EPOEMS4 Features Include:
The EPOEMS4 easily powers POE devices, or 12V non POE
devices (when used in conjunction with the IPCAMPOESPLIT)
up to 100 meters away, without the requirement of a local
power outlet.
A 4-Port IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet injector hub, the
EPOEMS4 complies with IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3u and IEEE
802.3af standards. Equipped with 4 10/100Base-TX Fast
Ethernet ports, it supports full 48VDC power for any remote
IEEE 802.3af powered device (PD) like Wireless LAN Access
Points, IP phones, or Network Cameras. Supplying 70 watts
of power, the EPOEMS4 provides the required power for up
to 4 remote devices that most Network Switches with built-in
PoE can’t.
The EPOEMS4 has 8 RJ-45 STP ports with 4 of the ports
accepting data, and the other four ports providing data and
power. Each“Data and Power”port is an injector inserting DC
Voltage into the CAT 5 cable allowing the cable between the
Injector and POE device or Splitter to transfer data and power
simultaneously.
