
IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE STARTING
□Do not attempt to use the machine until the unit is fully
assembled.
□We strongly suggest that if you are a beginner, or if this is
your first time on a portable type mini-style stepper without a
frame and handles, you should place the unit next to a wall or
chair or in a doorway to provide additional support.
□This will help until you become familiar with the side-to-side
stepping action of the stepper.
□If at anytime you feel faint, lightheaded or dizzy while
exercising, stop immediately. Don’t heasitate to consult your
health care provider prior to returning to your workout. You
should also stop if you experience undue stress, pressure or
pain at any time. Pregnant women should always consult with
their physician prior to this or any exercise program.
