IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT
THE SUPERSTACK®II ADVANCED
RPS POWER MODULE (3C16073)
AND
THE SUPERSTACK®II 12 PORT
DUAL SPEED HUB (3C16590)
Certain 12 port Dual Speed Hub units (3C16590), with the serial
number 7YAF017742 or earlier, may not power up automatically
from a 100Watt Power Module.
We suggest that you check this function by connecting the hub
directly to a powered Advanced RPS output, but with no mains
power cord attached to the hub. If, after ten seconds, your Dual
Speed Hub has not powered up automatically, you may return the
hub for replacement through the RMA procedure, to be found in
the ARPS manual under “Technical Support”.
If your hub passes this test, you should have no problems.
