FieldUpdate:
TheTouchkeypadscanbefield updated evenbytheend user.
Downloadthelatest firmwarefrom www.aap.co.nz/touch andcopyit totheSD card.
WiththeSD cardbackintheTouchKeypad, go to ‘Settings’then‘MySettings’
Enteryourusercode.Thengo downtheandselect ‘UpdateFirmwarefromSD card’
Choose thefile, thenpress theStart Button.Thekeypad will reboot whendone.

Programming Setup:
To use theOutput4buttononthehomepage, youwill need to do havethe2optionsbelow on.
InInstallerMode:P83 E (thenKPaddress) 1-8E now turnOn 4E.
Then: P34 E4E now turnOn 7E
Adding Custom Images:
1. RemovetheSD cardfromthekeypadand insert into a computersSD card reader (adapter may berequired)
2. Install ’ImageCvt.exe’found ontheSD card undersoftware (ordownload itfromthe www.aap.co.nz/touch)
3. Onceinstaller, opentheImageCvtprogram
4. Click‘Select Image’thenfind aphoto youwishto add. (photosshould be 800x480pixelorgreater)
5. Click‘Savelocation’now select theSD carddriveand namethephoto (everyphotorequiresanewname)
6. Click‘Convert’youshould get aresponse at
bottomconfirming filename Saved
7. Repeat steps4to6until youhaveall the
photosconverted
8. Eject theSD cardand insert backinkeypad
9. Thephotoswill automaticallycomeup in
‘Photo Gallery’mode (onby default)
10. Photo Gallerysetup canbeadjustedbygoing
to ‘Settings’then‘MySettings’thereyouwill
find Photo Galleryand Display& Brightness
Changing the Home ScreenImage:
AcustomhomescreenimagecanbeSelected bygoingto ’Settings’then’MySettings’
Press thedownarrow till yousee ’Select Background FromSD Card’
Note. Ifyour photo did notappear inthelistyoumayneed to:
-Checkthephotos havebeenconverted to the.picfileusing ImageCvt
-Removeand re-inserttheSD card into thekeypad
-Format theSDcard toFAT32 (copyyour photos offtheSD card firstand add backafter Formatting)
