Password setting(factory system password:2000)
1. Setting the unlock password (Unlocking password can be set 999 group).
When the host is in standby mode, lnput the system password:2000 and then pressing”#” key
(host display PPPP), Entering group password <XXXYYYY>,and then Pressing”#”, Host display
<DONE>,Host XXX group unlocking password is set by YYYY,<XXX> is the password group number,
<YYYY> is unlocking password; X, Y an arbitrary number. But<XXX>cann’t be<000>;<YYYY>cann’t
be consistent with the current master password.
Example: Setting the password: #2000# 001 1234# password: #1234#
2. Change the system password
When the host is in standby mode, Input the system password: 2000, and then Pressing”#”key
(host display PPPP), Entering group password <000NNNN>, and then Pressing”#”,Host display
<DONE>, The password is changed “NNNN”(N is arbitrary number)
Example: Change the system password:#2000# 000 3333# that is replaced system password:
3333
3. Cancel the single unlocking password
When the host is in standby mode, Input the system password: 2000, and then pressing “#”key
(host display PPPP), Entering group password<XXX>, and then pressing”#”, Host display<DONE>,
The XXX group unlocking password has been canceled.
Example: # 2000# XXX#(Single password has been canceled)
4. Cancel all unlocking password
Connecting with the< >on the back of the door station PCB, And then pressing long-time< >
<PASSWORD> key, digital tube displayed< >, and then removing< > its short-circult cap,
Firstly power-off, And then power-on, All the setting password will be cleared.
5.The system password initialization setting
Pull-back< >to “ON” key on the back of the door station PCB, And then pressing
long-time< ><PASSWORD> key, digital tube displayed < >, And then press
< >back to<3>, Firstly power-off, And then power-on, The system password is 2000.

Indoor phone room NO. setting:
The room number by the four-digit form, according with 1000, 100, 10, 1 digit sequence, Pressing
" " key when extension standby mode over 5 seconds, after warning tone release. Pressing
" " key, enter the extension number of 1000 digit, Pressing 1 time " " key, 1000 digit display1,
Pressing key 2 times " " key, 1000 digit display 0. There have 2, followed by analogy, if 1000 digit
display 0; Directly pressing" " key to confirm, 1000 digit display 0. There have 2 short warning tone.
In accordance with the above steps, followed analogy by input the extension number of 100 digit,
10 digit and 1 digit. Extension number input is completed, there is a warning tone, Indicating an effective
setting.
Example: A room number is 2013, Pressing a long time " " key loosely after 5 seconds. Pressing
" " key twice times, Pressing " " twice times. Pressing " " key one time, Pressing " ",
Pressing " " key thrice times, Pressing " " one time.
There are 12 chord ring tones, the way how to select as follows:
Indoor unit standby, pressing a long time" " key loosely after 5 seconds, it will play the current set
ring tone, then pressing the" " key each times, it will play the next one ring tone, if confirmed that one
you like, just pressing " " key for confirmed or you can let the ring tone goes until 10 seconds later,
system will default to set this ring tone.
Notes:
Pressing button each time, indicates that the key to be valid. Each keystroke time interval should be
less than 10 seconds, otherwise it will return a static. Factory extension number defaults: "1111 "

When monitors’positive and negative power is being short circuit, fuse will burned, in order
to protect the entire system.
After the installation , this light will turn off in 30-60 seconds, if it still turns on after 60 seconds,
it means the connection is wrong.

Notes for installing.
Please keep the product away from magnetism, severe moisture,
direct sun rays and nearby heater, which may influence on the product.
Suitable height for main unit is 1600mm from the bottom to the screen.
Please arrange the handset after installation is completed.
Please refer to (Camera setup) regarding the installation of camera units.

Add the management card:
Power-off, The S2 plug into1, 2-Terminal, Power-on,Red & Green LED lights flash
alternately, Swipe Continuously two cards, The green light flash to add successfully;
Power-off, The S2 plug into2,3-Terminal, And then power-on. (Swipe the first card is
adding a”Add card”, Swipe the second card is adding a”Delete card”).
Add the user card:
Swipe the added management card in working state, The green light flashes,
Swipe added user card (1 pcs or more)
Swipe the added management card successfully to exit at last.
Delete user card:
Swipe the deleted management card in working state, The red light flashes,
Swipe needed deleted user card. Swipe the deleted management card
successfully to exit.
Delete all cards:
Swipe the delete management card in working state, The red light flashes,
And then Swipe added Management card, Swipe the deleted management
card confirm deleting.
The green light I restore after waiting for 5S, Delete successfully.

General fault identify & remove
Failure phenomenon Exclusion method
No sounds during intercommunication. Confirmed it is one user or the whole system
Check the 3 line connection.
Lose unlocking functions. Check the 4 line, whether it offer 10V power when
pressing the unlock button.
Whether L+ L- offer 12V power out to the e-lock.
Whether the electric lock coil is damaged.
Image bobbing up and down. Video are not synchronized, adjust the potentiometer.
Image appears bars. Image signal is weak lead out of sync.
Check whether the video cable is in good connection,
whether the transmission distance is too far，
whether the wire is in the standard
Adjust the monitor‘s potentiometer or video zoom,
gain potentiometer.
The outdoor unit cannot
contact to the indoor monitor.
Pressing the monitoring button ,check whether
appear images.
If appear Image and communicate good, check
whether room number is set correctly.
If cannot appear Image and without communicate,
check the connection line of 3.
Out door unit or indoor monitor damage
If appear Image but without communicate. Confirmed it is one user or the whole system
Check the 3 line connection.
One user: check the monitor and its connection line of 3.
Image blurred, dim. Signal is too weak, the impedance does not match or
contrast is not good.
Adjust the video amplifier and the gain potentiometer.
If the contrast or brightness is not good , adjust the
potentiometer to improve the image effect.
The image is sometimes clear,
sometimes fuzzy.
Is it the video connector firm
If monitor‘s brightness, contrast potentiometer loose,
replace it .
Image ghosting. Check the video cable is connected right (video line
must be connected in series).
Check whether there are sources of interference.
Images do not appear on the monitor. Whether it can intercom.
Check the video line or replace the camera.
Check whether the outdoor unit has power in, check
on the 4th line or the outdoor unit.
When intercommunication ,
it buzzers.
Whether power supply is good.
Check whether there are sources of interference.
System is busy, the red indicator lights. Check the source of the 4th line on the ground voltage
(6.5V or 10V ).
Whether the outdoor unit or indoor monitor is normal.
13
