requirement for the back of the oven.

Manual Cooking
Allows operator to heat without changing the preset recipe keypads.
From READY or DOOR OPEN screen:
1.

Allows the operator to edit or create new preset recipes for customized
cooking.

3. Press number keypad)s( to open the desired recipe/folder location.
4. To navigate to editable elds: Press UP/DOWN

7. To save and exit: Press START/OK keypad.
8. To discard changes: Press STOP/RESET keypad.

Access and Modify User Options
There are several options you can change to customize the operation of the oven.
Options are shown below. The factory setting is shown in bold type.
1. Press MENU )☰( keypad.
Note: If PIN Code is enabled, your unique 4 digit pin code will be required.
2. Press number "4" keypad to access "User Options".
3. To scroll between pages of settings: Press UP/DOWN
4. To access available options for a setting: Press corresponding number keypad.
5. To change a setting: Press corresponding number keypad.
6. To save changes: START/OK keypad.
7. To exit: Press STOP/RESET keypad.
