It is important that the “NANO” oven is installed and used only
in accordance with the attached user manual, for your
security and to ensure that the oven will function properly.
We recommend you read carefully the following
instructions before using the oven.
The safety instructions, by themselves, do not eliminate
danger completely, and proper accident prevention
measures must always be used.
SAFE POSITIONING OF YOUR NANO OVEN
The NANO oven is designed to be used only outside. It is recommended where there is no wind,
even better in a good sheltered spot. The NANO oven is made of weather resistant
materials, but it is recommended to cover it after use ,when its fully cooled.
For longer periods, store in a cool dry place over winter.
•Position the oven on a proper stable surface, ensuring that the base can
support the ovens weight.
•Do not place the NANO oven on flammable/Combustible surfaces
ASSEMBLING THE FRONT STAINLESS STEEL SHELF
The NANO oven is equipped with a stainless steel front shelf to improve the management of pizza
cooking and allowing the pizza to be turned even outside the oven. The front shelf is very easy to
assemble / disassemble, there is a small slot of a few millimeters on the front that allows the shelf
to be fixed into.
BURNER AND GAS CONNECTORS
The NANO oven is configured to operate with LPG GAS. It cannot be used with Methane or
Natural GAS.
This model is not equipped with a piezoelectric, therefore, a classic long-barreled kitchen lighter
must be used for ignition.
It is necessary to use a low pressure regulator for connecting the NANO oven to LPG cylinder. The
regulator must have the below specifications:
•Gas Input: 1.5 kg/h
•LOW Pressure
regulator: 28/30 mbar

The burner has a safety thermocouple, so if the flame goes out for any reason, the gas leakage is
stopped within a few seconds.
OVEN CURING AND FIRST FIRING
During the first operation of your new Nano oven, a process of removing the humidity (Curing)
from inside the cooking chamber is necessary before using your new oven.
Turn on the NANO oven for the first time for 20/30 minutes on a low heat/flame setting,
this pre-heating phase is very important. Repeat this operation three/four times, on a Low
flame, for 20/30 minutes, leaving around 5-6 hours between each heat up, careful Curing of
your oven is necessary to help it bake at its optimum performance, for the first 24hrs.
YOU WILL SEE THE RELEASE OF WATER ON THE FIRST FIRING FROM UNDER AND AROUND THE
OVEN BASE, THIS IS PERFECTLY NORMAL AND WILL NOT EFFECT THE OVEN IN ANYWAY.
Note: Due to thermal expansion, small cracks may appear in the dome during the pre-heating
process. Do not worry, this is normal and the quality of your oven will not be compromised.
TIPS AND PRECAUTIONS
• Protect the oven from rain when not in use.
• Do not exceed temperatures of 550 ° on the floor.
Always check the temperature with a laser thermometer.
• The oven must always be dry when in use.
• Do not put out the flame with water, or try to use water or ice to cool down the oven.
• Do not leave the oven on high heat for more than 50 minutes without using it.
• Do not place the NANO oven on flammable/Combustible surfaces.
• Always turn off the gas when you are not using the oven.
• Do not tamper with, disassemble or modify the NANO oven.
• Do not clean the refractory surface with chemicals or damp cloths (either hot or cold)
• DO NOT use the oven indoors, in basements or basements due to the emission of carbon
monoxide.
FIRE WARNING AND LOCAL DEPARTMENTS
Be careful, place the oven far away from any combustible material. Every
Country building code is unique, please consult your local building code or
your Fire Department for the exact specifications for your region. You are
responsible for following all local building codes and practices.
