1. Take out the Earbuds. 2. Pull the protective adhesive lm
off of the Earbuds.
3. Please put Earbuds back into the
Charging Case and CLOSE it for at
least 1 min. and then begin use.
PAIR
1. Open the Charging Case to automatically power ON the earbuds.
2. White and Red LED Indicator on the earbuds will ash and a voice prompt will
state,”Pairing”.
3. Go to Settings. Go to Bluetooth. Tap”ZVOLTZ”.
4. A voice prompt will state,”Connected” signaling the processis complete.
What if you cannot nd “ZVOLTZ” in your Bluetooth page?
Reason 1: Earbuds have paired to another device.
Solution: Disconnect the Earbuds by turning Off the Bluetooth on the mistaken connected devices, then pair the Earbuds to your preferred device.
Reason 2: The Ear buds has reached 0% battery life.
Solution: Place both Earbuds back into the Charging case. Allow the Earbuds to recharge for around 5 mins. If the Charging Case has run out of
battery, plug it into a USB power source with the Earbuds still in side. (Type-C Cable provided).
Reason 3: Earbuds are completely OFF.
Solution: You may have accidentally manually turned off the Earbuds, Please press and hold the MFB buttons for 3-4 seconds to turn on the Earbuds.

How To Charge Earbuds And Case
STEREO MODE
Open Charging Case, take out the Earbuds,
and they will automatically synch and pair. A
voice prompt will say, ” Pairing”.
STEP 1:
Wrap the earloop around the back of your ear.
STEP 2:
Gently press the earbud inside of your ear.
**NOTE: The pre-installed earcaps are removable. If you find the earcaps are too large, you can remove them at anytime to adjust to your desired comfort.
SINGLE EAR MODE
Put one Earbud into Charging Case and
CLOSE it. Your preferred Earbud will enter
Single Ear Mode when successfully paired to
your phone.
1. Properly insert the Earbuds into the
Charging Case and CLOSE it.
**IMPORTANT: If there is a GAP between the cable and case, it is NOT charging properly. Push cable FIRMLY into place and you will hear
a loud CLICK sound knowing it’s charging properly.
2. Plug in the Type-C Cable. Now, the Earbuds
and Charging Case are charging simultaneously.
3. 4-star LED Light on Charging Case
will show battery percentage.

In-Depth Ear Hook Tips
Using the Multi-Function Button
Factory Reset
Our Zvoltz Pro Sport Wireless Earbuds come installed with special ear hooks that provide a secure, comfortable, and snug t for our
users.
However, users should NOT overly bend or forcefully apply the ear hooks into your ears. Gently wrap the ear hooks behind both ears
for a snug and preferred t. If there is still tting trouble, simply remove the pre-installed earcaps. These earcaps may be TOO large
and are impairing wearing experience.
1. Place the Zvoltz Pro Earbuds inside of the charging case with
the lid open.
2. Now, with the earbuds still inside, press and hold the Factory
Reset Button for 10 seconds. During this time, the 4 White LED
lights on the Charging Case will ash 3 times signalling the
reset process. After they stop, this will properly clear all paired
information and correctly reset the earbuds.
*NOTE: During this entire process, the lid should remain OPEN.
IMPORTANT: After Factory Reset is performed, the device name will
still appear in the Bluetooth list. Tap “ ZVOLTZ ” and tap “ Forget This
Device ”. then, you can try the pairing process again.

Q: How do I charge separate devices?
A: Use the USB Type-A Port on the Charging Case to charge other devices such as smartphones or tablets.
(USB Type-A Cable Sold Separately).
Q: What if I cannot properly pair my earbuds to my device?
A: If your earbuds are paired to another device or you are unable to nd “ZVOLTZ” within your Bluetooth
List, perform a factory reset.
Q: How often should I charge the earbuds?
A: Standard battery life is 3.5 hours. But using the Charging Case, you can recharge battery life for up to 80
hours. However, try to avoid reaching 0% battery life.
Q: Are the earbuds waterproof?
A: No. The earbuds are NOT waterproof. But, they have a IPX5 rating, meaning, they are water, sweat, and
dust resistant. NEVER fully submerge the earbuds in water.
The Zvoltz Pro Sport Wireless Earbuds are NOT a TOY. Before use, please ensure to read through the
entire Warnings Section to avoid any possible damage, mistakes, or accidents that may be caused by
mishandling or misusing the product.
1. The product is NOT a TOY. DO NOT let children use or touch the product.
2. DO NOT go longer than a month to charge the earbuds. By doing so, it may potentially lessen the
expected lifespan of the product.
3. DO NOT modify, disassemble, remove, or replace the battery or other electronic components.
4. DO NOT place the product into standard household waste or into a re. To properly dispose of the
product, follow the local environmental and disposing laws and protocols to handle the battery.
5. DO NOT allow the battery to reach 0% battery life. By doing so, there is a rare occasion that the
earbuds pair and connect to your phone. To avoid this entirely, always keep the earbuds at a reasonable
and stable battery level.
6. DO NOT overly bend, tear, rip, break, chew on, or disgure the ear hooks.
7. NEVER fully submerge the product into water or any other liquid.
8. DO NOT throw, toss, drop, break, or misuse the Charging Case.
9. DO NOT overly or forcefully press down onto the Volume Control Buttons as it may damage the prod-
uct.
10. DO NOT misuse, damage, or purposely try to break the battery, charging case, or earbuds.
