Preface
Thanks for purchasing ZOpid-M8 True Wireless Stereo Earbuds!
The Earbuds and the Charging Case feature built-in rechargeable batteries, providing approximately 30 hours
of total combined Play time before requiring the Charging Case to be recharged.
Before operating the Earplugs and the Charging case, make sure to read this user manual carefully. After
reading it, please keep it in a safe place for future reference. This User Manual is also available in pdf format on
out support website www.hittusa.com.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Earbuds, the Charging Case, or this User Manual without notice.

NOTE: The pictures, diagrams and certain functions described in this manual may differ from the actual

Safety and General Information
READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE USING THESE EARBUDS
 Loud music may harm your hearing if you listen to it for a long time.
 New battery reaches its best performance after it has completely charged and discharged two or three
times.
 If the Earbuds are left unused for more than a couple of weeks, please recharge them periodically.
 Please charge the charging case battery for no less than 6 hours and the Earbuds for no less than 2
hours before first time use or it until the LED on the Charging Case becomes solid Green and the LEDs
on the Earbuds turn off, indicating batteries on all devices are fully charged.
 Do not operate the Earbuds or the Charging Case in extremely cold, hot, dusty or damp environment.
 Avoid leaving the Earbuds or the Charging Case under direct sunlight for an extended period.
 Don’t put the Earbuds or the Charging Case LED light close to human or animal eyes.
 Do not scrub the Earbuds or the Charging Case with a hard object; it may result in scratches on the
surface and/or damage to the hardware. Use a damp cotton cloth to gently wipe the shell of the
Earbuds or the Charging Case. Using other chemical cleaning solutions is strictly prohibited.

 Keep the Earbuds, Charging Case, and all other accessories out of reach of children under 3 years old.
 Charge the Earbuds when:
o The Earbuds power off automatically or immediately after they are turned on, or the Red LED
flashes fast (about 2 times per second), indicating low battery charge level.
 Charge the Charging Case when:
o The LED on the Charging Case does not light up when you put Earbuds to charge in the case.
 Avoid operating these Earbuds or Charging Case in a very dry environment to prevent damage from
static-shock.
 These Earbuds and the Charging Case do not have any user-serviceable parts or accessories. DO NOT
TRY TO DISASSEMBLE THE EARBUDS OR THE CHARGING CASE.
 Use USB charging device with DC Power Output of 5V and between 500mA and 1A – you can buy a
ZOpid USB 5W Power Adapter Model HA-ZC5V1A online.
 Use battery charger and accessories permitted by the manufacturer. Using other accessories or
charger may be a safety hazard or affect product performance and/or void product warranty.
 Please properly dispose of the obsolete Earbuds, charging case (both have rechargeable batteries),
and any other accessories following your local environmental laws.

Product Overview
IMPORTANT: Make sure the Earbuds and Charging Case are fully charged before first time use.
Charging the Case:
Please charge the case using the included USB cable through your computer’s USB port or any other USB
charging device with DC Power Output of 5V and between 500mA and 1A – you can buy a ZOpid USB 5W
Power Adapter Model HA-ZC5V1A.
The LED flashes green while charging, and changes to steady green once the charging case is fully charged.

Activating and Charging the Earbuds
Put both Earbuds into the charging case to activate and charge them.
IMPORTANT: Make sure charging pins on the Earbuds make proper contact with magnetic charging pins of the
Charging Case
Solid red charging status lights on the Earbuds indicate the earplugs are getting charged.
The LED light will turn off when the Earbuds are fully charged.
ZOpid-M8 TWS Earbuds Pairing with Cell Phone, Tablet, or Laptop
1. Take both Earbuds out of the case at the same time.
2. Both Earbuds will auto Power ON after 2-3 seconds.
3. Both Earbuds will switch to Auto-Pairing mode, which is indicated by the LED flashing Blue on one
Earbud and flashing Red & Blue on the other.

For first-time pairing with a new device
4. Go to BluetoothTM or Wireless Settings of that wireless device while
the earplugs are in pairing-mode.
5. Under Available devices list, look for “ZOpid-M8" and select
ZOpid-M8 to connect both Earbuds with the wireless device.
NOTE: If Earbuds fail to connect, please insert both Earbuds into charging
case and repeat above listed steps, starting with step 1.
IMPORTANT: Once the Earbuds are successfully paired with a
wireless device, on subsequent use the Earbuds will automatically
connect with that device when removed from the charging case,
as long as the wireless device and Earbuds are in close proximity.
Wearing Earbuds
Please note that Earbud-hooks are made of soft and adjustable material. To wear the Earbuds, straighten the
earhook of the Earbud and gently insert Earplugs in ear-canal and wrap the earhook around the backside of
the ear.
Repeat this process for the other Earbud.

Detailed Description
Power-On
Method 1: Take both Earbuds out of the Charging Case and both Earbuds will auto power on. (LED lights will
turn Blue with voice prompt saying “Connected” from both Earbuds if the Earbuds are already paired to a
wireless device in close proximity)
Method 2 (Earbuds already out of the charging case and powered off) : Press MFB on both the
Earbuds for 2s to power on (LED light on Earbuds will turn Blue with voice prompt saying “Power On” followed
by “Connected” from both the Earbuds)
Power-Off
Method 1: Put both Earbuds back in the Charging Case and both Earbuds will auto power off. (LED lights on
Earbuds will turn on red on both the Earbuds indicating both Earbuds are getting charged)

Method 2 (you do not have the charging case near-by): Press MFB on either one of the Earbuds for 4
seconds to power off both Earbuds (voice prompt saying “Power Off” will be heard from both the Earbuds) –
Note: To turn power on again use Method 2 listed in Power-On section
Reject Call
Press and hold MFB, on either Earbud, for 1 second to reject an incoming call.
Answer an Incoming Call/End Call
Quickly press and release MFB, on either Earbud, to answer an incoming call, and press and release MFB again
to end the call.
Play/Pause Music
When playing music, press & release MFB on either Earbud to Pause or Play Music.

Next Track/Previous Track
When playing music, quickly Press and Release MFB two (2) times on
Right (R) Earbud to skip forward (Next Track)
Left (L) Earbud to go back (Previous Track)
Volume+/Volume-
When playing music or on a phone call, quickly Press and Release MFB three (3) times on
Right (R) Earbud to increase sound volume
Left (L) Earbud to decrease sound volume
Voice Assistant
When Earbuds are in Standby or Pause mode, press and hold MFB, on either Earbud, for about one (1) second
until a "beep" is heard indicating activation of voice assistant (Like: Siri).

Reset Earbuds
In case Earbuds fail to connect with Cellphone, or there is no sound in left or right Earbud, follow these steps to
RESET the Earbuds:
1. Take both Earbuds out of the case
2. Make sure both the Earbuds are powered off (LEDs on the Earbuds are off)
3. Press and hold the MFBs for about 5 seconds, as shown in the picture below:
4. Don't release your fingers until the LEDs on both Earbuds flash Red and Blue alternatively
5. Once the LED of both Earbuds flash Red & Blue, Immediately Double Press the MFB of Right (R) Earbud
6. Both Earbuds will auto pair with each other after 3-5 seconds - the LED on one Earbud will flash blue
and the other Earbud will flash Red & Blue
7. Delete the ZOpid-M8 from the list of paired devices on the wireless device (Cellphone, Tablet, Laptop
etc.)
8. Once deleted, ZOpid-M8 will appear again under the available devices list, select ZOpid-M8 to
reconnect both Earbuds with that Wireless Device
9. In case Earbuds fail to connect, put both Earbuds into charging case and repeat the above listed steps
Smart and Seamless Single Earbud or Both Earbuds Use
One of the features of these Earplugs is the automatic and seamless operation, switching from single Earbud
use to using both the Earbuds or vice versa. The following two scenarios will demonstrate this feature, and
assume that the Earplugs are already paired with the wireless device:
Scenario 1: If user removes just one of the Earplugs from the Charging Case, that Earplug functions
independent of the other Earplug, and if the user later decides to use the Earplug that’s still in the Charging
case, both the Earplugs will function in Stereo Mode.
Scenario 2: While listening to music or answering a phone call a user can remove any one of the earplugs and
put that Earplug back in the Charging Case, the other Earplugs will continue to function in Mono Mode - and if
at any time the user decides to reuse the Earplug that’s in the Charging Case, then both Earplugs will function
in Stereo Mode.

Limited One (1) Year Warranty
Coverage: Hi-Tech Trading (USA), Inc. (“HiTT”) warrants these Earbuds (“product”) against defects in materials
and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. HiTT, at its option,
will at no charge repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should it not conform to this
warranty. This limited warranty is a consumer’s exclusive remedy, extends only to the first consumer purchaser,
is not transferable, and is valid only on products purchased by consumers in the United States.
Exclusions
Normal Wear and Tear: Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear
are excluded from coverage.
Batteries: Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 60% of their rated capacity during the
warranty period are covered by this limited warranty.
IMPORTANT: If the Earbuds and Charging Case are not used for a few weeks please make sure you still charge
the batteries every 3 to 4 weeks to optimize batteries life span.
Miscellaneous: This warranty does NOT cover defects or damage that result from:
(a) Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks,
scratches, etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse
(b) Extended contact with liquid, water or rain, or sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food
(c) Use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions
(d) Service, installation, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than HiTT and
(e) Other acts which are not the fault of HiTT.
Obtaining Service: To obtain service or information, please send email to [email protected]m. You will receive
instructions on how to ship the Product, at your expense, to a HiTT Service Center. To obtain service, you must
include a copy of your purchase receipt (as proof-of-purchase).
