Installation
• This appliance is heavy. Care shoul be taken
when moving it.

Important: if the supply cable is amage , it
must be replace by a special cable available
from your local Service Force Centre.
• Any electrical work require to install this

• Parts which heat up shoul not be expose .
Whenever possible, the back of the appliance
shoul be close to a wall but leaving the require
istance for ventilation as state in the installation
instructions.
• The appliance shoul be left for 2 hours after
installation before it is turne on, in or er to allow
the refrigerant to settle.
Child Sa ety
• Do not allow chil ren to tamper with the controls
or play with the pro uct.
• Keep all packaging well away from chil ren.
General Sa ety
• This appliance contains hydrocarbons in its
cooling unit; maintenance and recharging
must there ore only be carried out by
authorized technicians.
• Take utmost care when handling your
appliance so as not to cause any damages to
the cooling unit with consequent possible
luid leakages.

During Use
• This appliance is esigne for omestic use only,
specifically for the storage of e ible foo stuffs.
• Frozen foo must NOT be re-frozen once it has
thawe out.
• Do not place carbonate or fizzy rinks in the
freezer.
• Do not remove items from the freezer if your
han s are amp/wet, as this coul cause skin
abrasions or frost/freezer burns.
• Ice lollies can cause ‘frost/freezer burns’ if
consume straight from the freezer.
• Manufacturers’ storage recommen ations shoul
be strictly a here to. Refer to relevant
instructions.
• The cooling plate or refrigerate freezer shelves
in this appliance contain channels through which
the refrigerant passes. If these are puncture this
will cause substantial amage to the appliance
an result in foo loss. DO NOT USE SHARP
INSTRUMENTS to scrape off frost or ice. Un er
NO circumstances shoul soli ice be force off
the lining or shelves. Soli ice shoul be allowe
to thaw, when efrosting the appliance. See
Defrost Instructions.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Switch off an unplug the appliance before
carrying out any cleaning or maintenance work.

OPERATION
Be ore using
Remove all securing tapes. Wash insi e the
appliance with lukewarm water an bicarbonate of
so a (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water).
Do not use soap or detergent as the smell may
linger. Dry thoroughly.

To Start the Appliance
Allow the appliance to stan for 2 hours after
installation.
Plug in the appliance an switch on at the mains
supply. Turn the thermostat control (B) to a mi way
setting (3-4) an a just the sli er control, situate on
the back wall of the fri ge section, to a mi way
position between “MIN” an “MAX”. The pilot light (A)
will light up. Leave the appliance for approximately 4
hours for the correct temperature to be reache
before placing foo insi e.
To switch off the appliance turn the thermostat
control to position “●”
Setting the temperature
The temperature insi e the appliance is regulate by
a thermostat with 6 temperature positions an an
“OFF” (●) position.
Position 1 = minimum col ness
Position 6 = maximum col ness
Turn the thermostat control knob to the require
position.
The intermediate position is usually the most
suitable (3-4).
The thermostat control knob regulates the
temperature both within the fri ge an the freezer
compartment. The thermostat setting can vary as the
temperature insi e the appliance epen s on the
following factors:
– room temperature
– how often the oor is opene
– how much foo is store
– position of the appliance

Door reversal directions
1. Disconnect from the electricity supply.
2. Remove all loose items, inclu ing foo , store foo
in a cool place.
3. Gently lay the fri ge/freezer on its back with the
top hel away from the floor by 5-8 cm (2-3
inches) of packing.
4. Remove the feet (B).
5. Remove bottom hinge (A).
6. Remove the freezer oor by releasing it from the
mi le hinge (H).
7. Unscrew the mi le hinge.
8. Sli e out the fri ge oor from pin (G), unscrew pin
(G) an then screw it own into the hinge hole
provi e on the opposite si e, after having
remove the small plugs which shoul then be
fitte on the opposite si e.
9. Remove the plastic blanking screws from the left
han hinge position, refit to the right han hinge
position.
10.Refit the fri ge oor an replace the mi le hinge
to the left han si e.
11.Replace the oor an bottom hinge (A) on the
opposite si e.
12.Refit the feet (B).
Important
After completion of the oor reversing operation,
check that the oor gasket a heres to the cabinet. If
the ambient temperature is col (i.e. in Winter), the
gasket may not fit perfectly to the cabinet. In that
case, wait for the natural fitting of the gasket or
accelerate this process by heating up the part
involve with a normal hair ryer on a low setting.

Fresh ood re rigeration
To obtain the best performance, o not store warm
foo or evaporating liqui s in the refrigerator; cover
or wrap the foo , particularly if it has a strong flavour.
Do not cover the shelves with any protective
material, such as paper, car boar or plastic, which
may obstruct the air circulation.
To help you use your refrigerator correctly, here are
some more useful hints:
Raw meat (beef, pork, lamb & poultry): wrap in
polythene bags an place on the glass shelf above
the sala rawers.
Meat can only be stored sa ely in this way or
one or two days at the most.
Fruit & vegetables: these shoul be thoroughly
cleane an place in the sala rawers.
Butter & cheese: these shoul be place in special
airtight containers or wrappe in aluminium foil or
polythene bags to exclu e as much air as possible.
Milk bottles: these shoul have a cap an shoul be
store in the bottle rack on the oor.

Use o an air circulation slider
control - COOL FLOW CONTROL
Your appliance has an air circulation sli er control
situate at the rear of the fri ge compartment, which
controls the amount of col air circulate through the
fri ge compartment.
When the ambient temperature is between 10°C an
16°C, the sli er control shoul be in the “MIN”
position.
When the ambient temperature is above 16°C the
sli er control shoul be mi way between “MIN” an
“MAX”.
When the ambient temperature is very high (i.e. hot
summer ays) position the sli er control to “MAX”.

Electrical connections
Any electrical work require to install this appliance
shoul be carrie out by a qualifie electrician or
competent person.
WARNING: THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE
EARTHED.
The manu acturer declines any liability should
this sa ety measure not be observed.
If the plug that is fitte to your appliance is not
suitable for your socket outlet, it must be cut off an
the appropriate plug fitte .
Remove the fuse from the cut off plug.
The cut off plug shoul then be ispose of to
prevent the hazar of shocks in case it shoul be
plugge into a 13amp socket in another part of your
home.
Important
The wires in the mains lea are coloure in
accor ance with the following co e:
Green and Yellow - Earth
Blue - Neutral
Brown - Live
If you fit your own plug, the colours of the wires in
the mains lea of your appliance may not correspon
with the markings i entifying the terminals in your
plug, procee as follows:
Connect the Green an Yellow (earth) wire to the
terminal in the plug which is marke with the letter
«E» or the earth symbol or coloure green an
yellow.
Connect the blue (neutral) wire to the terminal in the
plug which is marke with the letter «N» or coloure
black.
Connect the brown (live) wire to the terminal in the
plug which is marke with the letter «L» or coloure
re .

For replacement, use a 13amp BSI362 fuse. Only
ASTA or BSI approve fuses shoul be use .
The plug must not be use if the fuse cover/carrier is
lost. The cover/carrier is in icate by the coloure
insert at the base of the plug.
A replacement cover/carrier must be obtaine from
your local Service Force Centre.

Positioning the inner shelves
The walls of the refrigerator have runners so that
shelves can be positione as esire .
For better use of space, the front half-shelves can lie
over the rear ones.

Positioning the door shelves
The oor shelves can be easily remove for
cleaning. Gently ease the shelf in the irections
shown.
A justment of the oor shelves can be ma e to
accommo ate varying heights of bottles an other
containers. Store light items such as small cartons
an jars on the oor shelves. The bottle shelf can be
use for the storage of heavier bottles.

INSTALLATION
Positioning
This appliance shoul only be installe at a location
where the ambient temperature correspon s to the
climate classification in icate on the rating plate,
which is locate at the left on the insi e of the
appliance.
The following table shows which ambient temperature
is correct for each climate classification:
SN +10°C to + 32°C
N +16°C to + 32°C
ST +18°C to + 38°C
T +18°C to + 43°C
It shoul be locate in a ry atmosphere, out of irect
sunlight an away from extreme temperature e.g. not
next to a boiler or ra iator, or in a very col room e.g.
an outhouse, where the temperatures may fall below
10°C (50°F). If these temperatures are excee e i.e.
col er or warmer, then the appliance may not operate
correctly.
You shoul also ensure that air can circulate freely
aroun the back an the top of the cabinet. There
must also be at least 100 mm (4”) istance between
the top of the cabinet an any overhanging kitchen
furniture (A). I eally, the appliance shoul not be
positione beneath overhanging furniture (B).
There shoul also be a gap of 25 mm either si e of
the appliance. Do not obstruct the space un erneath.
Rear spacers
The plastic bag containing all relevant ocumentation
also contains two spacers to be fitte into special
holes in the back of the appliance.
Fit the spacers into the holes, taking care to ensure
that the arrow (A) is positione as shown in the
iagram. Then turn them through 45° (arrow (A)
vertical) until they lock into place.
DO NOT install in places with restricte ventilation.

a justable foot, or feet, at the bottom of the cabinet
using your fingers or a tool (see figure).

The reezer compartment
The four-star freezer compartment is suitable for
storage of commercially frozen foo an for freezing
fresh foo s.
Freezing resh ood
When freezing fresh foo s set the sli er control to
the “min” position an turn the thermostat control to
a higher setting.
In any 24 hours you can freeze up to 6 kg. of fresh
foo .
Place foo to be frozen in the upper rawer of the
freezer as this is the col est part.
After 24 hours reposition the sli er control an
thermostat control to previous setting.
Important
To ensure correct operation of the appliance o not
use the appliance with the basket or rawers
remove .
Thawing
Frozen foo can be thawe in the fri ge or at room
temperature epen ing on the time available. Small
foo items may even be cooke from frozen; in this
case cooking will take longer.
Any frozen foo which is allowe to thaw acci entally
shoul either be eaten as soon as possible or thrown
away. Alternatively, if the foo is uncooke an has
not been completely efroste it can be cooke an
then refrozen.
Meat, fish an fruit shoul be thawe in the
refrigerator compartment an small pieces of meat
can even be cooke while still frozen, but you must
ensure that it is thoroughly cooke through.
Vegetables shoul be irectly immerse in boiling
water; rea y-cooke ishes can be place irectly in
the oven in their aluminium wrapping.
A microwave oven is particularly suitable for thawing
frozen foo : follow the oven instructions, particularly
regar ing the placement of aluminium wrapping or
containers in the oven.
De rosted cooked ood must never be re rozen.
Frozen ood storage
Frozen foo can be store in any basket or rawer of
the freezer compartment, inclu ing the fast freeze
compartment.
Do not excee the storage perio in icate by the
manufacturer.
Do not open the oor frequently or leave it open
longer than is absolutely necessary.
Warning
Do not put carbonate liqui s, (fizzy rinks etc.), in
the freezer compartment.
Ice Iollies, if consume imme iately after removal
from the freezer, can cause low temperature skin
burns.
Do not remove items from the freezer if your han s
are amp/wet, as this coul cause skin abrasions or
“frost/freezer burns”.
Important
In the event o a power ailure - DO NOT OPEN
THE DOOR, the ood in the reezer will not be
a ected i the power cut is short and the reezer
is ull.
I the temperature in the reezer rises, and the
ood begins to thaw, do not re- reeze the ood
without checking its condition.
The ollowing guidelines should assist you.
Ice-cream: once thawe shoul be iscar e .
Fruits & Vegetables: if soft shoul be cooke an
use up.
Breads & Cakes: can be re-frozen without anger.
Shell ish: shoul be refrigerate an use up
quickly.
Cooked Dishes: i.e. casseroles shoul be
refrigerate an use up.
Large Pieces o Meat: can be re-frozen provi ing
there are still ice crystals remaining within them.
Small Joints: shoul be cooke an can then be re-
frozen as cooke ishes.
Chicken: shoul also be cooke an re-frozen as a
cooke ish.
Ice cube tray holder
The hol er is esigne to hol the two ice cube trays
supplie an it is recommen e that these are use .
The hol er can be locate onto the front of any of
the baskets.
To make ice cubes:
Fill the trays 3/4 full to allow the ice to expan an
place in the ice cube tray hol er.
To turn out the ice cubes simply give the tray a slight
twist to release the cubes.

We, Zanussi-Electrolux, un ertake that if within 12 months of the ate of the purchase this
ZANUSSI-ELECTROLUX appliance or any part thereof is prove to be efective by reason only of faulty
workmanship or materials, we will, at our option repair or replace the same FREE OF CHARGE for labour,
materials or carriage on con ition that:
• The appliance has been correctly installe an use only on the electricity supply state on the rating plate.
• The appliance has been use for normal omestic purposes only, an in accor ance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
• The appliance has not been service , maintaine , repaire , taken apart or tampere with by any person not
authorise by us.
• All service work un er this guarantee must be un ertaken by a Service Force Centre. Any appliance or
efective part replace shall become the Company’s property.
• This guarantee is in a ition to your statutory an other legal rights.
Home visits are ma e between 8.30am and 5.30pm Mon ay to Fri ay. Visits may be available outsi e these
hours in which case a premium will be charge .
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover:

• Keep the time between buying chille foo an
placing it in your fri ge as short as possible. Tests
showe that the temperature of 1 litre of orange
juice rose to 22°C in an hour between the
supermarket an home. It then took 11 hours to
get own to 7°C in the refrigerator.
• Keep the refrigerator oor close as much as
possible.
• Do not push foo together too much, try to allow
air to circulate aroun each item.
• Cool cooke foo as quickly as possible but o
NOT place in the refrigerator until cool. (Leave
foo in a cool place in or er that it can then be
put in the refrigerator as soon as possible).
• Do NOT mix raw an cooke meat, they must be
in separate containers. Take care not to let the
meat juices rip onto other foo . If the meat oes
rip, remove everything an clean thoroughly.
• Do not store foo uncovere .
• The best way to efrost foo is to put it in the
refrigerator to thaw slowly.
• Remove suspect foo from your refrigerator an
clean (refer to “Maintenance an Cleaning).
• Never allow spillages to ry an har en.
• Ensure that foo place in the freezer is ate
an labelle an use in ate or er to ensure
that foo is consume at its best.
• It is important that foo is use before its “best
before” ate.
• Store eggs in the egg rack provi e in the
refrigerator oor. Discar any broken or chippe
eggs.
• Regularly check the refrigerator oor seal to
ensure that it is clean an free from ebris.
• Always wash your han s with soapy water an
ry them with a clean towel before han ling foo .
• Keep work surfaces clean an avoi cross
contamination by not using the same work
surface or knife, without washing them thoroughly
in between.
• The fresh foo s to be frozen must be fresh an of
the best quality.
• The size of each pack shoul be small enough to
ensure that it is use in one go . Small packs
freeze more quickly an uniformly an give better
results.
• Frozen foo , once thawe , must not be refrozen.
Lean foo keeps better an longer than fatty foo ,
salt re uces the storage time.
• Wrap the foo in polythene or aluminium freezing
bags or foil so that they a here to the foo an
provi e an airtight seal .
• Packaging which is swollen or has traces of
refrozen water roplets on the pack coul in icate
that the pro uct has not been kept at a suitable
temperature an that it may have lost its original
quality. Partially thawe foo must not be
refrozen, it must be consume within 24 hours.
Never excee the storage times in icate .
• Never place hot foo , bottles or cans of fizzy rink
in the freezer as they may explo e. Containers
with a li must not be fille to the brim.
• Do not open the oor or place extra fresh foo in
the freezer next to foo which is alrea y frozen as
this coul cause the temperature of the frozen
foo to rise an its quality an storage life to
re uce .
• The symbols on the rawers show ifferent types
of frozen goo s.
The numbers in icate storage times in months for
the appropriate types of frozen goo s. Whether
the upper or lower value of the in icate storage
time is vali epen s on the quality of the foo s
an pre-treating before freezing.

contain chemicals that can attack/damage the
plastics used in this appliance. For this reason it
is recommended that the outer casing o this
appliance is only cleaned with warm water with a
little washing-up liquid added.
An accumulation of ust will affect the performance
of the appliance an cause excessive electricity
consumption.
You MUST ensure that the appliance is switche
OFF.
Once or twice a year ust the con enser (black grill)
an the compressor at the back of the appliance,
with a brush or vacuum cleaner, see figure.

• Keep the time between buying chille foo an
placing it in your fri ge as short as possible. Tests
showe that the temperature of 1 litre of orange
juice rose to 22°C in an hour between the
supermarket an home. It then took 11 hours to
get own to 7°C in the refrigerator.
• Keep the refrigerator oor close as much as
possible.
• Do not push foo together too much, try to allow
air to circulate aroun each item.
• Cool cooke foo as quickly as possible but o
NOT place in the refrigerator until cool. (Leave
foo in a cool place in or er that it can then be
put in the refrigerator as soon as possible).
• Do NOT mix raw an cooke meat, they must be
in separate containers. Take care not to let the
meat juices rip onto other foo . If the meat oes
rip, remove everything an clean thoroughly.
• Do not store foo uncovere .
• The best way to efrost foo is to put it in the
refrigerator to thaw slowly.
• Remove suspect foo from your refrigerator an
clean (refer to “Maintenance an Cleaning).
• Never allow spillages to ry an har en.
• Ensure that foo place in the freezer is ate
an labelle an use in ate or er to ensure
that foo is consume at its best.
• It is important that foo is use before its “best
before” ate.
• Store eggs in the egg rack provi e in the
refrigerator oor. Discar any broken or chippe
eggs.
• Regularly check the refrigerator oor seal to
ensure that it is clean an free from ebris.
• Always wash your han s with soapy water an
ry them with a clean towel before han ling foo .
• Keep work surfaces clean an avoi cross
contamination by not using the same work
surface or knife, without washing them thoroughly
in between.
• The fresh foo s to be frozen must be fresh an of
the best quality.
• The size of each pack shoul be small enough to
ensure that it is use in one go . Small packs
freeze more quickly an uniformly an give better
results.
• Frozen foo , once thawe , must not be refrozen.
Lean foo keeps better an longer than fatty foo ,
salt re uces the storage time.
• Wrap the foo in polythene or aluminium freezing
bags or foil so that they a here to the foo an
provi e an airtight seal .
• Packaging which is swollen or has traces of
refrozen water roplets on the pack coul in icate
that the pro uct has not been kept at a suitable
temperature an that it may have lost its original
quality. Partially thawe foo must not be
refrozen, it must be consume within 24 hours.
Never excee the storage times in icate .
• Never place hot foo , bottles or cans of fizzy rink
in the freezer as they may explo e. Containers
with a li must not be fille to the brim.
• Do not open the oor or place extra fresh foo in
the freezer next to foo which is alrea y frozen as
this coul cause the temperature of the frozen
foo to rise an its quality an storage life to
re uce .
• The symbols on the rawers show ifferent types
of frozen goo s.

the appropriate types of frozen goo s. Whether
the upper or lower value of the in icate storage

We, Zanussi-Electrolux, un ertake that if within 12 months of the ate of the purchase this
ZANUSSI-ELECTROLUX appliance or any part thereof is prove to be efective by reason only of faulty
workmanship or materials, we will, at our option repair or replace the same FREE OF CHARGE for labour,
materials or carriage on con ition that:
• The appliance has been correctly installe an use only on the electricity supply state on the rating plate.
• The appliance has been use for normal omestic purposes only, an in accor ance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.
• The appliance has not been service , maintaine , repaire , taken apart or tampere with by any person not
authorise by us.
• All service work un er this guarantee must be un ertaken by a Service Force Centre. Any appliance or
efective part replace shall become the Company’s property.
• This guarantee is in a ition to your statutory an other legal rights.

The reezer compartment
The four-star freezer compartment is suitable for
storage of commercially frozen foo an for freezing
fresh foo s.
Freezing resh ood
When freezing fresh foo s set the sli er control to
the “min” position an turn the thermostat control to
a higher setting.
In any 24 hours you can freeze up to 6 kg. of fresh
foo .
Place foo to be frozen in the upper rawer of the
freezer as this is the col est part.
After 24 hours reposition the sli er control an
thermostat control to previous setting.
Important
To ensure correct operation of the appliance o not
use the appliance with the basket or rawers
remove .
Thawing
Frozen foo can be thawe in the fri ge or at room
temperature epen ing on the time available. Small
foo items may even be cooke from frozen; in this
case cooking will take longer.
Any frozen foo which is allowe to thaw acci entally
shoul either be eaten as soon as possible or thrown
away. Alternatively, if the foo is uncooke an has
not been completely efroste it can be cooke an
then refrozen.
Meat, fish an fruit shoul be thawe in the
refrigerator compartment an small pieces of meat
can even be cooke while still frozen, but you must
ensure that it is thoroughly cooke through.
Vegetables shoul be irectly immerse in boiling
water; rea y-cooke ishes can be place irectly in
the oven in their aluminium wrapping.
A microwave oven is particularly suitable for thawing
frozen foo : follow the oven instructions, particularly
regar ing the placement of aluminium wrapping or
containers in the oven.
De rosted cooked ood must never be re rozen.
Frozen ood storage
Frozen foo can be store in any basket or rawer of
the freezer compartment, inclu ing the fast freeze
compartment.
Do not excee the storage perio in icate by the
manufacturer.
Do not open the oor frequently or leave it open
longer than is absolutely necessary.
Warning
Do not put carbonate liqui s, (fizzy rinks etc.), in
the freezer compartment.
Ice Iollies, if consume imme iately after removal
from the freezer, can cause low temperature skin
burns.
Do not remove items from the freezer if your han s
are amp/wet, as this coul cause skin abrasions or
“frost/freezer burns”.
Important
In the event o a power ailure - DO NOT OPEN
THE DOOR, the ood in the reezer will not be
a ected i the power cut is short and the reezer
is ull.
I the temperature in the reezer rises, and the
ood begins to thaw, do not re- reeze the ood
without checking its condition.

Fruits & Vegetables: if soft shoul be cooke an
use up.
Breads & Cakes: can be re-frozen without anger.
Shell ish: shoul be refrigerate an use up
quickly.

Large Pieces o Meat: can be re-frozen provi ing
there are still ice crystals remaining within them.
Small Joints: shoul be cooke an can then be re-
frozen as cooke ishes.
Chicken: shoul also be cooke an re-frozen as a
cooke ish.
Ice cube tray holder
The hol er is esigne to hol the two ice cube trays
supplie an it is recommen e that these are use .
The hol er can be locate onto the front of any of
the baskets.
To make ice cubes:
Fill the trays 3/4 full to allow the ice to expan an
place in the ice cube tray hol er.
To turn out the ice cubes simply give the tray a slight
twist to release the cubes.

INSTALLATION
Positioning
This appliance shoul only be installe at a location
where the ambient temperature correspon s to the
climate classification in icate on the rating plate,
which is locate at the left on the insi e of the
appliance.
The following table shows which ambient temperature
is correct for each climate classification:
SN +10°C to + 32°C
N +16°C to + 32°C
ST +18°C to + 38°C
T +18°C to + 43°C
It shoul be locate in a ry atmosphere, out of irect
sunlight an away from extreme temperature e.g. not
next to a boiler or ra iator, or in a very col room e.g.
an outhouse, where the temperatures may fall below
10°C (50°F). If these temperatures are excee e i.e.
col er or warmer, then the appliance may not operate
correctly.
You shoul also ensure that air can circulate freely
aroun the back an the top of the cabinet. There
must also be at least 100 mm (4”) istance between
the top of the cabinet an any overhanging kitchen
furniture (A). I eally, the appliance shoul not be
positione beneath overhanging furniture (B).
There shoul also be a gap of 25 mm either si e of
the appliance. Do not obstruct the space un erneath.
Rear spacers
The plastic bag containing all relevant ocumentation
also contains two spacers to be fitte into special
holes in the back of the appliance.
Fit the spacers into the holes, taking care to ensure
that the arrow (A) is positione as shown in the
iagram. Then turn them through 45° (arrow (A)
vertical) until they lock into place.

Fresh ood re rigeration
To obtain the best performance, o not store warm
foo or evaporating liqui s in the refrigerator; cover
or wrap the foo , particularly if it has a strong flavour.
Do not cover the shelves with any protective
material, such as paper, car boar or plastic, which
may obstruct the air circulation.
To help you use your refrigerator correctly, here are
some more useful hints:
Raw meat (beef, pork, lamb & poultry): wrap in
polythene bags an place on the glass shelf above
the sala rawers.
Meat can only be stored sa ely in this way or
one or two days at the most.
Fruit & vegetables: these shoul be thoroughly
cleane an place in the sala rawers.
Butter & cheese: these shoul be place in special
airtight containers or wrappe in aluminium foil or
polythene bags to exclu e as much air as possible.
Milk bottles: these shoul have a cap an shoul be
store in the bottle rack on the oor.

Your appliance has an air circulation sli er control
situate at the rear of the fri ge compartment, which
controls the amount of col air circulate through the
fri ge compartment.
When the ambient temperature is between 10°C an
16°C, the sli er control shoul be in the “MIN”
position.
When the ambient temperature is above 16°C the
sli er control shoul be mi way between “MIN” an
“MAX”.
When the ambient temperature is very high (i.e. hot
summer ays) position the sli er control to “MAX”.

Any electrical work require to install this appliance

suitable for your socket outlet, it must be cut off an

the back wall of the fri ge section, to a mi way
position between “MIN” an “MAX”. The pilot light (A)
will light up. Leave the appliance for approximately 4
hours for the correct temperature to be reache
before placing foo insi e.
To switch off the appliance turn the thermostat
control to position “●”
Setting the temperature
The temperature insi e the appliance is regulate by
a thermostat with 6 temperature positions an an
“OFF” (●) position.
Position 1 = minimum col ness
Position 6 = maximum col ness
Turn the thermostat control knob to the require
position.
The intermediate position is usually the most
suitable (3-4).
The thermostat control knob regulates the
temperature both within the fri ge an the freezer
compartment. The thermostat setting can vary as the
temperature insi e the appliance epen s on the
following factors:
– room temperature
– how often the oor is opene
– how much foo is store
– position of the appliance

Door reversal directions
1. Disconnect from the electricity supply.
2. Remove all loose items, inclu ing foo , store foo
in a cool place.
3. Gently lay the fri ge/freezer on its back with the
top hel away from the floor by 5-8 cm (2-3
inches) of packing.
4. Remove the feet (B).
5. Remove bottom hinge (A).
6. Remove the freezer oor by releasing it from the
mi le hinge (H).
7. Unscrew the mi le hinge.
8. Sli e out the fri ge oor from pin (G), unscrew pin
(G) an then screw it own into the hinge hole
provi e on the opposite si e, after having
remove the small plugs which shoul then be
fitte on the opposite si e.
9. Remove the plastic blanking screws from the left
han hinge position, refit to the right han hinge
position.
10.Refit the fri ge oor an replace the mi le hinge
to the left han si e.
11.Replace the oor an bottom hinge (A) on the
opposite si e.
12.Refit the feet (B).
Important
After completion of the oor reversing operation,
check that the oor gasket a heres to the cabinet. If
the ambient temperature is col (i.e. in Winter), the
gasket may not fit perfectly to the cabinet. In that
case, wait for the natural fitting of the gasket or
accelerate this process by heating up the part
involve with a normal hair ryer on a low setting.
