Thisapparatushasbeen designed fornon-professionel,domesticuseonly.
Surelycontrolwhetherthereisanydamage afteryou unpacked the apparatus.
If thereisanydefect; do notusethe apparatusand immediatelycontacttothe authorized
maintenanceservice.Asthe materialsused forpackage (nylon,stapler,strafoam...etc)
maycauseharmfuleffectstochildren,theyshouldbe collected and removed immediately.
The apparatusmustbe setup byan authorized technician and putintouse.The produceris
notresponsibleforanydamage thatmightbe caused bydefectiveplacement, and setup
unauthorized personel.
Beforeconnecting yourapparatustothe electricand gasnetwork,carefullycontrolwhether
itisappropriateforthe featuresdetermined on the package and/ordataplateon the

The feeding cablemustneverbe changed bythe customer.When itisdamaged byany
reason,pleasecontacttoyourauthorized service.
Turnthe apparatusoff beforethe operationssuchascleaning ormaintenance.You can do
itafterplugging itoff orturning the mainswitchesoff.
Somepartsofapparatusmayholditsheatforalong time,itisrequired towaitforittocool
beforetouching ontothe pointsthatareexposed tothe heatdirectly.
Donotkeep flammablematerialsclosewhilethe apparatusisoperating.
Payattention tothe cablesofthe otherelectricaldevicesoperating nearthe apparatus,
soasnottotouchtohotpoints.
Payattention the switchestobe “0”,when the apparatusdoesnotoperate.
The useofagascooking applianceresultsinthe production ofheatand moistureinthe
roominwhichitisinstalled.Ensurethatthe kitchen iswell ventilated:keep naturalventilation
holesopen orinstall amechanicalventilation device(mechanicalextractorhood)
Prolonged intensiveuseofthe appliancemaycall foradditionalventilation,
forexampleopening ofawindowormoreeffectiveventilation,forexampleincreasing the
levelofmechanicalventilation wherepresent.
Turnoff all burnersbeforeshutting the lid.

Part3:INSTALLATIONAND PREPARATIONFORUSE
Thismodern,functionaland practicaloven,thatwasmanufactured withthe mostquality
partsand materials,will meetyourneedsineveryrespect. You mustsurelyread this
manualinordernottohaveanyprobleminfutureand tobe abletohavesuccessfull
results.The following information arethe required rulesforrightinstallation and service
processes.It mustbe read especiallybythe technician who will install the apparatus.

3.1ENVIRONMENTWHEREYOUR APPARATUSWILL BEINSTALLED
Youroven mustbe setup and used inaplacewhereitwill always haveventilation.
Whileoperating,thisapplianceneeds2m3/hairperkwinput.
Theremustbe anaturalventilation enough toprovide the gastobe used inthe environ-
ment. The average airflowmustdirectlycomeinthrough the airholesthatwill be opened
on the wallsthatareopened towardsoutside.
Theseairholesmusthaveatleastthe cross section of100cm2thatiseffectiveforair
transition (One ormoreairholescan be opened.)(Figure1-2)
Thishole(orholes)mustbe opened bothfromthe inside and fromthe outside asit/they
will neverbe clogged and preferablymustbe placed closetothe bottomand atopposite
side ofthe smokesofthe burned gasesthatwereemptied.If itseemsnotpossibleto
open theseventilationsinthe placewherethe apparatusissetup,the needed aircan
alsobe obtained through the nextplaceincondition thatthisplacemustnotbe the bed
roomoradangerousplaceand alsoitmustbe ventilated asrequired.

Emptying oftheBurnedGases fromEnvironment
The cooking apparutusesthatoperatewithgas,throwthe burned gaswastes
outdirectlytothe outside orthrough the paddleboxesthatwereconnected tothe
sewerventilatorchannel.If itseemsnotpossibletoinstall apaddlebox,itisrequired to
setan electricfan ontothe windoworwall thatisopened tothe outside.Thiselectric
fan musthavethe capacitytochange the airofthe kitchen environment3-5timesof
itsownvolumeofairperhour(Figure3-4)

3.2INSTALLATIONOFOVEN
Therearesomefactorsthatmustbe paidattention towhileinstalling youroven.Surely
payattention towhileinstalling youroven.Surelypayattention toourbelowsuggestions
inordertobe abletopreventanyproblemsand/ordangeroussituationsthatmay
occurlater.
It can be placed closetootherfurnitureon condition thatinthe area wherethe oven
issetup,the furniture’sheightmustnotexceed the heightofthe cookerpanel.
Payattention nottoplaceitnearthe refrigerator,theremustbe no flammableor
inflammablematerialssuchascurtain,waterproofcloth,.....etc.thatwill begintoburn
quickly,whileselecting placeforoven.
It isrequired theremustbe least2cmblankspacebetween the back coverofoven and
wall foraircirculation.
The furnitureclosetooven mustbe manufactured resistanstoheatmorethan 500C
ofthe roomtemperature.
If the kitchen furniturearehigherthan the pan whichthe oven’scookersareon,itmust
be atleast11cmawayfromthe oven’sside.
The minimumheightsfromthe oven’span and wall cupboardsand cookerhoodswith
fan overthe oven,areshownasbelow.Thus,the paddleboxmustbe atminimum650mm
heightfromthe cookerpan (Figure5)
If thereisno cookerhood,thisheightmustnotbe less than 700mm.
3.3ADJUSTMENTOFFEET
Youroven standson 4adjustablefeet. Asthe feetareadjusted inlowlocation,itis
required tocontrolwhetheritisbalanced beforeinstalling the oven.You can makethis
adjustmentasturning the feetclockwiseifrequired.It ispossibletoraisethe apparatus
maximum15mm viathe feet. If the feetareadjusted appropriately,itisrequired notto
movethe apparatusbydragging,otherwiseitisrequired toplaceitbylifting itup.
3.4MOUNTINGOFGASHOSE AND IMPERVIOUSNESS CONTROL
The gasofapparatusmustalsobe connected inaccordancewithstandards.The adjusted
gastype ofapparatusmustbe determined on the type signboardon the back ofthe
apparatus.You can find the information related toappropriategastypesand appropriate
gasinjectorson technicaldatatable.Payattention thatthe feeding gaspressuremustbe
appropriateforthe valueson technicaldatatabletobe abletogetthe mostefficiency and
toensurethe leastconsumption.If the pressureofused gasisdifferentthan thesevalues
orchangeable,itisrequired toaffixan availablepressureregulatoron the entrancepipe.It is
surelyrequired tocontacttothe authorized servicetomaketheseadjusments.

The plastichosethatisfixed ontothe gasentranceofapparatuswithapipe collar,must
be used whileconnecting forButane-Propane gas.Connectyourapparatuswithashort
and impervioushoseasmuchaspossibletothe gasresource.The hose’spermitted
maximumlenghtis1.5m.The hosethatbringsgastothe apparatusmustbe changed (1)
onceayearforyoursecurity.
Thepointsthatmustbepaidattention whileconnecting thehose;
Nopartsofthe hosemustnottouchtoanyplacethathasheatmorethan 500C.
The lenghtofhosemustnotexceed 1.5m.
The hosemustnotbe ruptured,be tightened orbe folded.
The hosemustnottouchtothe sharpcorners,moving things,mustnotbe defective.
The hosemustbe controlled fromend beforemounting,itmustbe observed whether
thereisanyproduction defect.
Asgasisturned on,all connection partsand hosemustbe controlled withprepared much
bubblywateratfirstafterthe gasentranceconnectionsarecompletelyfinished.Never
usealighter,match,...etcwhilemaking thisprocess.
The tightening pipe collarsmustclearofrust.
The expirencedatesmustnothaveexceeded over5years.
Asaffixing an end ofhosetothe detector,otherend tothe gasentranceadaptorofoven
tightly,holditwithasheetiron pipe collarand screwdriververytightly.If no
connection ismade withhoseinlimitation ofconditionsthatwereexplained above,flexible
metalhosecan be used.It isrequired tocontacttothe authorized servicetobe ableto
connectappropriatelyatsecuritystandardson thiscondition and atechnician mustdo this
connection.
Youroven isadjusted tooperatebyNG.If itisrequired tobe operated byLPGgas,contact
tothe nearestAuthorized dealer.Whilegasisbeing connected forLPGgas,on the gas
entranceofapparatus,hoseconnection apparateasdescribed inFiguremustbe used
and itmustbe connected byatechnician (Figure).The flexiblehosemustnotsyrely
touchtothe sharpplacesand theremustbe no damage.
ATTENTION!!!
Surelydo notuse anymatchand lighterforcontrolofgas leakage.
3.5ELECTRICCONNECTIONAND SECURITY
During the electricconnection,surelyfollowthe instructionsbelow.
The earthing cablemustbe connected tothe terminal.You havetoensurethe cablewith
insulation tobe connected tothe powersourceduring the connection ofcable.If thereis
notanyappropriateearthed electricoutletinaccordancewithregulationsinthe placewhere
the apparatuswill be installed,immediatelycontacttoourauthorized service.
The earthed electricoutletmustbe closetothe apparatus.Surelydo notusethe extension
cord.
The feeding cablemustnottouchtothe hotsurfaceofthe product.
Incasethe feeding cableisdamaged,surelycontacttoQualified Service.The cablemust
be changed bythe authorized service.
The wrong electricconnection maydamage yourapparatus.Suchdamage isnotin
guarantee extent.
The apparatusisadjusted asappropriatefor220-240 Voltsofelectricity.If the network
electricityisdifferentthan thisinformed value,immediatelycontacttoourauthorized
service.

The electriccablemustnottouchtothe hotpartsofapparatus.The electriccablemustnot
touchthe back partofthe apparatus.Otherwisethe electriccableofapparatusmaybe
damaged.And thissituation maycauseshortcircuit.
The producerfirmdeclaresthatithasno responsibilityagainstanykind ofdamagesand
lossesthatemanatefromthe following securitynorms.
3.6GENERALWARNINGSAND MEASURES
Yourapparatusisproduced inaccordancewiththe related securityinstructionsconnected
withelectricalapparatus.The maintenanceand repairworks mustbe made justbythe
authorized servicetechnician who istrained bythe producercompany.The installation
and repairworks withoutfollowing rulesmayendangeryou.
Whileyourapplianceoperates,itsoutside surfacesheatup.The interiorsurfacesofoven,
componentsthatensuresthe heatand steamthatgoesoutarequitehot. Even ifthe
apparatusisturned off, thesepartsholditsheatforaspecifictime.Donottouchontothe
hotsurfaces.Keep children away.
Donotleavethe cookerwhilecooking withsolidorliquidoils.Theremaybe flaming up on
condition ofextremeheating.Neverpourwatertothe flamesoccuring fromoil.Coverthe
saucepan orfrypan withitscoverinordertochokethe flamethathasoccured inthis
caseand turnthe cookeroff.
The oven and heatadjustmentswitchesmustbe adjusted forcooking inyouroven.
Otherwisethe oven doesnotoperate.
when the doorordrawerofoven isopen do notleaveanything on it.You mayunbalance
yourapparatusorbreakthe cover.
Donotputheavy thingsorflammable,burnablegoods(nylon,plasticbag,paper,cloth...etc)
intothe loverdrawer.
Plug the applianceoff the electricalnetworkwhen you do notusethe apparatusand keep
the gasvalveoff.
Protectyourapparatusagainstatmosphericeffects.Donotleaveittoeffectssuchassun,
rain,snow,powder...etc.
3.7GASCONVERSIONS
Caution :Thefollowing procedures mustbeundertakenbyauthorizedservice personel.
Changing Injectors:
The gasburnersadapttodifferenttypesofgas,byreplacing the corresponding injectorsto
gason use.
Forthispurpose,following stepsshouldbe performed.
Cutoff the feeding gasflowand electriccurrent.
Removethe cap and the adapter.
Unscrewthe injectors.
Replacethe injectorwiththe onescorresponding tothe type ofgasthatisgoing tobe used,
according tothe information chart.

Changing InjectorsofGas Ovensand Grills:
Inordertochange the oven and grill burnerinjectors:
Removethe oven and gasburnersbyunscrewing tothe assemblyscrewslocated on the
foremosttipofthe burner.
Removethe existing injectorsplaced on the injectorholderand replacethemwiththe new
injectorssupplied inthe spareset.

Adjusting TheReducedFlamePosition :
Inappliancesequipped withFlameFailureDevicesand microswitchesatthe sametime,the
controlpanelshouldbe removed inordertoreachthe adjusting screwsafely.
Forreduced flameposition the bypass screwmustbe loosened intransformation from
LPGtoNG.Intransformation fromNGtoLPG,the samescrewmustbe fastened.Make
surethatthe applianceisunpluged fromthe electriccurrentand the gasfeed isopen.
Ignitethe burnersand leavethemon inminimumposition.
Removethe knobsbecausethe screwsareaccesibleonlywhen the knobsareremoved.
Withthe helpofasmall screwdriverfasten orloosen the bypass screw900,whichmakes
the flameofthe burnercomedowntothe minimum(Figure6).
When the flamehasalengthofatleast4mm,the gasiswell distributed.Makesurethat
the flamedoesnotdieoutwhen passing fromthe maximumposition tothe minimum
position.

Changing theGas Inlet:
The gasfeeding manifoldprotruding fromthe back ofthe cookermustbe visiblecompletely,
anymeansconnection (nut,hoseetc.)mustbe placed withattention toavoid
anycontactwithpartsthatwill heatup.
It ishighlyrecommended toblock the access topipe connection,whilethe cookerisinuse
orwhen the gassupplyisopen.
During the gasconnection process,the pipe ofthe applianceshouldbe keptstationary,while
the connected part(mechanical,LPGorNGnut)isfixed.Always usethe sealssupplied inthe
sparesetbetween the connection surfaces.
Forconnection ofbuthane-type gases(LPG)useconnection “A”forflexiblehoseconnection.
Forconnection ofmethane type gases(NG),
*UseBtype connection inSpain,Italy,Portugal,Greece,Franceand Algeriaforuse
withflexiblehoseconnection.
*UseCtype connection inLetoniaand Luxemburgformechanicalconnection.This
connection mayalsobe optionallyused insomeareasinFrance,Algeria,Spain,Portugaland
Italy.*UseCtype connection inGermanyand Belgiumwithan additionalISO7/ISO228
adapterand Netherlandswithan additionalBescaadapter,supplied inthe spareset.
Anexampleofusage isshowninE.
*Forall types ofgases use Dtypeconnection inUnitedKingdomand Ireland.
Inall cases,the flexiblegashoseshouldneitherpass behind an oven,norbe incontactwith
premisesthatmaycausecombustion.Furthermore,makesurethatall connectionsaredone
according tothe nationallegalrequirementsforgasappliances.

4.1USE OFCOOKERSCONTAININGGAS
Surelyand carefullyread the instructionsthatwereenriched withpicturesforyouruseof
convenienceand tobe abletogetthe mostefficiency fromyourapparatus.
The signson the controlswitches,statesthatwhichcookersareturned on bythem.Use
yourelectricallighterormatchtoturnon anycookercontaining gas.Press ontothe
switch,turntomaximumatthe oppositeofclockwise.Eachcookercan operateat
maximum,minimum,moderateand powersamong them.Thesepositionsareshownwith
maximumand minimumsignsapartfromoff “0”position on switches.You can adjustto
wished location byturning the switchfromoff position oppositetoclockwiseand carrying
itoutinasuitablemannertothe signs.Also,toturnoff the apparatus,itisrequired toturn
the switchclockwiseand until itstops(It stopsat“0”location).
IMMEDIATEIgnition SysteminCookers
Somemodelshaveimmediateignition systemon cookers.You can easilyrecognizethem
viathe turning on sparkplugs.Tooperatethe system;itisrequired topress slightlyonto
the switchmarked withitssymbol,asturning the switchofthe cookerthatyou wanttoturn
on oppositetoclockwise.
Inordertoobtainthe mostefficiency fromthe cookers,payattention tothe sizesof
saucepansthatyou putthe on the cookersand the sausepanstohaveflatbases.Do
notuseconcaveand convexbased saucepans.Payattention tousesaucepansthathave
sizesdetermined infigure.If the dishesthathaveless than 14cmdiameter,
useacoffee potcarrier.
Gas FlameFailureDevice (FFD)(IfYourProductHas ThisFeature)
Gasflamefailuredeviceisused foreveryflammablegasinordertopreventthe gas
leakage bythe resultofturning on the gastapsbythe children randomlyor
dieing downthatmayoccurbythe resultofoverflowing ofliquidon upperflammableones.
Turnthe switchoppositetoclockwiseonwards.Thissituation will igniteautomaticallyone
afteranother.Afterthe turning on,when the switchisholdon pressed location for
approximately3secondsaspressing forwarduntil the pointwherethe switchreaches,the
thermiccomponentsensesthe cooker’sflameand opesthe gasway.Atdieing outthat
maybe becauseofoverflowing ofliquidand suchreasons,the thermicunitsensesthe loss
ofheatand cutsoff the gaswayinatimeperiod less than 60 seconds.

4.2.2Grill Burnerand Roasting Skewer
The operation ofthe Grill burnerisnotdividedintotemperaturegrades,itonlyoperatesin
asinglemode tocreateaconstantsourceofheat. Todo this,the valveofthe grill burner
shouldbe rotated until the designated markerforgrill.
Ignition ofthe grill burnercan be performed in2ways,similliartothe oven burner.
Ignition bySparkButton :If youroven isequipped withasparkbutton,you shouldpress the
grill valveand rotatethe valveknob tothe grill point, whilealsopressing the ignition button.
Asthe valveisequipped withaFlameFailureDevice(FFD),pleasefollowthe procedures
explained underthe clause4.3.The sparkbutton will automaticallycreatesparks between
the sparkignitorand the burnercausing the ignition occurs,the sparkbutton can be
released.
ManualIgnition :If youroven isnotequipped byanyofthe ignition aidsmentioned above,
orifthereisan electricalblackoutwhereyou cannotusetheseaids,you shoud performa
manualignition.Foramanualignition,you shouldpress the grill valveand rotatethe valve
knob tothe grill point, whileholding aflamesource(i.e.alighterormatch,etc)justaside the
foremostburnerholesblaced on eitherside ofthe grill burner.Assoon asyou see the
burnerisignited,you can releasethe flamesource.Asthe valveisequipped withaFlame
FailureDevice(FFD),pleasefollowthe proceduresexplained underthe clause4.3.
Inanycase,whilethe grill burnerisoperated,the grill protection lidmustbe placed
between the oven paneland the top edge ofthe oven door.The grill burnershouldnever
be operated whitoutthe grill protection lid,asthiswill causedamage tothe oven due to
overheating inthe controlpanel,aswell asposing dangertothe userand young children
who comeincontactwiththe oven.
CAUTION:Accessiblepartsmay behotwhenthegrill isinuse.Young childrenshouldbekeptaway.
Roasting Skewer:Thisfunction isused toroastchicken orotherkind ofmeaton askewer.
Tousethisfunction,placethe skewerthrough the meat, bythrusting the skewerinside the
meat. Fixthe meattightlyinitsplacebyusing the twoforks placed on the skewer.Placea
trayon the 3rdshelf. Placethe skewerhousing on the trayasappropriate,and placethe
skeweron the housing,whilethe tipofthe skewerisinserted intothe rotorhole.Push
therotaryskewerbutton tostartthe rotor.
Whileroastigfood using the skewer,grill burnermustbe operated.The obligation of
using the grill protection lidalsoholdsforthisfunction.
CAUTION:
*If the burnerhasnotlitafter15 seconds,stop operating the device,and open the
compartmentdoorand/orwaitatleast1minutebeforeattempting afurtherignition ofthe
burner.
*Inthe eventofthe burnerflamesbeing accidentallyextinguished,turnoff the burnercontrol
and do notattempttore-ignitethe burneratleastone minute.
4.2USE OFOVENPART-GASCOOKERS
4.2.1OvenBurner
Ignition ofthe oven burnercan be performed intwoways,depending on the modelofyour
cooker:
Ignition bySparkButton :If youroven isequipped withasparkbutton,you shouldpress
the oven valveand rotatethe valveknob tothe pointwhereyou wanttoperformthe
cooking,whilealsopressing the ignition button.Asthe valveisequipped withaFlame
FailureDevice(FFD),pleasefollowthe proceduresexplained underthe clause4.3.
Takesparkbutton will automaticallycreatesparks between the sparkignitorand the burner,
causing the ignition tooccur.Assoon asthe ignition occurs,the sparkbutton can be
released.

4.3Accessories UsedinOven
It isrecommended tousethe cooking dishesthataredetermined atthe cooking tables
depended on the featureoffood thatwill be cooked.You can alsouseglass dishes,
cakemolds,specialoven trays thatareappropriateforuseinoven,thatyou areableto
assureinmarket, apartfromthe oven trays and grill wirechicken roasting skewerthatare
given togetherwithyouroven.Payattention tothe information related tothe subjectthat

Alsotape the oven’scoverstothe side walls.
