Instruction Manual
Specification:
WING SPAN: 39in (995mm)
LENGTH: 34in (865mm)

Additional Equipment Needed:
BRUSHLESS MOTOR: E-Flite Park 480 or similar
PROP: APC11x5.5-E
Batteries: LI-POLY 3S
RADIO: 4CH/4S/1ESC
Motor
1. Position the motor so it fits the
cowling opening.
2. Install the proper prop and prop nut.
3. Make sure the motor and the prop
are properly secured.
4. Install the cowling.
Main Landing Gear
1. Assemble the wheel.
2. Install the wheel on the landing gear.
3. Install the landing gear on the fuselage.
Tail Surfaces
1. Mark the position where the
horizontal stabilizer meets the fuselage.
Remove the covering over the
intersection.
2. Install the hinges.
3. Slide the stabilizer into the fuselage.
4. Add CA to secure.
5. Add CA to secure the hinges.
6. Install the two elevators and add CA
to secure.
7. Install the hinges for the rudder.
8. Install the rudder and add CA at the
hinges to secure.
9. Install the tail wheel.
10. Install the servos for the rudder and elevator.
11. Measure the proper position for the pushrods and control horns.
12. Install the pushrod and control horns.
Wing Assembly
1.Install hinges on the aileron
2.Install the aileron on the wing. Add
glue to secure the hinges.
3. Run the servo wires inside the wing first. Then install the servo.
4. Mark the proper position for the control horn and pushrod.
5. Install the control horn.
6. Install the pushrod.
Mounting the Wing
1. Secure the wing on the fuselage.
2. Cut away the covering on the wing
where the belly pan meets.
3. Install the belly pan and secure it
with CA.
Installing the Battery
1. Move the battery to adjust the CG.
After you found the right position,
use Velcro to secure the battery.
2. Close the battery hatch.
Make sure the plane is properly centered:
A=A; B=B; C=C; D=D
Check the C.G. point after installing ESC and Receive. The CG should be
at 30% MAC, or about 80mm from the leading edge.
Control Surface Travels
Aileron 20 degrees
Elevator 20 degrees
Common flying
Rudder 30 degrees
Aileron 45 degrees
Elevator 45 degrees
3D flying
Rudder 45 degrees
