SAFETY WARNING



Dismantling / Modifying equipment
The internal high-voltage circuit module is forbidden
to dismantle if without qualified technician＇s operation.
Never insert anything metallic into cabinet opening of the
device (touch monitor).
Do not modify the internal wiring or install other
electronic products inside the device.
The damage to equipment or personal injury caused by
dismantling/modifying is not liability of the device
manufacturer.
Power input
Make sure the voltage designation of the device
corresponds to the local electrical supply. The touch
monitor is suitable for AC 100-240 V power supply.
Keep the power outlet from being stressed bending.
Disconnect the power plug when cleaning the device.
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands to avoid
electric shock.
For preventing from either electric shock or noise
interference, the ground wire of AC power cable should be
well connected to earth ground. Make sure that the
power-plug is fully inserted into the power outlet.
Environment
1. Temperature and humidity
Do not expose the device to extreme temperature
conditions or to extreme humidity conditions
(non-operating).
2. Placement
Do not install the device on a tilted or unstable
surface and make sure that the device is not placed on
the edge of the installation base.
When mounting on a moving stand, ensure that all screws
are properly installed and the device is balanced.

Make sure the wall mounting bracket is well leveled
when using wall mounting kit so that the device is
secured for avoiding dropping.
The vent holes shouldn＇t be blocked or covered by
external objects (such as newspapers, tapes, curtains
and other items), overheating could induce electronic
failure.
3. Keep away from fire source
Avoid using the device at room temperature over50 ° C.
Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or other
heat sources.
For preventing the spread of fire, please keep fire
source away from the device.
Display panel breakage
Avoid any serious impact to the touch display panel.
The surface of touch panel is strengthened glass material
with certain limitation. Please stop use it immediately
if it has breakage due to external impact.
It is forbidden to hang heavy objects onto the device for
avoid toppling.
Liquid infiltration
Do not expose the device to rain or excessive moisture.
Never splash water over top of the device. Liquid filled
containers should not be placed at top of the device.。
Use of optional devices
Please ensure that the specifications and safety
regulation of the optional devices is in compliance with
the requirements of the device.
Mobility
Unplug power connections before moving the device.
At least two people (or more) together are needed to move
the touch display. It is possible to lead damage if moving
the device by one person.

2. Connect the power supply
Connection method
Ensure that the power cord is plugged into the rear
connector of the device and the power plug is plugged
into power outlet.。
3. Connect HDMI display/Touch panel interface
HDMI display connection method.
Connect the HDMI signal cable to the HDMI input port
of touch monitor. The other end of HDMI cable is
connected to PC or laptop＇s HDMI display output port.
Touch panel connection method
Connect the USB male / male cable to the TOUCHUSB
connector of touch monitor and the other end is
connected to a PC or laptop＇s USB port.

Remote control
Buttons for operation
1. Power on or off
Turn on the display in
standby or turn off the
device in use.
2. Volume Mute key
The sound will be
muted/unmuted when
pressing this button.
3. OSD menu
Press the MENU button to
toggle the OSD menu on and
off
4. Signal source switching
Select the source of the
signal circularly.
5. Move the cursor and confirm
After entering the OSD
menu, press the ▲ and ▼
keys, for adjusting and the
ENTER key to settle the
setting value.
6. Leave the OSD menu
Press to exit OSD menu.
7. Volume control keys
Press VOL + to increase the
volume, and press VOL - to
decrease the volume.

Trouble shooting
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: There is no power-on light indication after plugging in
Power cable
A: Please check power cable for ensuring its usability.
Make sure that the battery was installed properly if IR
remote control doesn＇t work.
Q: There is no display after display input signal is
connected.
A: Please check whether the input device is working
properly or whether the display source selection
corresponds to the display input port. Replace display
signal cable if none of the above two inspections correct
the problem.
Q: The display is working properly but there is no sound.
A: Please check whether the PC/Laptop device are muted or
not. Replace HDMI display cable if needed. VGA and DVI
cable do not provide sound interface.
Q: Touch panel is not working properly.
A: Please check whether the USB cable linked between
PC/Laptop and touch panel is well connected. Plug out and
re-plug in USB cable if needed. Contact service
representative if problem can＇t be resolved.

Maintenance and cleaning instructions
1. Appearance
Clean the dust with a clean soft wiper to avoid the
scratches on appearance.
Please remove stains on appearance by using soft cloth
with water or non-corrosive cleaning solvents.
2. Touch screen display
Clean with a clean glass wiper.
75% alcohol can be used as a cleaning solvent.
Corrosive organic solvent or spray should not be used
on the surface of touch screen.
3. Notices
Disconnect the power supply before performing cleaning
and maintenance work.
In the process of cleaning and maintenance due to human
error caused by (liquid infiltration or foreign
invasion) product failure or safety hazards, the
Company will not warranty responsibility.
