination
way
and
procedure
of
the
malfunctions
taking
place
in
the
scope
of
the
Guarantee
belongs
to
the
manufacturer.

In
order
to
have the validness
of
the
Guarantee,
it
is
required
that the seller
must
fill
the relevant
part
on
the
Guarantee Certificate
and this
should also
include the
Date.
•
Usage
of
Open
Expansion
Tank
is
compulsory.
GUARANTEE
TERMS
1-
Guarantee
duration is
2
(Two)
Years and
starts
from
the
delivery
of
the
product.
2-
All
parts
of
the
product
are
in
the
scope
of
our
Company's
Guarantee.
3-
In
the
event
of
encountering
the
malfunction of
the
product
within
guarantee
period,
the time
passing during
the
repair
is added
to
guarantee
period. Repair period
of
the
product
is maximum
30
business
days.
This time
period
starts
when the
product's
malfunction
is
notified
to
service station or
to
either one
of
the
seller, dealer,
representative,
importer
or
manufacturer-producer
of
the
product
when there is
no
service
station.
If
the
malfunction
of
the
product
can
not
be eliminated
within
30
( Thirty )
days,
then the
manufacturer-producer
or
importer
has the
compulsion
to
allocate another
product
to
the
consumer
by having
similar characteristics
until the
repair
of
the
products
gets
completed.

If

product
malfunctions
within
the
guarantee
period,
then its
repair
will
be done without
demanding
any
fee.

Consumer
has the
right
to
demand
replacement
of
the
product
on free
of
charge
basis,
refunding
of

consideration
or
refunding

consideration
by being
equal
to
the
loss
when

stated
occur
despite
of
having
the
consumer use
his/her
repair

repetition
of

same
malfunction

times

one
year

the time

the condition

cause
the
consumer
not
being
able

use
of

contrary

Manual

product

exempted

scope

BRIEF
INFORMATION
RELATED WITH
INSTALLATION,
INSTALLING
AND
OPERATING
1.
FIRST,
CHIMNEY
DRAFT
CONTROL
MUST
BE
DONE
Draft of
the
chimney
must
definitely
be controlled
before Central
Heating
Stove
is used.
Press
a
paper
such
as
a
broadsheet
to
the
chimney
hole and
if
the
papers
stands still
in
that
position
without
falling
or
if
the
chimney
pulls
the
paper
towards
the
inside,
it
means
that
draft of
the
chimney
is
good,
Draft
control
of
the
chimney
can
also
be done
by burning
a
paper
in
the
entry
hole
of
the
chimney.
Chimney's
draft affects
the
burning directly.
If
the
draft of
the
chimney
is
weak,
the heat
you
will
get
will
not
be
enough
and
in
this
case,
your
fuel
becomes
consumed
unproductively.
A
weak
chimney
draft
managing
the
stove
is
not
enough
for Central
Heating
Stove.
2.
WATER
SYSTEM
_
You
must
do the connections
of
boiler-pipe
with
the
type
having
the
feature of
mounting
and
dismantling.

load

little
of
fuel,
you
get
little heat.

HOT
UTILITY
WATER
In
models
having
instant
water
heater
within
the central
heating
boiler,
after
having
the boiler
water
reach
70°-
90°C,
hot
utility
water
can
be obtained
for
a
long
period
of
time.

HOW
IS
YOUR
FURL
COMBUSTION
QUALITY
In
a
good
combustion;
after
ignition
and
inflammation
stage,
flame
becomes red
or
orange
color.
Glowing
coal becomes
eye-popping
brilliant.
In
a
weak
combustion;
top
surface
of
the coal is black
during
combustion
and
when
the
combustion ends
some
part
of
the coal remains unburned.
In
a
weak
combustion,
boiler's
water
and
cores are
not
heated
sufficiently.
Besides,
soot
accumulation
within
a
short
period
of
time is the
sign
for
bad
chimney
draft.
7.
INFORMATION ABOUT
THE DRAFT
OF
THE
CHIMNEY
Chimney
draft
is
generated
from
the
difference of
the heat between the cold air
of
the outside and the
hot
air
inside
of
the
chimney.
When the heat
difference
between the inside
of
the
chimney
and
outer
environment is
big,
then
chimneys
have better
draft
during
the
cold weathers.
Draft
gets
less
during
open
air.
•
Very
few
elbows
must
be used between
Central
Heating
Stove
and the
entry
of
the
chimney
and
chimney's
entry
must
be reached
within
a
short distance. This
particularity
is
very
important
in
order
to
obtain
a
good chimney
draft.
•
Pipe
must not
get
air
from
its
joining
parts.
•
Having
the
pipe
get
the air
from
the
side
by entering
the
chimney
with
a curve or
entering
the
pipe
to
the
chimney
more
than normal
reduces
the
draft.
•
If
chimney
pipes
have bad heat
insulation,
exhaust
gas
becomes
cold
before
it
gets
out.
Draft
becomes bad.
•
When
you
have cracks
in
your
chimney,
these
cause
unnecessary
air
inlet
within
the
chimney
and
not
having
the
plastering
of
the
chimney
bricks also reduces the
draft.
•
Long
horizontal
pipes
must not
be
used,
elevation
must
be
with
angle
and
chimney
smoke exit
must
be
1
meter
higher
than the
highest
level
of
the
roof.
•
Chimney
draft
decreases
when
your
chimney
does
not
have
adequate
height
and when
it
becomes surrounded
with
the
roofs of
the houses
or
trees
taking
place
in
the
surrounding.
•
Top
of
the
chimney
must
be
covered
with
the
cap.
This
helps
to
have
protection
from
the rain and southwest wind.
•
Chimneys
must
be cleaned
once
in
every
three months
or once
in
a
month.
