SLIP Subnet Mask
In this version of the software, the default SLIP Subnet Mask
(255,255.255.0) will apply to all SLIP activity, restricting SLIP
communications to Class C subnets.
Any value you enter using the SLIPMASK command is not accepted
as the mask. The new value will however be displayed if you use
the DISPLAY command. You should ignore any displayed value of
the SLIP Subnet Mask other than the default.
