Unpacking & Assembly
Box content
Assembling your Flebi Evo 3.0 is very
easy!
-Take the bike out of the box
-Remove the protections
-Unfold the bike (see 12)
-Place the seat post on the frame, and
the seat using a 14 spanner.
-Adjust the inclination and height of
the handlebar (see 5)
-Install the pedals (see 2)
Check thebox contents:
-Flebi Evo 3.0 bicycle with integrated
battery in the frame

Pedals installation
The right pedal is the one on the
chainring side and is marked 'R'.It is
screwed on by hand in aclockwise
direction, and then firmly tightened with
asize 15 spanner.
The left pedal is marked 'L'.He twists his
hand counterclockwise, and then
tightens his hand same way.

Saddle installation
Insert the seat into the post, place it in a
horizontal position so that it is straight
and tighten it firmly using a14 open end
wrench.

Packing in original box
In the event that you have to repackage
your bike in its original box to send it to
Flebi's technical service,we recommend
that you follow the steps below to
protect it as best as possible and avoid
bumps and scratches during transport:
-Remove the pedals (fixed wrench 15)
and the saddle (fixed wrench 14)
-Turn the handlebar so the levers are
parallel to the bike
-Place the cranks perpendicular to the
Ground
-Put the bike in the box and the
components protected as best as
possible
-Seal the box

Setting up the ebike
Handlebar height and
alignment
You can adjust the height of the
handlebar to accommodate your height.
To do this, open the telescopic closure
and place the bar in the desired
position, taking care not to exceed the
safety mark.Then tighten the clasp
firmly so it doesn't move.
You can also adjust the tilt of the brake
levers using the lever located in the
center of the handlebar.

Tyre inflation
To control the amount of air to be
introduced into the wheels of the Evo
3.0, it is convenient to use an inflator
with a pressure gauge.
The recommended pressure for both
tyres is between 3.5 and 4.5 bars
depending on the user's weight and
route.

Front light operation
Evo 3.0 includes asmart headlight that
illuminates automatically when it detects
darkness or twilight.
It is activated automatically once the red
main switch on the handlebar is turned
on.It is not necessary to activate the
display.
The light will shine with greater or lsser
intensity depending on the degree of
ambient light.

Rear light operation
To install the seat lock taillight, you must
first release the plastic that insulates the
batteries.
Doing so will turn the light on.
To install it:
-We will open the seat lock
-We will release the left thread
-We will pass the light through the hole
and put the closure back
Remember to adjust the tension of the
saddle.

Recharging the battery
The Evo 3.0 battery must be charged by
uncovering the protective plastic cap to
access the charging connector.
Plug the charger into the mains, and the
charger connector to the battery
recharge connector.
The led light of the charger will turn red
indicating that it is charging, until it is
fully charged (about 5hours), which will
turn green, indicating that you can now
disconnect it.

Operation with PAS
After activating the central switch, the
display is activated by pressing the
power button located at the bottom of
the display.
At the top is a 5-bar indicator that shows
the remaining battery level.
Just below are the 5levels of pedal
assistance available.
For the electric assistance to start
working,you only have to pedal and the
motor will assist you with the selected
assistance level (use the buttons + /- to
move between them).

Motor wheel assembly
To assemble and disassemble the front
wheel, first of all we will have to loosen
the brake cable to release it from the
stop of its housing.
Then, we will have to cut the flanges that
hold the waterproof connector and
separate the controller from the motor.
We remove the caps, use anumber 17
wrench to loosen the nuts and we can
now remove the motor wheel.

Unfolding the ebike
The steps to deploy your Flebi Evo 3.0
are:
-Raise the stem of the handlebar,
close the folding lever and insert the
safety
-Raise the saddle so that the seatpost
allows the rear part of the frame to
unfold
-Tilt the rear part of the frame to bring
it to its natural position and fit it
-Unfold the pedals

Folding the ebike
The steps to fold your Flebi Evo 3.0
are:
-Slightly turn the steering to the right
side
-Unlock the rear and tilt the rear
wheel under the frame until it sits on
the carrier stops
-Lower the seat post all the way down,
which will prevent the rear wheel
from returning to your position
-Reduces the potential of the
handlebar, releasing the lock and
ensuring that the cables are not
tense
-Fold the pedals

Folding & unfolding pedals
To fold or unfold each pedal you must
press the control outwards and, at the
same time, fold the pedal inwards
(folded) or outwards (unfolded) until you
feel the lock.

Handlebar folding mechanism

First, make sure the cables aren't too
tight due to the fixed handlebar height.
To fold the handlebar stem, you must
release the lock by pulling up and then
push the lever out to drop the stem
