IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Handbook applies to a range of vehicles and optional equipment. Since
the scope of the parts supplied depends on the order specications, the
equipment of your vehicle may vary from some of the descriptions and
photographs. Should the Autokraft TR-560 Scooter be provided with
equipment which is not described or illustrated in this Handbook, your AC/AK
Dealer will instruct you on the correct operation of, and the service measures
for it. Some of the information supplied in this Handbook may not be relevant
to your Autokraft TR-560 Scooter. The Handbook is an important document
and should always be to hand if required.

throughout this Handbook.

INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on taking delivery of your new Autokraft TR-560 Scooter,
which has been developed for many years of reliable service. This Handbook
is intended to familiarise and provide guidance for routine maintenance, thus
enabling you to have a blend of performance, safety and comfort that is
synonymous with our products. Each Autokraft TR-560 Scooter is hand-built
by craftsmen and like all other machinery of advanced design, regular care
and attention is required to ensure maximum results.
Prior to leaving our factory, your Autokraft TR-560 Scooter was given a full
pre-delivery works inspection and test drive to ensure that all systems were
functioning correctly. We sincerely hope that you will maintain your vehicle in
the condition which has made AC/AK famous for its quality and performance.
CAUTION: Please fully charge your
TR-560 prior to rst use. Before
charging always ensure the ignition
switch is in the OFF position and the
key removed.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
The battery charger (A) plugs into a
standard 13A socket. The charger
has a LED and displays red whilst
charging and green when fully
charged. Plug the charger into the
power socket only when it is
connected to the TR-560.
Insert the charging plug (B) into the
charging socket (C) located on the
front lower panel of the TR-560.
Note, the socket will only connect in
one direction due to the indents. See
areas marked on image B and C.
Gently screw the collar clockwise on
the plug to lock into position (D).
The Lithium Ion battery has an
inbuilt Battery Monitoring System
(BMS) and charging is possible
regardless of the current battery
charge state.

IGNITION KEY
The ignition key has two positions,
ON and OFF. Insert the key and
turn 90° clockwise to turn on. Do
not leave the key in the ON position
when not in use.
HANDLEBAR - RHS
TWIST GRIP ASSEMBLY
FRONT BRAKE - Pull the lever
gently to apply the front brake.
ACCELERATOR - Twist the grip
towards you to accelerate. Twist
away to decelerate.
BATTERY CHARGE INDICATORS -
The LED’s indicate the current
charge of the battery.
Red, Amber & Green 100% to 50%.
Red & Amber 50% to 25%.
Red 25% to 0%.
KILL SWITCH - Press the RED
button to cut all power from the
battery. Press again to return to
normal operation mode.
HANDLEBARS LHS
REAR BRAKE - Pull the lever
gently to apply the rear brake. The
rear brake is an optional extra.
LIGHT SWITCH
Push top or bottom to operate.
On = I
O = O
The lights will only operate with the
ignition switch in the ON position.
The lights are an optional extra.

TYRE PRESSURES
Front and rear tyre pressures are
45psi or 3.1 bar. Pictures show front
and rear Schrader valve location.
Always check for wear and condition
of the tyres and replace if required.
BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
The brakes can be adjusted as a
normal bicycle. If the cable has
stretched, adjust at the brake caliper
rst, then ne tune the adjustment at
the lever. Otherwise adjust at the
lever end. Check the brakes do not
bind after adjustment. The rear
brake is an optional extra.
WARNING: If the brakes are binding
they can overheat and cause brake
fade or failure. It can also cause
excessive wear on the transmission
and motor. If you are unsure of brake
adjustment take the TR-560 to your
local cycle retailer.
DRIVE BELT ADJUSTMENT AND
LUBRICATION
The drive belt can be checked by
twisting the belt at the centre point
between the two geared wheels
(electric motor and rear wheel tooth
drive). The correct tension is a twist
of 90°. If the drive belt requires
adjustment move the motor forwards
or rearwards by loosening the two
transmission bolts on either side of
the frame as indicated.
The drive belt needs to be lubricated
from time to time using a silicon or
lithium based grease. Ensure the
belt is free from dirt and debris
before lubrication.
WARNING: Ensure the drive belt
is correctly adjusted. Incorrect
adjustment can lead to motor,
belt or wheel bearing failure. If you
are unsure of drive belt adjustment
take your TR-560 to your local cycle
retailer.
