DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
1. トップカバー（所要時間：約 2 分）
1-1 [500] のネジ 11 本を外して、トップカバーを外します。（図
1 ）1. Top Cover (Time required: About 2 minutes)
1-1 Remove the eleven (11) screws marked [500]. The
top cover can then be removed. (Fig.1)
2. DC Circuit Board
(Time required: About 4 minutes)
2-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
2-2 Remove the nine (9) screws marked [110] and the
screw marked [115]. The DC circuit board can then
be removed with the diode stack. (Photo.1)
2-3 Remove the diode stack (D401) soldered to the DC
circuit board. (Photo.1)
The diode stack is not part of the DC circuit board.
When you replace the DC circuit board, you should
remove the diode stack from the DC circuit board,
and install in the new DC circuit board.
3. Power Transformer, COIL-L Circuit Board
(Time required: About 2 minutes)
3-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
3-2 Remove the hexagonal nut marked [A]. The power
transformer can then be removed. (Photo.1)
3-3 (J destination only) Remove the two (2) screws
marked [60].The COIL-L circuit board can then be
removed.(Photo.1)
4. IN Circuit Board
(Time required: About 4 minutes)
4-1 Remove the top cover. (See procedure 1.)
4-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [290], the two
(2) screws marked [330] and the two (2) hexagonal
nuts marked [B]. The IN circuit board can then be
removed. (Photo.1, 2, 3)
2. DC シート（所要時間：約 4 分）
2-1 トップカバーを外します。（ 1 項参照）
2-2 [110] のネジ 9 本と [115] のネジ 1 本を外して、ダイオードスタックと共に
DC シートを外します。（写真 1 ）
2-3 DC シートに半田付けされているダイオードスタック（
D401 ）を外します。（写真 1 ） ※ダイオードスタックは、
DC シートの構成部品ではありません。
DC シートを交換する際には、 DC シートからダイオードスタックを取り外して、新しい
DC シートに取り付けてください。
3. 電源トランス、 COIL-L シート（所要時間：約
2 分）
3-1 トップカバーを外します。（ 1 項参照）
3-2 [A] の六角ナット 1 個を外して、電源トランスを外します。（写真
1 ）
3-3 (J 仕向のみ )[60] のネジ 2 本を外して、 COIL-L シートを外します。（写真
1 ）
4. IN シート（所要時間：約 4 分）
4-1 トップカバーを外します。（ 1 項参照）
4-2 [290] のネジ 4 本と [330] のネジ 2 本、 [B] の六角ナット
2 個を外して、 IN シートを外します。（写真 1, 2, 3 ）Fig.1（図

4-3 Remove the two (2) volume knobs from the IN circuit
board. (Photo.2)
The volume knobs are not parts of the IN circuit
board. When you replace the IN circuit board, you
should remove the volume knobs from the IN circuit
board, and install in the new IN circuit board.
The IN circuit board and the OUT2 circuit
board are connected with the connector
assembly (W301). Remove the solder of the
OUT2 circuit board.
4-3 IN シートからノブ VR 2 個を外します。（写真 2 ） ※ノブ
VR は、 IN シートの構成部品ではありません。
IN シートを交換する際には、 IN シートからノブ VR
を取り外して、新しい IN シートに取り付けてください。 ※
IN シートと OUT2 シートは、束線 W301 で接続されています。

soldered to the OUT2 circuit board. (Photo.6)
When you replace the OUT2 circuit board, be sure
to attach the speaker terminal cover as before.
The earth film is not part of the OUT2 circuit board.
When you replace the OUT2 circuit board, you
should remove the earth film from the OUT2 circuit
board, and install in the new OUT2 circuit board.

5-1 トップカバーを外します。（ 1 項参照）
5-2 [530] のネジ 2 本を外して、 SP ターミナルカバーを外します。（写真

5-3 OUT2 シート（ P1000S モデル）：
5-3-1 [340] のネジ 2 本を外します。（写真 5 ）
5-3-2 W301B （アース線）の半田を外して、 OUT2 シートを外します。（写真
1 ）
5-4 OUT1/OUT2 シート（ P2500S ､ P3500S モデル）：
5-4-1 [340] のネジ 2 本と [350] のネジ 4 本､ [C] の六角ナット
2 個を外します。（写真 5 ）
