Description
The ZP3-AC1 Accessory Chassis allows for the installation of
up to five ZP3 auxiliary boards into a ZP3-AB1 Accessory Box
(sold separately).
The chassis includes a preinstalled ZP3AB-SCB-R Serial
Control Bus Interface and integrated loop and power cabling.

Installation
WARNING: Electrocution hazard. To avoid personal injury or
death from electrocution, remove all sources of power and
allow stored energy to discharge before installing or removing
equipment.
To install the chassis:
1. Install all required boards onto the chassis.
2. Connect the red (+24 VDC), black (0 VDC), and
green/yellow (earth) cables to the corresponding terminals
on the auxiliary boards.
See the ZP3 control panel installation manual for detailed
information on wiring for each auxiliary board.
3. Remove the ZP3-AB1 accessory box door assembly.
4. Install the chassis into the accessory box and secure it
with the 4 x M4 screws and washers provided.
5. Connect the RS-485 and power supply cables to the
terminal block above the preinstalled ZP3AB-SCB-R on
the accessory chassis.
6. Replace the accessory box door assembly.
