Touch sensitive keys
All operations can be performed using touch sensitive
keys (capacitive sensors) located on the front of the
control board; each key has a corresponding display.
All actions are confirmed by an audible signal.

Switching On “Evo” Touch Control
Activating the ON/OFF button you go from OFF
mode to WAIT mode.
The cooking area display shows “0” in static mode.
Activating the “+” and “-” buttons of the selected cooking
area you pass from WAIT mode to ACTIVE mode.
The corresponding display/icon appears.
If you begin with the “+” button the cooking level
passes automatically from “0” to “5”. If you begin with
the “-” button the cooking level passes from “0” to “9”.
Holding down the “+” and “-” buttons increases or
decreases cooking level.
Switching Off
a) Simultaneously pressing the “+” and “-” buttons of
the relevant cooking area.
b) Selecting cooking button “0” with the “-” button.
The corresponding display shows an “H” until the
surface of the switched off area reaches a temperature
below 60°C. All the cooking areas are switched off
immediately with the ON/OFF button.
Double And Triple Circuit Areas
The DOUBLE or TRIPLE function can be
activated only when the relevant cooking area is
in ACTIVE mode.
Double Circuit
The external circuit is activated with the multi-
circuit button.
The corresponding display/icon appears. The double circuit is
switched off by once more selecting the multi-circuit function.

Triple Circuit
The first pressing activates the second
intermediate area.
The second pressing activates the third external
area.
The third pressing deactivates the third external
area.
The fourth pressing deactivates the second
external area.
Timer Function
The timer functional module consists of a max. of
5 timers. Four timers may be assigned to the
individual cooking areas while one timer is independent
of the cooking areas and is also called “egg timer”. The
two 7 segment displays of the relevant cooking area
show the time remaining in minutes before the timer
alarm will be tripped. The LEDs indicate the various
allocations of the timers to the cooking areas. The LEDs
at the four corners indicate the position of the cooking
area on the hob. The fifth LED, top centre, is assigned to
the fifth cooking area for keeping food warm.
- The sixth LED, bottom centre, is the egg timer.
All the timers are in Countdown execution. The range of
settings is between 1 and 99 minutes. When the timer
has been set it counts off the minutes down to 0, after
which it emits a visual and sound signal. In the mode
related to the cooking area, the latter is automatically
switched off when the time is up.

• Toclearlyhighlightthatatimerhasbeenselectedand
that it may be handled with the plus/minus buttons,
the decimal point on the 7 segment timer display at
the right is lit in static mode.
Setting Timer Value
• followingselectionofthetimer,theassignedwarning
light flashes as described above. The countdown
time for the desired timer can be set with the Plus/
Minus buttons.
• Beginning with the Plus button the rst displayed
value goes to “01” and increases in steps of 1 to a
maximum of “99” (end of run).
• BeginningwiththeMinusbuttonthevaluedisplayed
rises to 30” and diminishes in steps of 1 until “01”
(lowest key-in, signalled by a beep).
• To arrive at “00” you must rst release the Minus
button then reactivate it. On further activation of the
Minus button the display “00” will not be modified
(second lowest end of run). Setting may also be
carried out by permanent depression of the Plus and
Minus buttons or individual activations (key: button
depression, release, depression, release etc.).
• In the case of permanent activation of the button
there will be an automatic acceleration of adjustment
speed, meaning that the time between one step and
the next will be reduced as long as the button is kept
depressed.
• Generallyatimersetsoffwiththecountdownifthe
latter has been programmed with values not equal to
0. Example: the timer starts with release of the Plus
button after having set timer value “01”.
• The timer settings take priority over service time
delimitations in the presence of high cooking level
settings.
Time Expiry/Timer Alarm And Confirmation
• When the set time has expired the timer alarm is
triggered and any assigned cooking area is switched
off immediately.
• The cooking level display indication “0” ashes in
alternation with the symbol “H” in the case of latent
heat.
• The 7 segment timer display indicates “0” in
conformity with diagram 1. The LED corresponding to
the timer also lights up in conformity with diagram 1.
• Ifatimerisassignedbeyondexpiryofthetime(the
same timer or another) selection is cancelled.
• Timeralarmstakepriority.Ifonexpiryofthetimethe
user should enter data, the current activation of the
buttons will be used in order to confirm the alarm.
• Thesoundsignalisactivated(beeper).
• Thesignallastsforamaximumof2minutesiftheuser
does not intervene first.
• After2minutesorafterpressinganybuttonthesignal
Before using the timers the control must be taken to
WAIT mode with the ON/OFF button. Switching off the
control deactivates the timers related to all the cooking
areas, whereas the programmed egg timer continues
to function.
The precision of set timer values depends on the
precision of the Controller oscillator. The RHE versions
without LIN show the greatest worst-case tolerances,
e.g. 99 minutes + 10 minutes / - 3.5 minutes.
Timer Selection
• Depressionoftheplus/minusbuttonssimultaneously
selects the desired timer. Any further activation at
the same time, keeping both buttons depressed
for 1000 ms (NB: permanent activation after 10 s),
involves changeover to the subsequent timer. The
point of departure is the egg timer, if no other timer
is operational at that moment. Otherwise you set out
with the first programmed timer. The sequence is: egg
timer, front left cooking area, back left cooking area,
back right cooking area, front right cooking area and
then once more the egg timer etc. Timers related to
a cooking area can be selected only when the latter
is activated (cooking level > 0); deactivated cooking
areas are ignored.
• An optional button is available for selection of the
timer that offers greatest facility of use, but availability
is limited to certain variants. Multiple configuration
models cannot be equipped on the one hand with
a selector and plus/minus buttons and on the other
hand with a timer selection button with another
configuration. It always depends on the variant.
Changing from functioning with existing general or
Choose&Assign controls to timer selection controls is
arbitrary.
• The timer ashing warning light, as per diagram 1,
indicates that the values of the 7 segment display refer
to this timer. So the operator recognises immediately
– seeing the flashing LED of the timer module – which
timer countdown is shown on the 7 segment display.
• If a timer LED is lit in static mode this means that
the relevant timer has been programmed and its
countdown is under way but the time elapsed is not
at the moment shown on the 7 segments display.
• On the 7 segment display of a timer not yet
programmed the symbol “00” is shown in static mode,
with the timer warning light flashing. For an already
programmed timer the residual time is displayed.
• If10s(parameter)afterselectionofatimerthereisno
setting (display remains “00”), the timer selection is
cancelled. If however one or more other timers have
been activated the display switches to the timer with
the lowest reset value. The value is shown on the 7
segment display and the assigned LED flashes as
shown in diagram 1.

and the switching off of the assigned Key-Lock warning
signal. All the sensor buttons can be once more
activated.
Pause Function
Activating the pause button you freeze the
absorptions of set adjustments.
Subsequent activation triggers the adjustments set
previously.
Automatic Heating (Or “Heat-Up” Function)
This function facilitates cooking. You don’t have to
be there permanently during cooking. The hob heats
up automatically to full power and then returns to the
selected level after a certain time (see table 1).
Activating Automatic Heating
1. Press the selection button (2) for the desired
cooking area.
2. Select power level 9 with the Minus
button, then use the Plus button to select level “A”
“9”. Afterwards set the desired level for continuation of
cooking with the Minus button, e.g. level 6. The display
will show alternatively “A” and “6” during the “automatic
heating” function.
Example: Select power level 9 and activate the
automatic heating function with the Plus button (display
9). Then set level 6 for continuation of cooking with the
Minus button. With these settings the hob will be heated
for 2.5 min. at level 9, the display will alternate “A” and
“6” and will then return to continuation cooking level 6.

is interrupted. Both the sound and visual signals of
the timer are deactivated.
• Ifconrmationofthealarmtakesplacebypressinga
button, the sound signal is deactivated immediately
and a button confirmation beep is emitted.
Depending on the moment of confirmation, the signal
of confirmation could coincide with the alarm sound
signal. In the case of alarm confirmation by means of
pressing a button, the actual function of the buttons
will not be carried out. To activate button function they
must be released and then reactivated.
• Exception: ON/OFF button: in the case of alarm
confirmation by means of the ON/OFF button, the alarm
signals will be deactivated 300 ms after activation. If
the button remains activated subsequently, the control
will switch to OFF mode after a total of 1 s.
• IfthecontrolwasintheOFFmode(alarmclock),on
expiry of the time the control will remain in the OFF
mode. Only alarm confirmation is possible.
Switching Off The Timer/Modification Of Timer Settings
• Thesetvalueofthetimercanbemodied,inWAIT
or ACTIVE mode, at any time after selection has been
effected, which is to say directly in the alarm clock
mode by activating the Plus or Minus button.
• Thetimercanbeswitchedoffbytakingittothe“00”
value, pressing the Minus button or simultaneously
pressing the Plus and Minus buttons once.
• Timers connected to the cooking areas are
deactivated when the cooking level in the assigned
cooking area is taken to 0.
Key Lock Locking/Activation
Pressing the Key-Lock button in WAIT or ACTIVE
mode locks the keyboard. The Key-Lock warning
light comes on in static mode. The time schedule must be
observed for activating the Key-Lock button. The control
goes on working in the previously set mode but cannot be
controlled with buttons other than the Key-Lock or ON/OFF
buttons. All the locked buttons are not commanded by the
control with regard to continuous activation. Switching off
with the ON/OFF button is also possible in the locked state.
The function Key-Lock, incl. control warning light, is again
active in the case of switching on again (in WAIT mode 10
s) until it is deactivated by once more depressing the Key-
Lock button. Activation/deactivation of the Key-Lock
function is not possible in the OFF mode. If programmed
timers should be in function, the respective timer alarms
must be confirmed by depressing any button whatever,
without having to unlock the control previously.
Key Lock Unlocking/Deactivation
The new activation of the Key-Lock button in the WAIT
or ACTIVE mode involves the unlocking of the keyboard

- When one makes use of heating elements, we advise
receptacles with flat bottom having same diameter or
lightly higher than that of the hot area.
- Avoid overflows of liquid, therefore when boiling has
happened, or in any case when liquid is heated,
reduce the heat supply.
- Don’t leave the heating elements on without receptacles
on the top or with voidpots and pans.
In the event of even a slight fracture on the cooking
surface, disconnect the electric power supply
immediately.
Maintenance (Fig. 2)
Firstof all remove stray food bits and grease drops from
the cooking surface with the special scraper (fig. 1).
Then clean the hot area as best as possible with SrDOL
STAHLFIX or othersimilar products with a papertowel,
then rinse again with water and dry with a clean cloth.
Pieces of aluminum foil and plastic material which
have inadvertently melted or sugar remains or highly
sacchariferous food have to be removed immediately
from the hot cooking area with the special scraper (fig.
1). -This is to avoid any possible damage to the surface
of the top. Under no circumstances should abrasive
sponges or irritating chemical detergents be used such
as oven sprays or spotremovers.

Installation
These Instructions are for the qualified technician, as a
guide to the installation, adjustment and maintenance,
according to the laws and standards in force. Any of
these operations must always be carried out when the
appliance has been disconnected from the electric
system.
Positioning (Fig. 3-4)
The appliance can be fitted into a working area as
illustrated on the figure. Apply the seal supplied over
the whole perimeter of the working area.
Electrical connection (Fig. 5)
Prior to carrying out the electrical connection, please
ensure that:
- the plant characteristics are such as to follow what is
indicated on the matrix plate placed at the bottom of
the working area;
- that the plant is fitted with an efficient earth connection,
following the standards and law provisions in force.
The earth connection is compulsory in terms of the law.
Should there be no cable and/or plug on the equipment,
use suitable absorption material for the working
temperature as well, as indicated on the matrix plate.
Under no circumstance must the cable reach a
temperature above soac of the ambient temperature.
If connecting directly to the mains power supply, fit
a multi-pole switch of a suitable size for the rated
capacity with a clearance distance which completely
disconnects the power line under overvoltage category
III conditions, consistently with the rules of
installation (the yellow/green earth wire must not be
interrupted).
Theplug oromnipolar switch must beeasily reached
ontheinstalled equipment.
The manufacturers decline any responsibility in the
event of non-compliance with whatis described above
and the accident prevention norms not being respected
andfollowed.
Toavoid allrisk,ifthe powercablebecomesdamaged,
it must only be replaced by the manufacturer, by
an authorised service centre, or by a qualified
electrician.

Installation
Alle Operationen hinsichtlich der Installation (elektrischer
Anschluß) müssen vom zugelassenen Fachpersonal
gemäß den geltenden Bestimmungen ausgeführt werden.
Fürdie spezifischen Anweisungen siehe die dem
Installateur vorbehaltene Seite.

Anwendung
Heizelemente touch control
Berührungstasten
Alle Funktionen können über Berührungstasten
(kapazitive Sensoren) auf der Frontpartie der
Bedienungsblende eingeschaltet werden; jeder Taste
entspricht eine Anzeige.
Jede Betätigung wird von einem Signalton quittiert.

Einschalten des touch control “evo”
Aktiviert man die Taste ON/OFF geht man von der
Modalität OFF zur Modalität WARTEN über.
Auf dem Display der Kochfelder wird statisch “0” angezeigt.
Aktiviert man die Tasten “+” und “-” des gewählten Kochfelds,
geht man von der WARTE-Modalität zur AKTIV-Modalität über.
Das entsprechende Display/Icon geht an.
Wenn man mit der Taste “+” beginnt, geht das
Kochniveau automatisch von “0” auf “5” über. Wenn man mit der
Taste “-” beginnt, geht das Kochniveau von “0” auf “9” über.
Die kontinuierliche Aktivierung der Tasten “+” und “-” erhöht
das Kochniveau oder senkt es ab.
Abschalten
a) Durch gleichzeitige Betätigung der Taste “+” und “-” des
betreffenden Kochfelds.
b) Durch Wahl der Kochtaste “0” mit der Taste “-”.
Das entsprechende Display zeigt ein “H” an, bis die
Oberfläche des abgeschalteten Bereichs eine Temperatur
unter 60°C anzeigt. Alle Kochflächen werden durch
Betätigung der ON/OFF-Taste sofort abgeschaltet.
Felder mit doppel- und dreifachstromkreis
Die Funktion DOPPELT oder DREIFACH kann nur
aktiviert werden, wenn das betreffende Kochfeld
sich in der AKTIV-Modalität befindet.
Doppelstromkreis
Betätigt man die Vielfachstromkreistaste wird der externe
Stromkreis aktiviert. Das entsprechende Display/Icon
wird eingeschaltet. Das Abschalten des Doppelstromkreises erfolgt,
indem von Neuem die Funktion Vielfachstromkreis betätigt wird.

Dreifachstromkreis
Die erste Betätigung aktiviert den zweiten
Zwischenbereich.
Die zweite Betätigung aktiviert den dritten
Außenbereich.
Die dritte Betätigung deaktiviert den dritten
Außenbereich.
Die vierte Betätigung deaktiviert den zweiten
Außenbereich.
Timer-funktion
Das Funktionsmodul des Timers besteht aus max. 5 Timern.
4 Timer können den individuellen Kochfeldern zugeordnet
werden und ein Timer hingegen ist von den Kochfeldern
unabhängig und wird auch “Eieruhr” genannt. Die beiden Displays
mit 7 Segmenten des jeweiligen Kochfelds dienen zur Anzeige der
verbleibenden Zeit in Minuten, bis der Alarm des Timers ausgelöst
wird. Die Leuchtdioden zeigen die verschiedenen Zuteilungen
des Timers zu den Kochfeldern an. Die Leuchtdioden an den vier
Ecken zeigen die Position der Kochfelder auf der Fläche an. Die
fünfte Leuchtdiode, in der Mitte oben, wird dem fünften Kochfeld
für das Warmhalten zugeordnet.
- Die sechste Leuchtdiode in der Mitte unten ist die “Eieruhr”.
AlleTimersindCountdown-Timer.DermöglicheEingabebereich
bewegt sich zwischen 1 und 99 Minuten. Nach der Einstellung
des Timers zählt dieser die Zeit rückwärts bis 0. Danach wird
ein optisches und akustisches Alarmsignal ausgegeben. In der
auf das Kochfeld bezogenen Modalität wird das zugehörige
Kochfeld beim Ablauf des Timers automatisch abgeschaltet.

Resetwert um. Der Wert wird auf dem Display mit 7
Segmenten angezeigt und die zugeteilte Leuchtdiode
blinkt wie auf dem Schema 1 angezeigt.
•Umklaranzuzeigen, dass ein Timer ausgewählt wurde
und mit den Plus-/Minustasten gesteuert werden kann,
ist die Dezimalstelle auf dem Display des Timers mit 7
Segmenten, rechts, statisch beleuchtet.
Eingabe des timerwerts
• ImAnschlussandieerfolgteWahldesTimers,blinktdie
zugeteilte Kontrollleuchte wie oben beschrieben. Mit den
Plus-/Minustasten ist es möglich, den Zeit-Countdown
des gewünschten Timers einzustellen.
• BeginntmanmitderPlustaste,springtderersteangezeigte
Wert auf “01” und nimmt in 1er-Schritten bis zu einem
Maximum von “99” zu (bestehender Endanschlag).
• Beginnt man mit der Minustaste, springt der auf der
Anzeige angezeigte Wert auf “30” und nimmt in 1er-
Schritten bis zu “01” ab (erster Anschlag unten, bei
seinem Erreichen akustisches Piepsignal).
• Um “00” zu erreichen, muss man zuerst die Minustaste
loslassen und sie dann wieder aktivieren. Betätigt man die
Minustaste wieder, wird die Anzeige “00” nicht verändert
(zweiter Endanschlag unten). Die Einstellung kann auch
mittels permanenter Betätigungen der Plus- oder Minustasten
oder mittels einzelner Betätigungen erfolgen (tippen:
Betätigung Taste, Loslassen, Betätigung, Loslassen, etc.).
• BeipermanenterBetätigungderTastetritteineautomatische
Beschleunigung der Einstellgeschwindigkeit auf, d. h.,

sich reduziert, solange die Taste gedrückt bleibt.

Loslassen der Plustaste, nachdem der Timer-Wert “01”

der Betriebszeit bei hohen Kochgradeinstellungen.
Ablauf des timers /alarm des timers und bestätigung
• Sobald die eingestellte Zeit eines Timers abgelaufen
ist, wird der Alarm des Timers ausgelöst; das eventuell
zugeteilte Kochfeld wird sofort abgeschaltet.
• DieAngabederAnzeigedesKochniveaus“0”blinktabwechselnd
mit dem Symbol “H”, bei Vorhandensein von Resthitze.
• Das Display mit 7 Segmenten des Timers zeigt in
Übereinstimmung mit dem Schema 1 “0” an. Die
dem Timer entsprechende Leuchtdiode geht auch in
Übereinstimmung mit dem Schema 1 an.
• WenneinTimerüberdenAblaufdesTimers(desselbenoder
eines anderen) hinaus zugeteilt wird, wird die Wahl gelöscht.
• Die Alarme des Timers haben Vorrang. Wenn der
Verwender beim Ablauf eines Timers Daten eingeben
sollte, wird die derzeitige Aktivierung der Tasten für die
Bestätigung des Alarms verwendet.
Bevor die Timer in Betrieb genommen werden, wird die Kontrolle mit
der Taste ON/OFF in die Wartemodalität gebracht. Das Abschalten
der Kontrolle deaktiviert die Timer bezogen auf alle Kochfelder,
während die programmierte Eieruhr weiter funktioniert.
Die Präzision der eingegebenen Timerwerte hängt von der
Präzision des Oszillators Controller ab. Die Versionen RHE
ohne LIN zeigen die größten Worst-Case-Toleranzwerte
z.B. bei 99 Minuten + 10 Minuten / - 3,5 Minuten.
Timer-wahl
• Die Betätigung der Plus-/Minustasten des Timers führt
gleichzeitig zur Wahl des gewünschten Timers. Jede weitere
gleichzeitige Betätigung führt, indem die beiden Tasten
1000ms lang (Achtung: Dauerbetätigung nach 10s) gedrückt
gehalten werden, zum Umschalten auf den nächsten Timer.
Ausgangspunkt ist die Eieruhr, wenn in diesem Moment kein
anderer Timer operativ ist; ansonsten wird mit dem ersten
programmierten Timer gestartet. Die Reihenfolge ist: Eieruhr,
vorderes Kochfeld links, hinteres Kochfeld links, hinteres
Kochfeld rechts, vorderes Kochfeld rechts und dann von Neuem
die Eieruhr, etc.. Die auf ein Kochfeld bezogenen Timer können
nur gewählt werden, wenn das Kochfeld aktiviert ist (Kochniveau
> 0); die nicht aktivierten Kochfelder werden ausgelassen.
• Als Sonderzubehör kann eine Taste für die Wahl
des Timers vorbereitet werden, die eine einfachere
Verwendung der Wahl des Timers bietet; dies ist jedoch
abhängig von der Variante beschränkt möglich. Für die
Modelle mit Mehrfachkonfigurierung ist es nicht möglich
auf der einen Seite mit einem Wahlschalter mit der Plus-/
Minustaste ausgerüstet zu werden und mit einer Taste für
die Wahl des Timers mit einer anderen Konfigurierung.
Dies hängt immer von der Variante ab. Der Wechsel
von einem Betrieb mit den bestehenden allgemeinen
Steuerungen oder mit den Steuerungen Choose&Assign
zu den Steuerungen für die Wahl der Timer ist beliebig.
• Eine entsprechend dem Schema 1 blinkende
Timerkontrollleuchte zeigt an, dass die Werte des Displays
mit 7 Segmenten sich auf diesen Timer beziehen. Daher
erkennt der Bediener sofort, wenn er die blinkende
Leuchtdiode des Timermoduls sieht, welche Timeruhrzeit
auf dem Display mit 7 Segmenten angezeigt ist.
•WenneineTimerleuchtdiodestatischanist,zeigtdasan,
dass der jeweilige Timer programmiert wurde und, dass
sein Countdown läuft, aber dass die Zeit derzeit nicht auf
dem Display mit 7 Segmenten angezeigt wird.
• Auf dem Display mit 7 Segmenten eines bisher nicht
programmierten Timers wird statisch das Symbol “00”
mit blinkender Kontrollleuchte des Timers angezeigt.
Mit einem schon programmierten Timer wird die
verbleibende Zeit der Timer angezeigt.
• Wenn 10 s (Parameter) nach der Wahl eines Timers
keine Einstellung vorgenommen wird (Display bleibt auf
“00”), wird die Wahl des Timers gelöscht. Wenn jedoch
einer oder mehrere andere Timer betätigt worden sind,
schaltet das Display auf den Timer mit dem niedrigeren

Entsperrung/deaktivierung key lock
Die neue Betätigung der Taste Key-Lock in der Warte- oder
Aktiv-Modalität führt zum Entsperren der Tastatur und zum
Abschalten der zugeteilten Kontrollleuchte Key-Lock. Alle
Sensortasten können von Neuem betätigt werden.
Pausenfunktion
Aktiviert man die Pausentaste werden die Aufnahmen
der eingegebenen Einstellungen eingefroren.
Die nächste Aktivierung lässt die vorher eingegebenen
Einstellungen wieder starten.
Automatisches aufheizen (oder “heat-up”-funktion)
Diese Funktion vereinfacht das Kochen. Man muss während
des Kochens nicht dauernd anwesend sein; die Fläche
heizt sich automatisch auf die volle Leistung auf und kehrt
dann, nach einer gewissen Zeit (siehe Tabelle 1), auf das
ausgewählte Leistungsniveau zurück.
Aktivierung des automatischen aufheizens
1. Die Auswahltaste (2) bezüglich des gewählten Kochfelds drücken.
2. Mit der Minustaste das Leistungsniveau 9 auswählen, dann
die Plustaste verwenden, um das Niveau “A” “9” zu wählen.
Nach Einstellung des für die Fortsetzung des Kochens
gewünschten Niveaus mit der Minustaste, zum Beispiel
Niveau 6, zeigt das Display alternativ “A” und “6” während
der Funktion des “automatischen Aufheizens” an.
Beispiel: Das Leistungsnineau 9 auswählen und die automatische
Aufheizfunktion mit der Plustaste (Display 9) aktivieren. Danach
das Niveau 6 für die Fortsetzung des Kochens mit der Minustaste
eingeben. Mit diesen Einstellungen wird die Fläche jetzt 2,5 Min. auf
dem Niveau 9 aufgeheizt, das Display wechselt “A” und “6” ab und
kehrt dann zum Niveau der Fortsetzung des Kochens 6 zurück.

durch Betätigung der Taste, wird die echte Funktion der
Tasten nicht ausgeführt. Um die Funktion der Tasten
auszuführen, ist es nötig, die Tasten loszulassen, um sie
danach wieder zu aktivieren.
• AusnahmeTasteON/OFF:BeiBestätigungdesAlarms
mittels der Taste ON/OFF, erfolgt 300 ms nach der
Aktivierung die Deaktivierung der Alarmsignale. Wenn
die Taste danach aktiviert bleibt, schaltet die Kontrolle
nach insgesamt 1 s in die Modalität OFF um.
• Wenn sich die Kontrolle in der Modalität OFF (Wecker)
befand, bleibt die Kontrolle nach dem Ablauf des Timers in
der Modalität OFF. Es ist nur die Alarmbestätigung möglich.
Abschalten des timers/änderung der einstellungen des timers
• Esistmöglich,deneingegebenenTimer-WertinderWarte-
oder Aktiv-Modalität, jeden Moment nach der erfolgten
Wahl, zu ändern bzw. direkt in der Weckermodalität,
indem die Plus- oder Minustaste betätigt wird.
• Esistmöglich,denTimerabzuschalten,indemmanihnauf
den Wert “00” bringt, indem man die Minustaste drückt oder
ein einziges Mal gleichzeitig die Plus- und Minustasten.
• Die mit den Kochfeldern verbundenen Timer werden
deaktiviert, wenn der Kochzustand des zugeteilten
Kochfelds auf 0 gebracht wird.
Sperrung/aktivierung key lock
Die Betätigung der Taste Key-Lock in der Warte- oder Aktiv-
Modalität führt zur Sperrung der Tastatur; die Kontrollleuchte
Key-Lock geht statisch an. Es ist nötig, die Betätigungszeiten der
Taste Key-Lock einzuhalten. Die Kontrolle arbeitet weiter in der
vorher eingegebenen Modalität, kann aber nicht mehr von anderen
Tasten gesteuert werden, außer von der Taste Key-Lock oder der
Taste ON/OFF. Alle blockierten Tasten werden nicht von der Kontrolle
bezüglich der Dauerbetätigung kontrolliert. Das Abschalten mit der
Taste ON/OFF ist auch im Sperrzustand möglich. Die Funktion Key-
Lock inkl. Kontrollleuchte ist beim Wiedereinschalten von Neuem
aktiv (in der Wartemodalität 10 s), bis sie deaktiviert wird, indem von
Neuem die Taste Key-Lock betätigt wird. Die Aktivierung/
Deaktivierung der Funktion Key-Lock ist in der Modalität OFF nicht
möglich. Wenn programmierte Timer in Betrieb wären, könnten die
jeweiligen Timeralarme durch Betätigung einer beliebigen Taste
bestätigt werden, ohne vorher die Kontrolle entsperren zu müssen.

InstandhaItung (Abb. 2)
Vor allem Essensreste und Fettspritzer von der
Kochoberfläche mit einem Schaber entfernen. Danach die
warme Fläche mit Sidol oder Stahlfix und Küchenpapier
säubern, dann mit Wasser abwaschen und einem
sauberen Lappen trocknen. Spuren von Aluminiumfolie,
Plastikgegenständen, Zucker oderstark zuckerhaltigen
Speisen müssen sofort von der warmen Kochfläche mit
einem Schaber entfernt werden um mögliche Schäden
der Plattenoberfläche zu vermeiden. Auf keinen Fall
Schwämme oder Scheuerlappen verwenden; den
GebrauchvonaggressivenchemischenPutzmittelnwie
Fornospray oder Fleckenreinigern vermeiden.

Installation
Die angegebenen Anweisungen sind an den
zugelassenen Installateur als Richtlinie für die
Installation, Regelung und Instandhaltung , gemäß
den geltenden Gesetzen und Normen, gerichtet. Die
Eingriffe dürfen nur bei ausgeschaltetem Apparat
vorgenommen werden.
Aufstellung (Abb.3-4)
Der Apparat ist für den Einbau in eine Arbeitsplatte
vorgesehen. Siehe Abbildung. Auf den ganzen Perimeter
der Platte die mit gelieferte Dichtmasse verteilen.
Elektrischer Anschluß (Abb. 5)
Vor dem Anschluß an das elektrische Netz sich davon
überzeugen, daß:
- die Eigenschaften der Anlage mit denen auf dem
unter der Ofenplatte angebrachten Leistungsschild
übereinstimmen;
- die Anlage mit einem wirksamen Erdanschluß gemäß
den geltenden Normen und Gesetzbestimmungen
versehen ist. Der Erdanschluß ist gemäß Gesetz
verbindlich.
Falls der Apparat nicht mit einem Kabel und/ oder
mit einem entsprechenden Stecker ausgerüstet ist,
muß gleichwertiges Material zur Stromentnahme,
wie auf dem Leistungsschild angegeben, und für
die Arbeit stemperatur verwendet werden. Das
Kabel darf an keiner Stelle eine Temperatur von
mehr als 50°C über der Raumtemperatur erreichen.
Für den direkten Netzanschluss muss ein allpoliger
Schalter zwischengelegt werden, der für die auf dem
Typenschild angegebene Last bemessen ist, und
der die Trennung vom Netz mit einer Kontaktweite
gewährleistet, die gemäß den Installationsnormen
die vollständige Abschaltung bei Überspannung der
Kategorie III ermöglicht (das gelb/grüne Erdkabel darf
nichtunterbrochen werden). Die Steckdose oder der
allpolige Schalter müssen bei dem installierten Apparat
leicht zu erreichen sein.
Der Hersteller lehnt jede Verantwortung ab falls oben
genannte Ausführungen und die üblichen Unfallnormen
nicht eingehalten werden.
Falls das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es
durch den Hersteller oder seinen technischen
Kundendienst oder in jedem Fall durch eine
entsprechend qualifizierte Fachkraft ersetzt werden,
um jedes Risiko auszuschließen.
Anweisungen für den Installateur
