Read, understand and follow all warnings and instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these directions
may result in property damage, serious bodily injury, and/or death. AA Products Inc. is not responsible for any property
damage, personal injury, or death occurred while using any AA-Racks products. Retain these instructions for future
reference.
Any modification or unintended use of this product voids any warranty and could create a hazardous condition.
Loads must be secure according to local height and deification regulations and or laws.
Secured loads and connections must be re-checked periodically for tightness.
In order to prevent installation problems, any consultation or use of certified installer or installation service company
is recommended.
The AA Steel Van Shelving Storage System is designed for tools and equipment storage on Vans or trucks.
This product is constructed with thick metal gauge and its fully hemmed sides are designed for extra strength and
durability. The shelves heights are adjustable for different storage needs.
The product comes with completed hardware including mounting brackets and connectors brackets. It’ s designed for
easy installation.
Grey Powder coat Finished Paint is All-Season weather resistant and scratch resistant, built to work and last.

PRECAUTIONS
The use air impact tools can over-torque fasteners and cause fastener
failure!
CAUTION
To avoid damaging the vehicle always use drill stops when drilling any
installation holes!
CAUTION
All installation holes should be sealed with silicon or Butyl sealant to prevent
exhaust fumes from entering the vehicle!
CAUTION
Inspect for fuel tank,fuel lines, brake lines, high voltage batteries and
electrical lines prior to drilling to avoid damaging critical vehicle systems or
injury to installer during installation process!

IMPORTANT WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
THE BASIC TOOLS NEEDED FOR MOST INSTALLATIONS
Substituting AAPRODUCTS INC. specified fasteners for assembly and/or installation will void your product warranty.
All holes drilled into vehicle should have the raw metal edges sealed with a self-etching primer to resist corrosion
and potential fastener point failure.
These instructions should be kept with the vehicle.
Additional tools may be needed for this installation and they will be identified in the steps that follow.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Connect Side Plate-Right(A) & Side Plate Left(B) & Shelf Tray-Top(C) & Shelf Tray-Middle(D) with Bolt M6*15(I), put bolts through
the hole tighten with the Flange Nuts M6(K). ( The location of Shelf Tray can be adjusted up and down as your need )
--- Install front of Plate, Each floor requires one Bolt M6 * 15(I) on each side; Install Connecting Plate(E), Requires two Bolts M6 *
15(I) on each side( Installation of the Connecting Plate(E) is optional for customers’ personal preference ).( See. Fig 1-2 );
--- Install Side of Plate, Each floor requires two Bolts M6 * 15(I) on each side.( See. Fig 3 );
Connect Plastic Cover(H) & Side Plate-Right(A) & Side Plate-Left(B) with Bolt M6*15(I), put bolts through the hole tighten
with the Washer M6(T) & Flange Nuts M6(K). Install 4 Bolts M6 * 15(I) on each of the Plastic Cover. ( See. Fig 4)

TIP: When installing Plus Nuts please make sure you use a 12mm Diameter drill bit with a stop.
If your vehicle contains carpet or a rubber floor mat you will need to prepare the mounting locations(If not,skip to Step2)
Position the Shelf Unit to be installed into the vehicle and once your are satisfied with the mounting locations, mark the
mounting locations, using a carpet cutter. Select the appropriate floor spacers as shown in the illustration to the fig 5. Set those
spacers aside for use later into the installation process.
Using a drill and drill bit to drill the mounting holes in the vehicle sheet metal to prepare for installing the plus nuts. (Once your
have drilled the holes into the vehicle, the raw metal edges should be sealed using a Self-Etching primer to resist corrosion and
potential fastener point failure)

2. LOADING METHOD OF SHELF UNIT

STEP 1
Mounting Plusnuts: Place barrel of the plusnut body in sheet metal thru hole until flange is flush with sheet metal. Use a Air Powered
Plusnut Gun to set the Plusnut or installing manually (If installing manually please fix the Plusnut with a Fixed Block(P) , then use
the combination wrench of plusnut tool body and a second hand wrench, ratchet, rotate the Hex Head Bolt M8 * 45(Q) cw to
draw plusnut up). Remove Fixed Block(P) & Hex Head Bolt(Q) inspect installation. (See.Fig 7)
Use the Hex Head Bolt M8(R) , Spring Washers(S), Washers M8(U) to attach the bottom of the Shelf Unit to van floor.(See.Fig 8)

STEP 3
Use Bolt M8*15(J) & Flange Nut M8(L) connect a Bracket(F) with Head Connectors(G), mark the mounting location on vehicle wall
as need for installing Brackets and Head Connectors. Then mark the other side the Bracket to the appropriate position on the Self
Unit, note that Do not set the marking point on the last hole of Bracket( If there is no hole in the Mounting location, can be drilling
as need), install Bracket to the Shelf Unit with Bolt M8*15(J) & Flange Nut M8(L). DO NOT tighten nuts on the Side Plate. The
Brackets can be moved as your need.
STEP 4
Secure Head Connectors(G) to vehicle using Self Drilling Screw M6(V).
Then mark the second spot on the end of the Bracket to the appropriate position on the Self Unit( If there is no hole in the
Mounting location, drill second hole on the Side Plate after desired location is reached ), use Bolt M8*15(J) & Flange Nut M8 (L) to
connect.
Check all mounting hardware to insure tightness, you are now done.

AA Products Inc™will warranty all truck and van products for the life of the product, and all accessories for a period of one years from the date of purchase. Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in
this warranty, AA Products Inc™will remedy defects in the structural integrity of the product related to materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at itsdiscretion, a defective product without charge for
parts or labor. In addition, AA Products Inc™may elect, at itsdiscretion, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather to issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a
credit to be used toward the purchase of a new AA Products Inc™product.
No warranty is given for defects caused by shipping damage, normal wear and tear, cosmetic discoloration, scratches or chips, road hazards, accidents, unlawful vehicle operations, or modifications of, or any
types of repair of a truck or van rack system other than those authorized by AA Products Inc™.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond AA Product Inc’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with AA
Products Inc’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.
No warranty is given for AA Products Inc™products purchased outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In the event that a product is defective, the purchaser should contact the AA Products Inc™Customer Service group in writing: 2235 EastLocust Ct., Ontario, CA91761Attn: Warranty Claims. In the event that a
product needs to be returned, an AA Products Inc™Customer Service Representative will provide mailing address and any additional instructions. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of
mailing the product to AA Products Inc™and that proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt and a detailed description of the defect must be included in the mailing.
Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by AA Products Inc™) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle,
cargo and/or to any other person or property is excluded. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
