INSTALLAZIONE MANIGLIE / HANDLES INSTALLATION
MOD. 1
I - Preparare la base per il fissaggio del rosone 1inserendo l’O-ring nell’apposita gola. Predisporre la piantana 2,
inserendo il dado 3, la ranella 4e la guarnizione 5.
GB - Prepare the base for the flange attachment 1by inserting l’O-ring in the appropriate housing. Prepare the side
valve 2, by inserting the nut 3, the washer 4and the seal 5.
F- Préparer la base pour le fixage du rosace 1en insérant l’O-ring dans sa propre gorge. Préparer la pièce de
raccordement 2, en insérant l’écrou 3, la rondelle 4et le joint 5.
D- Den O-Ring in den dafür vorgesehenen Sitz einführen, um dadurch die Basis 1zur Befestigung der Rosette
bereitzustellen. Die Mutter 3, die U-Scheibe 4und die Dichtung 5 über das Seitenventil 2führen.
E- Prepare la base para la fijación de la roseta 1insertando el O-ring en la ranura correspondiente. Ponga el tubo

Inserire (dal basso) la piantana 2 nel foro del sanitario. Appoggiare sulla parte superiore del sanitario, in corrispondenza
della piantana, la guarnizione 6e la base 1.
Insert (from below) the side valve 2in the hole of the basin. Put on the upper part of the basin, in correspondence of the
side valve, the seal 6and the base 1.
Introduire (par le bas) la pièce de raccordement 2dans le trou du sanitaire. Poser sur la partie supérieure du sanitaire, en
correspondance de la pièce de raccord., le joint 6et la base 1.
Das Seitenventil 2(von unten) in die Öffnung des Sanitärobjektes einführen. Auf der Oberfläche des Sanitärobjektes,
dem Seitenventil gegenüber, die Dichtung 6und die Basis 1anbringen.
Inserte (desde abajo) el tubo vertical 2en el agujero del sanitario. Apoye en la parte superior del sanitario, en

Infilare il collare superiore 7 (fig. 2), serrandolo sulla piantana con una chiave da 36 mm.
Put in the upper collar 7(fig. 2), by tightening it on the side valve with a 36 mm key.
Introduire le collier supérieur 7(fig. 2), en le serrant sur la pièce de raccordement avec une clé de 36 mm.
Dann den oberen Kragen 7(Bild 2) einführen und den Kragen mittels eines Schlüssels 36 mm an dem Seitenventil fest-
schrauben.
Ensarte el collar superior 7(fig. 2), apretándolo al tubo vertical con una llave de 36 mm.
Установите кольцо 7(рис. 2) на боковом клапане 2, затяните его ключом на 36 мм.

Serrare con una chiave da 32 mm il dado 3della piantana.
Tighten the nut 3of the side valve with a 32 mm key.

I - Ripetere l’operazione per la seconda piantana e verificare l’allineamento dei particolari.
GB - Repeat the operation for the second side valve and check up the alignment of the components.
F- Répéter l’opération pour la deuxième pièce de raccordement et vérifier l’alignement des particuliers.
D- Dann bei dem zweiten Seitenventil gleich verfahren und das Ausrichten der zwei Seitenventile prüfen.
E- Repita la operación en el segundo tubo vertical y compruebe la alineación de las piezas.
RU - овторите процедуру для второго бокового клапана, убедитесь втом, что они установлены ровно по
отношению друг кдругу.
PL -Zamocowaćw podobny sposób drugi zawór i sprawdzić, czy zawory umieszczone sąw jednej linii.
Innestare la maniglia 8 sul vitone, portando quest’ultimo nella posizione di chiusura. Verificare l’allineamento della mani-
glia con il piano e con la seconda maniglia.
Fit the handle 8in the headwork, by putting this last on the closure position. Check the alignment of the handle with the
surface and with the second handle.
Embrayer la poignée 8sur la tête, en portant cette dernière dans la position de fermeture. Vérifier l’alignement de la
poignée par rapport au plan et à la deuxième poignée.
Den Griff 8in den Innenoberteil einführen und ihn drehen, bis der Innenoberteil auf „zu“ geschaltet ist. Das Ausrichten
des Griffes mit der Oberfläche und mit dem anderen Griff prüfen.
Inserte la manilla 8en la rosca, poniendo esta última en la posición de cierre. Compruebe la alineación de la manilla con
el plano y la segunda manilla.

Qualora le maniglie non risultassero perfettamente allineate, ruotare leggermente le piantane.
Inserire l’anello in teflon 9, nella sede della maniglia.
If the handles are not perfectly aligned, turn a little bit the side valve. Insert the Teflon ring 9, in the handle housing.
Si les poignées ne sont pas parfaitement alignées, pivoter un peu les pièces de raccordement. Introduire l’anneau en
téflon 9, dans le siège de la poignée.
Sind die Griffe miteinander nicht genau ausgerichtet, sollten die Seitenventile leicht gedreht werden: den Teflonring 9in
den Sitz des Griffes einführen.
En el caso de que las manillas no estuviesen perfectamente alineadas, gire ligeramente los tubos verticales. Inserte la
anilla de teflón 9, en el asiento de la manilla.

N.B. Non utilizzare grasso o lubrificante.
Insert the flange 10 or the plate 11, then push it until it perfectly touches the surface of the tiles. N.B. Don’t use any kind
of grease.
Introduire le rosace 10, ou la plaque 11, en poussant jusqu’à le faire adhérer parfaitement au plan. N.B. Ne pas em-
ployer du gras ou du lubrifiant.

I - Alloggiare la guarnizione 12 nell’apposita sede del rosone della bocca 13. Posizionare il rosone sul sanitario in
modo che il marchio ZUCCHETTI risulti frontale.
GB - Put the seal 12 in the appropriate spout flange housing 13. Put the flange on the basin in a way that ZUC
CHETTI brand is in the front.
F- Mettre en place le joint 12 dans le siège du rosace du bec 13 prévu à cet effet. Positionner le rosace sur le sani
taire de manière que la marque ZUCCHETTI soit frontale.
D- Die Dichtung 12 in den vorgesehenen Sitz der Rosette 13 einführen. Die Rosette auf das Sanitärobjekt setzen,
so dass die Marke ZUCCHETTI auf der Frontseite zu sehen ist.
E- Ponga la junta 12 en el asiento de la roseta correspondiente de la boca 13. Coloque la roseta en el sanitario de
forma que la marca ZUCCHETTI aparezca frontalmente.
RU - Установите прокладку 12 всоответствующем посадочном месте накладки излива 13. ри установке
будьте внимательны: марка ZUCCHETTI должна быть спереди.
PL -Umieścićuszczelkę12 w gnieździe rozety wylewki 13. Umieścićrozetęna ceramice w taki sposób, aby napis
Zucchetti znajdował sięz przodu.
Predisporre la bocca 14, completandola con i flessibili 15, il perno filettato 16 e l’asta dello scarico 17. Inserire la bocca
nella sede del rosone 13.
Prepare the spout 14, and complete it with the flexible 15, the threaded pin 16 and the pop-up waste rod 17. Put the spout
in the flange housing 13.
Préparer le bec 14, en le complétant avec les flexibles 15, le pivot fileté 16 et la tirette de vidage 17. Insérer le bec dans
le siège du rosace 13.
Den Auslauf 14 zu Ende montieren: die Anschlussschläuche 15, den Gewindestift 16 und die Zugstange 17 einführen.
Den Auslauf in den Sitz der Rosette 13 einführen.
Ponga la boca 14, completándola con los flexibles 15, el perno roscado 16 y la varilla de descarga 17. Introduzca la boca
en el asiento de la roseta 13.
На излив 14 установите шланги 15, резьбовой штифт 16 истержень управления сливом 17. Установите слив в
накладку 13.

Fissare la bocca al sanitario utilizzando il distanziale 18, la forcella 19, e serrando il dado 20 sul perno filettato (chiave da
12 mm).
Fix the spout to the sanitary ware by using the sleeve 18, the fork 19, and by tightening the nut 20 on the threaded pin (12
mm key).
Fixer le bec au sanitaire en employant l’entretoise 18, la fourche 19, et en serrant l’écrou 20 sur le pivot fileté (clé de 12
mm).
Den Auslauf an dem Sanitärobjekt mittels des Distanzrings 18 und der Schnellbefestigung 19 befestigen und die Mutter
20 mittels eines Schlüssels 12 mm an dem Gewindestift festschrauben.
Fije la boca al sanitario utilizando la riostra 18, la horquilla 19, y apriete la tuerca 20 al perno roscado (llave de 12 mm).
Закрепите излив при помощи вставки 18, вилки 19 изатяните гайку 20 на резьбовом штифте ключом на 12
мм.
Przymocowaćwylewkędo ceramiki uŜywając pierścienia dystansowego 18, metalowej podkładki 19 i nakrętki 20, którą
naleŜy wkręcićdo oporu na gwintowany sworzeń(klucz 12 mm).
Per un corretto scorrimento dell’asta scarico 17, verificare che il distanziale 18 non vada ad ostacolare il libero movimen-
to.
For a correct pop up waste rod 17 function, check that the sleeve 18 doesn’t disturb the free movement.
Pour un correct coulissage de la tirette de vidage 17, vérifier que l’entretoise 18 n’empêche pas le libre mouvement.
Um eine korrekte Gleitung der Zugstange 17 zu ermöglichen soll es geprüft werden, dass der Distanzring 18 die freie
Bewegung der Zugstange nicht verhindert.
Para un correcto deslizamiento de la varilla de descarga 17, compruebe que la riostra 18 no obstaculiza su libre

I - Inserire i rubinetti incasso nella parete facendo attenzione che a rivestimento ultimato, le parti incassate siano
comprese nei limiti (Min / Max) 1indicati sulle protezioni.
GB - Insert the built-in taps in the wall and pay attention that once the wall cement coating is finished, the built-in parts
are within the limits (Min / Max) indicated on the plastic protection 1.
F- Insérer les robinets à enc. dans la paroi en prêtant attention qu’à la fin du revêtement, les parties encastrées
soient comprises dans les limites (Min / Max) 1indiqués sur les protections.
D- Die UP-Ventile in die Wand einführen und dabei beachten, dass bei Fertigmontage der Fliesen die UP-Teile
zwischen den auf der Beschützungen angebrachten Markierungen (Min /Max) 1 enthalten sind.
E- Inserte los grifos empotrados en la pared teniendo cuidado de que una vez que se haya realizado el
revestimiento, las partes empotradas estén comprendidas en los límites (Mín / Máx) 1indicados en las
protecciones.
RU - Установите встраиваемые смесители внишу, по завершению отделки встраиваемые детали не
должны выступать дальше отметок 1 (MIN/MAX) на заглушках.
PL - Umieścićkorpus baterii w ścianie zwracając uwagę, aby po wykończeniu powierzchnia ściany znalazła sięw
przedziale (Min / Max) 1 zaznaczonym na plastikowych osłonach.
Collegare gli ingressi acqua all’alimentazione. Sigillare il tutto ed ultimare il rivestimento senza togliere le protezioni in
plastica. Infine, tagliare le parti sporgenti delle protez. 2dalle piastrelle.
Connect the water inlets to the water system. Seal and complete the wall coating without moving the plastic protections.
Cut the protections parts jutting out of the tiles’ surface 2.
Connecter les entrées des eau à l’alimentation. Sceller le tout et finir le revêtement de la paroi sans enlever les protec-
tions en plastique. Ensuite, couper les parties de protection saillantes 2à l’hauteur de la céramique.

Następnie obciąć część osłon 2wystającąponad powierzchnięściany.
Inserire il corpo scorrevole 3nel rubinetto incasso 4e fissarlo con l’apposita vite 5.
Insert the sliding part 3in the built-in tap 4and attach it with the appropriate screw 5.
Introduire le corps coulissant 3dans le corps encastré 4et le fixer à l’aide de sa propre vis 5.
Den Gleitteil 3in das UP-Ventil 4einführen und den Gleitteil mit der dafür vorgesehenen Schraube 5 festschrauben.
Inserte el cuerpo deslizable 3en el grifo empotrado 4y fíjelo con el tornillo correspondiente 5.
Вставьте ходовую часть 3 во встраиваемый корпус 4изакрепите ее соответствующим винтом 5.
Na wbudowanym korpusie 3 umieścićprzesuwny element 4i zamocowaćgo przy pomocy śruby 5.
N.B. Se la vite risulta corta (rubinetto incassato troppo in profondità), occorre sostituire la vite stessa e il tubetto 6con gli
analoghi più lunghi in dotazione.
N.B. If the screw is too short (tap too much built-in), you have to replace the screw and the tube 6with the longer ones
available in the packaging.
N.B. Si la vis est courte (robinet encastré trop en profondeur), il faut remplacer la vis et le tube court 6avec les autre plus
longues qui font partie de l’équipement.
Achtung: Wenn die Schraube zu kurz ist (Das UP-Ventil wurde zu tief eingebaut) ist es notwendig, die Schraube und den
Kupferrohr 6mit den beigepackten längeren Schrauben und Rohren zu ersetzen.

I - Innestare la maniglia 7sul vitone chiuso, in modo che risulti parallela al piano. Inserire l’anello di teflon 8, nella
sede della maniglia.
GB - Fit the handle 7in the closed headwork, in a way that it is parallel with the surface. Put the teflon ring 8in the
handle housing.
F- Embrayer la poignée 7sur la tête fermée, de manière qu’elle soit parallèle au plan. Insérer l’anneau en téflon 8,
dans le siège de la poignée.
D- Den Griff 7 auf den zugeschlossenen Innenoberteil setzen, so dass der Griff parallel zu der Ebene ist. Den Tef
lonring 8in den Sitz des Griffes einführen.
E- Inserte la manilla 7en la rosca cerrada, de forma que quede paralela con el plano. Inserte la anilla de teflón 8,
en el asiento de la manilla.
RU - Установите рычаг 7на закрытый кран, рычаг должен быть параллельным поверхности. Установите
тефлоновое кольцо 8впосадочное место на рычаге.
PL - NałoŜyćpokrętło 7na zamkniętągłowicętak, aby było ustawione równolegle w stosunku do podstawy. Umieścić
teflonowy pierścień8w gnieździe pokrętła.
Completare la bocca 9, inserendo il riduttore di portata 10 (solo batterie lavabo) ed il filtro di protezione 11.
Complete the spout 9, by putting in the flow restrictor 10 (only lavabo battery) and the protection filter 11.
Compléter le bec 9, en introduisant le réducteur de débit 10 (seulement batteries lavabo) et le filtre de protection 11.
Den Auslauf 9zu Ende montieren: den Durchflussminderer 10 (nur bei 3-Loch Waschtischbatterien) und den Filter 11
einführen.
Complete la boca 9, insertando el reductor de caudal 10 (sólo baterías de lavabo) y el filtro de protección 11.
Соберите излив 9, для этого вставьте ограничитель расхода 10 (только для умывальника) изащитный фильтр

Zmontowaćwylewkę9zakładając reduktor przepływu 10 (tylko baterie umywalkowe) i filtr ochronny 11.
Inserire la bocca 9nell’apposita sede del rubinetto centrale, e fissarla con la vite in dotazione 12 (chiave a brugola da 1,5
mm).
Put the spout 9in the appropriate central tap housing. Fix it with the screw 12 available in the packaging (1,5 mm Allen
key ).
Insérer le bec 9dans le siège du robinet centrale prévu à cet effet, et le fixer avec la vis 12 qui fait partie de l’équipement
(clé hexagonale de 1,5 mm).
Den Auslauf 9in den dafür vorgesehenen Sitz einführen und den Auslauf mittels der beigepackten Schraube 12 fest-
schrauben (Imbussschlüssel 1,5 mm).

I - Inserire il deviatore nella parete facendo attenzione che a rivestimento ultimato, le parti incassate siano compre
se nei limiti (Min / Max) 1indicati sulla protezione.
GB - Insert the diverter in the wall and pay attention that once the wall cement coating is finished, the built-in parts are

I - Inserire il raccordo porta deviatore 1nel foro da 50 mm. Infilare sul raccordo: guarnizione 2 (sopra piano), ranella 3e dado di
fissaggio 4. Avvitare il deviatore 5sul raccordo 1, quindi fissare il dado 4. Completare il deviatore avvitando l’adattatore 6sull’estremità filetta-
ta dell’asta. Avvitare quindi il collare cromato 7e verificare con il pulsante 11 inserito sull’adattatore 6che l’asta possa scorrere su tutta la sua
corsa. Eseguita l’operazione, togliere la maniglia e fissare l’adattatore 6con la vite 8. Inserire l’OR 9nella sede e infilare il rosone 10. Inserire
nuovamente il pulsante 11 e fissarlo con il grano 12 (M3 CH1,5, il più piccolo).
GB - Insert the diverter support 1in the 50 mm hole. Insert on the joint: the seal 2(on the surface), the washer 3and the fixing nut 4.
Screw the diverter 5on the joint 1, then fix the nut 4. Complete the diverter by screwing the adapter 6on the rod threaded top. Screw then the
chrome collar 7and check by the pushbutton 11 inserted on the adapter 6that the rod can slide on its way. After this operation, take away
the handle and fix the adapter 6by the screw 8. Insert the O-ring 9in the tap housing and insert the flange 10. Insert again the pushbutton 11
and fix it by the grub screw 12 (M3 CH1,5, the smaller one).

10. Introduire à nouveau le poussoir 11 et le fixer à l’aide du grain 12 (M3, CH1,5, le plus petit).
D- Den Verbindungsteil des Umstellerhalters 1in den Loch von 50 mm einfuehren. Auf dem Verbindungsteil auflegen: Dischtung 2
(oben drauf, leicht druecken), U-Scheibe 3und Befestigungsmutter 4. Den Umsteller auf dem Verbindungsteil verschrauben 1, dann
die Schraubemutter 4befestigen. Fertigstellung des Umstellers durch Verschraubung des Adaptors 6auf der Gewindende der Stange. Den
verchromten Kragen 7verschrauben und mit auf dem Adapter 6eingefuehrten Knopfen 11 festzustellen, dass die Stange den ganze Gang
gleiten kann. Wenn diese Operation fertig ist, den Griff abnehmen und den Adapter 6mit Schraube 8befestigen. Den OR 9in den Sitz einfue-
hren und die Rosette 10 aufstecken. Den Knopf 11 wieder einfuehren und mit dem Duebel 12 befestigen (M3 CH1,5, der kleinste).
E- Inserte el empalme portainversor 1en el agujero de 50 mm. Ensarte en el empalme: empaquetadura 2(sobre plano), arandela 3y
tuerca de fijación 4. Enrosque el inversor 5en el empalme 1, después fije la tuerca 4. Complete el inversor enroscando el adaptador 6en la
extremidad fileteada de la barra. Enrosque después el collar cromado 7y compruebe con el pulsador 11 insertado en el adaptador 6que la
barra pueda correr por toda la carrera. Una vez llevada a cabo la operación, quite la manilla y fije el adaptador 6con el tornillo 8. Inserte el O-
Ring 9en el lugar correspondiente y inserte el rosetón 10. Inserte de nuevo el pulsador 11 y fíjelo con el tornillo prisionero 12 (M3 CH1,5, el
más pequeño).
