Important! Read carefully and keep for
future reference.
The safety of your appliance complies with the
industry standards and with legal requirements on
the safety of appliances. However, as
manufacturers, we feel it’s our duty to provide the
following safety notes.
It is most important that this instruction book
should be retained with the appliance for future
reference. Should the appliance be sold or
transferred to another owner, or should you move
the house and leave the appliance, always ensure
that the book is supplied with the appliance in order
that the new owner can get to know the functioning
of the appliance and the relevant warnings.
You MUST read them carefully before installing or
using the appliance.
Before first time starting up, check the appliance for
any damage incurred during transport.
Never connect up a damaged appliance. if parts are
damaged, contact the service center.
Never remove or damage stickers, warning labels or
nameplates attached to the appliance.
General safety
Make sure that gas type used id identical to the type
specified on the nameplate.
It is dangerous to alter the specifications or attempt
to modify this product in any way unless through
service center or natural gas accredited companies.
No touches on hot parts of the heater such as all the
tubes and exhaust pipe. Any contact with hot parts
can cause burn. Children and laymen must keep
remote from the heater during its operation.
For long term nonuse of the appliance, close water
and gas source well and remove batteries.
Any leakage from the heater to be found can be
caused by parts failure or deficient installation.
Please make contact with Service center.
For regular operation of the appliance, No blocking
or obstruction at the entrance/intakes on the front
panel.
Repair and maintenance for the heater should be
provided once at least every year. It is
recommended to provide repair and maintenance
after a period of operation.
All repair and maintenance should be carried out by
Service center authorized professionals.
Installation, maintenance and check should done by
Service center authorized professionals.
This appliance must be installed in a room separate
from living rooms and have a good ventilation.

Installation
This Appliance must be installed in a good ventilated
room. It is prohibited to install natural discharge
type gas water heater in a room with poor
ventilation condition. User should apply for local gas
administrative institution/distributer approval
before installation, installation should be carried out
by Service center authorized professionals
The appliance can only be operated after being
equipped with an exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe
should be installed by professionals.
Usage of accredited gas pressure regulator is
recommended.
Do not install the appliance in the following places:
-Bed and Living rooms
-Bathrooms
-Stairs, or not less than 5 meters from escape
doors
-Warehouses
It is prohibited to put any inflammable , exploding
or corrosive materials close to the appliance ,never
block the exhaust pipe with anything.
No cables ,electric appliances or gas pipes can be
placed above the appliance, Keep the heater away
from heat sources such as gas cockers.
The heater must be installed onto a vertical wall in a
correct vertical way.
Usage
This appliance is designed for domestic use. It must
not be used for purposes other than those for which
it was designed
During operation do not put any inflammable or
such materials close to the appliance.
In case of gas smell
oClose the gas valve.
oOpen all the windows and doors.
oAny lighting of fire or ignition or start-up of
electric light is not allowed. Neither is any
start-up operation which will generate
sparks.
oInform Service center or gas supply
company.
Children safety
This appliance is not intended for use by person
(include children) with reduced physical sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
Do not leave the packing materials (cardboards,
nails, bolts, plastic plate and other similar materials)
within reach of children, they can be exposed to
suffocation danger.

Product Description
Control Panel
Summer/Winter knob
-Used on Summer position to decrease number of
working flame rows to the half to decrease gas
consumption, and on Winter position it will work
all flam rows.
Water Control knob
-Used to control water flow rate, on (Min) position
it decreases the water flow to the minimum level
and start up pressure to the minimum,
and on (Max) it increase water flow to the
maximum and start up pressure to the maximum.
Gas Control knob
-Used to control gas flow rate, on (Min) position it
decreases the gas flow to the minimum level, and
on (Max) it increase gas flow to the maximum.
Digital Display
-Operates only when appliance in use, it displays
outlet water temperature.

Installation instructions
Caution! Gas water heater must be installed in a location out of bathroom where well ventilated. Its
prohibited to install natural discharge type gas water heater in a room with a poor ventilation condition. User
should apply for local gas administrative institution approval before installation. and the installation must also
be approved by local civil administrative department, installation should only carried out by the Service center
which are trained well to do that.
The appliance must be installed onto a vertical wall
in a correct vertical way, and flames observation
hole should be in human eyes level (about 140 to
160 cm).
The space of exhaust pipes from ceiling should be
not less than 60cm and from side walls not less than
30cm.
Caution! The appliance should be equipped with
an exhaust pipe or a chimney. Please pay attention to
the specific regulations for installation required by the
local country.
Caution! make sure not to mount the appliance
on a wall contains inflammable materials, if mounted
on an inflammable material's wall like wood put heat
insulation material between the wall and the appliance
Cautions!
It is prohibited to put any inflammable , exploding
or corrosive materials close to the appliance ,never
block the exhaust pipe with anything.
No cables ,electric appliances or gas pipes can be
placed above the appliance, Keep the heater away
from heat sources such as gas cockers.
The appliance must vertical on mounting.

Appliance mounting
Drill holes to the proper location on the wall and fix
the plastic plug in, fasten the "L" shape screw then
hang the appliance.
Appliance connections
-Water ,gas ,hot water flexible connections could
be steel or rubber made, hot water hose must
withstand high temperature, and gas tube must
be oil-proof, anti corrosion and not more than 2
meters long.
-Sealing gasket must be applied to the connections
-Switch valves should be installed on gas and
water supply pipes to make it convenient for
installation or repair.
-Before connecting the gas and water connections
to the appliance, please pay attention to the
cleanout of these connections to remove
impurities and other pollutants.
Caution! After installation, check the gas
connection with soap foam for leakage, use the
appliance only when leakage free and passed the
inspection by local gas administrative institution.
Batteries installation
-Put two "D" size batteries 1.5 Volt into the battery
box. make sure of the polarity order and close the
box.
Exhaust pipe installation
-This appliance has an upper opening for exhaust,
connect it with an external pipe to discharge
exhausts outside.
-Exhaust pipe must be made from anti corrosion
thin metal, its minimum thickness is 0.3mm.
-The exhaust pipe must has as maximum 4
bending joints at 90 degrees, the horizontal part
of it should be short as possible and joints must
be well sealed.
-The exhaust pipe should be 15cm away from
inflammables things.
-the vertical part of exhaust pipe above the
appliance opening should be long as possible with
minimum length of 25cm.
-A wind, rains and snow protection cap should be
placed on the end of the exhaust pipe.
-Exhaust pipe must be able to with stand self
weight, wind ,accumulated snow and shake.
Caution! Don't mount exhaust pipe on a
windward location.

Usage
Before using open main gas and water valve.
-Open hot water valve until ignition happen and
fire starts then hot water come out from outlet.
-If it's the first time of usage after a long time
without use, it may need more trials to discharge
the air from the gas connection. if the first trial
failed close and reopen the outlet water valve for
a second trial ignition.
-Control the outlet water temperature by using the
water control and gas control knobs, use water
control knob to control outlet water quantity and
use gas control knob to control flames intensity.
-Water control knob on (Min) position gives
minimum water flow and higher outlet water
temperature. On (Max) position it gives maximum
water flow and lower outlet temperature.
-Gas control knob on (Min) position gives
minimum gas flow and low water outlet
temperature. On (Max) position it gives maximum
gas flow and higher outlet water temperature.
-Summer/winter knob on Summer position to
decrease number of working flame rows to the
half to decrease gas consumption, and on Winter
position it will work all flam rows.
Temporary shutdown
-When hot water temporary not needed during
use, just turn off the hot water valve. when hot
water needed again, turn on the hot water valve
again.
Caution! Be careful water temperature may be
too high at the moment the water flow resumes.
Caution! If not using for long period close water
and gas supply and remove batteries.
Caution! Be careful water temperature may be
too high at starting.
Caution! Regularly check the connections for
leakage. if gas leakage found do the following:
oClose the gas source valve.
oOpen all the windows and doors.
oAny lighting of fire or ignition or start-up of
electric light is not allowed. Neither is any start-up
operation which will generate sparks.
oInform Service center or gas supply company.
Caution! Never leave the water outlet valve open
in case that water supply is cut.
Caution! It is prohibited to put any inflammable ,
exploding or corrosive materials close to the appliance
,never block the exhaust pipe with anything.
Caution! The appliance must be installed in a
well ventilated place to avoid combustion exhausts
such as carbon oxides .
If cold water to be mixed with hot water at
outlet water exit, make sure that cold water pressure
is not too high, or appliance will shut off.

Features and characteristics
This appliance provides you with instant hot water
after opening water outlet valve, there for it is
sufficient for all home use purposes that requires hot
water. this appliance contains the following features:
Low pressure start up ,which make it suitable for
user living in high level floors that suffers low water
pressure.
Forced shut off in case of flames extinguishing to
prevent gas leakage.
Anti-Blast on start up.
High pressure(over 8bar) protected.
When this feature is activated, the high
pressure relief valve will leak water to ambient in
form of water drops to relief pressure inside the
appliance.
Over heating protection, prevents water
temperature to increase above standard
temperature whatever the overheating cause is.
When this feature is activated, the high
temperature cut-off thermostat will force shut-off
to the gas valve to prevent over heating from
evaporating water inside appliance to protect the
user and the appliance .
Back wind protection to insure normal operation in
existence of wind back flow.
Continuous operation for only 20 minutes ,to
protect from exhaust accumulation, and in case of
forgot water valve open while water source is cut
and back again.
Care and cleaning
All the repair and maintenance must be carried out
by customer service authorized technicians.
Normally the batteries should be replaced once half
a year.
appliance malfunctions should be repaired on its
time to keep the performance of it.
A periodical check and maintenance of the
appliance recommended to be fulfilled every 6
months.
A clean and wet cloth can be used for the cleaning
of the heater. dissolvent products are not allowed
for the cleaning!
Caution! Please only clean exhaust pipe in cold
state!
What to do if.....
Certain problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved easily without calling
the service technicians, before contacting the local service center please carry out the check listed below.
