BLOWER ALIGNMENT
Intake tube
from inflatable
AREA SURROUNDING BLOWER
SET-UP WARNINGS:
• Adult set-up and supervision required. Keep children away from the blower, at all times.
• Place on firm, dry, level ground, for safe use.
• Align blower with inflation tube (for inflatable games, see illustration).
• Do not use a 3-prong adapter of any kind.
• Improper installation of grounding plug can result in a risk of electrical shock.
• Do not modify the plug provided—if it will not fit the outlet have the proper outlet installed
by a qualified electrician.
• The plug must be plugged into a GFCI outlet that is properly installed and grounded in
accordance with all local codes.
• Do not use in rain, strong wind conditions—if blower gets wet, unplug and completely dry
it out.
• Do not put fingers or any objects in blower when plugged in.
• Do not use blower if damaged or not running correctly.
• Keep children away from blower and electrical cords, at all times.
• Make sure ground is free of any debris, in the immediate area of blower.
• Do not place blower on wet surface. If the blower gets wet, allow it to dry before use.
• Leave blower running the entire time inflatable unit is being used (inflatable use).
• To reduce the risk of shock, do not use this blower with any solid-state speed control device.
• For best performance, outside temperature should be between 34ºF and 90ºF.
• Long exposure to direct sun and extremely high temperatures can shorten the life of blower.
• Do not remove safety guards or grill, to prevent damage or injury.
• Clear any debris, grass or dust
from blower area and keep
clear for the duration of use—
a gust of wind might easily
push debris into blower intake
• A blocked air intake could result
in overheating, a electrical
hazard or a fire
• Also, do not operate blower
near explosive gases, flames
or heaters
OPERATION SAFETY WARNINGS:
• Adult supervision required, at all times.
• This blower is configured for use with a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug—
make sure to use a proper outlet with same configuration (see page 4).
• Back pressure needed to avoid damaging blower, do this by attaching to an inflatable or duct.
• Keep unit grounded—blower MUST be connected to a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter)
rated outlet.
• Prevent sharp and small hard objects from getting into the blower.
• During use make sure liquid does not come in contact with blower—if it starts to rain, to off
blower and place under shelter.
• Clear any debris, grass or dust from air intake grill and keep clear for the duration of use.
• If blower malfunction occurs, tighten blower tube and vents and evacuate unit (inflatable use).
• Air leaking from the inflatable, even seeing bubbles in wet landing zone is normal.
• No loud chattering noises or burning smell should be coming from blower.
• In the rare case an extension cord is needed, only use a 3-wire cord that has a grounding wire
— SJTW, 14AWGX3C, 300V, 105ºC, maximum length 50ft.
MAINTENANCE:
• Store blower in a dry, indoor space—to ensure top performance for years to come.
• Do not wash the blower water or any liquid—after unplugging unit, you can then wipe with
a dry or damp cloth.
• After 4 to 6 months of use, service the blower—remove any dust or dirt that has collected
in the air intake zone.
• Unplug from power source before maintenance begins.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, a service professional or
qualified individual—cord must be the same type of amperage rating.
• The direction of the blower is
important
• Align blower in the same direction
as the intake tube, coming from
the inflatable—this will allow
maximum airflow to the unit
• Basic blower use with inflatable
games: connect to the longest
inflation tube and close or tie
other tube and close outlet vents
— constant air pressure required.
