1.0 Operation safety guidance
Please read this manual carefully before operating the machine.
General safety reference in machine preparation, operation and maintenance.
This book describes in detail the accident prevention rules that must be observed during
use. The manufacturer is not responsible for any accidents caused by failure to comply
with these rules!
This manual is also an important accessory of the machine. It should be ensured that the
operator can read it professionally before using it.
And it should be placed where it can be read frequently. The following three icons are
used in this guide

Safety Precautions
●To reconnect the battery, be sure to pay attention to the polarity of the connecting wire
and the battery, and never connect it wrongly. After the connection is completed, check it
again and again, and then connect the battery connector to the machine after confirming
that it is correct.
●This machine is powered by DC power supply. It is absolutely impossible to connect the
battery with wrong polarity. Once it is connected to the machine, it will cause damage to
all electrical parts of the machine!

● Batteries of different specifications and brands have matching chargers. Using a
charger that does not match may damage the battery or even cause the battery to burst.
Be sure to pay great attention to it! The maintenance of the machine must be carried out
by professionals in the special maintenance department. If the machine is repaired and
disassembled without authorization, personal injury and damage to the machine may
occur. This machine has been systematically debugged before leaving the factory. After
maintenance and disassembly, make sure that all fasteners are not loose, and the
adjustment parts are adjusted and locked as required.
●The electrical components of the machine may be short-circuited when exposed to
water or in a humid environment. Make sure the electrical components are dry, wipe the
machine clean after use and park in a dry environment.
●The charging area should be ventilated. Please use the E-core power cord and power
supply with grounding wire for the charger. To prevent electric shock accidents to the
greatest extent, please install a leakage circuit breaker.
●It is strictly forbidden to place any objects on the battery.
●When cleaning the machine, please do not pour water into the air inlet of the suction
motor!
● Failure to pay attention to the label on the machine and the contents of the instruction
manual will result in injury. Be sure to read all labels on the machine before operating.
●The machine cannot be used on rough ground and slopes, and the operator cannot sit
on the machine to avoid contact with the rotating parts of the machine with hands, feet
and loose clothes.
●Be careful and slow when the machine is operating on the side, pay attention to the
space between the anti-collision wheel and the wall, and avoid the machine from moving
from small obstacles, such as ground power sockets, thresholds, ground line feet, etc.
●Using water or cleaning agent will wet the ground, and these places are easy for the
operator or others to slip, so please place a warning mark around it during operation.

2.0 Safety requirements for batteries
●It is necessary to avoid the battery being in a low voltage state, and it should be
charged as soon as possible.
●To avoid leakage of electricity, please keep the battery dry and clean, especially to
remove contaminants such as metal dust.
●It is forbidden to put metal parts (such as tools) on the battery to prevent the battery
from being short-circuited and burnt out.
●The charging room should be well ventilated.
●Do not connect or remove the battery when the key switch is in the ON position.
●Before removing or installing batteries, first disconnect the negative (-) battery wire, and
then disconnect the positive (+) battery wire. When rewiring, be sure to pay attention to
the polarity of the battery, as wrong connection will damage electrical components.
●Avoid direct contact between the positive electrode and the negative electrode,
because it will cause a large current short circuit, generate high heat and even cause a
fire.
Warning: When the machine is not used for a long time or the machine is repaired, the
battery connection wire needs to be disconnected!

4.0 Routine maintenance and
replacement of wearing parts
Preparing before working
According to the soiled state of the ground, select the clearing agent and the
concentration of the clearing agent:
In general, you only need 2 cups of cleaning solution in a disposable water cup
(disposable water cups are commonly used, in order to protect the environment, please
minimize the amount of detergent, please use a neutral low-foaming detergent).
Eliminate recovery tank foam and extend suction motor life.
●Add detergent from the front water filling port, and then start filling the clean water tank
with clean water.
If you are taking water from the tap with a hose, you can plug the hose directly into the
filling hole on the side of the machine: however, you need to pay attention to the water
level so that the cleaning fluid does not overflow.
Start work
●In the area to be cleaned, the ground should be cleaned first to remove large debris
and dust, and the cleaning can be carried out after confirming that the ground is free of
debris such as mud, stones, paper scraps, etc., which will improve your work efficiency
and protection. Machines have great benefits.
●Activate the power switch lock, the battery indicator lights up, check the battery power,
and confirm that the battery is sufficient before proceeding.
Cleaning operation
If the battery is low, please charge the battery!
●Turn the forward/backward switch to the forward gear, start the brush motor, water
suction motor, and button in sequence, adjust the flow of clean water (detergent)

according to the scrubbing conditions, and move the water volume adjustment handle up
and down. Control the flow of water to clean the ground. It can also reduce the
consumption of clean water (detergent). Start the switch, brush the motor. The solenoid
valve opens and the machine starts to work.
●Because of the uneven ground, sometimes after cleaning, there is still water, then the
brush plate can be raised and the water suction motor can be started. Push the scrubber
over the waterlogged area. Repeated, repeated absorption. If there are deep grooves on
the ground, it will affect the water absorption efficiency of the machine, so it can only be
dealt with separately.
Possible problems with squeegee adjustment:
When you feel that the motor of the water suction machine is suddenly abnormal during
use, and the squeegee cannot absorb water or the sound of the water suction machine is
abnormal, and the squeegee cannot absorb water, you should immediately stop the
operation and check.
①The water level has risen to the highest position, the floating ball rises to cut off the air
passage, and the method of discharging sewage: remove the sewage tank at a suitable
place, open the cover of the sewage tank, discharge the sewage into the sewer, and
wash the sewage tank.
②If the water level in the sewage tank is not high at this time, and there is no excessive
foam. Please check the connection between the squeegee and the pipe, it is very likely
that it is blocked by debris, and it will return to normal after cleaning;
③If the water level in the sewage tank is not high at this time, but there is a lot of foam, it
means that you may have added too much cleaning solution or the cleaning solution you
are using is a high-foaming cleaning solution. Add an appropriate amount to the sewage
tank. It can be used normally after defoamer;
④If none of the above three situations are true, please unplug the suction tube on the
suction grill, turn on the suction motor, and try to see if the suction of the air inlet is normal
by hand.
Replacing the brush disk method
①Install the needle plate and put the brush plate to be installed under the brush plate
cover (if using a needle plate, please install the brush pad on the needle plate before
putting it in) Put down the brush plate so that the plate head and the brush plate bayonet

are basically aligned At this time, press the start button of the brush plate motor on the
control panel, and the brush plate will be automatically installed as the motor rotates. You
can start the operation immediately, or you can install it manually. It is recommended for
unskilled employees to manually install and remove the brush. Disk: Raise the brush
plate first after you finish work. Turn off the brush plate switch, the motor stops rotating
the brush plate by hand, and the brush plate can be removed.
How to replace the battery
①Turn off all pushbutton switches.
②Check the buckle on the battery, disconnect the battery cable, and take out the battery
separately.
Replacement Maintenance Squeegee
The squeegee is an important part of the washing machine. In the daily work process,
the squeegee will be worn due to the friction with the ground. When the water absorption
effect is not good, do the following inspections:
①Is there any foreign matter in the plastic scraper?
②Whether there is any blockage at the connection port of the suction squeegee and the
hose: (remove the joint inspection pipe or remove the suction squeegee to clear the
blockage) Whether the angle between the scraper and the ground is appropriate can be
adjusted by the squeegee universal wheel.
③Check the wear condition of the rubber strip, if the wear is serious, it should be
replaced in time.
④If the other side is not used, check whether the other side is worn, if it is worn, only
replace the new rubber strip. The normal configuration is the ordinary rubber strip. If you
are using it in a heavily oily environment. Please purchase oil-resistant special tapes.
Work after daily operation

①Wipe the outside of the washing machine with a dry cloth; empty the sewage in the
sewage tank and clean it.
②Raise the brush plate and squeegee; park the scrubber in a surrounding environment
with no flammable gas, liquid, chemicals, no open flame, dry and ventilated, and flat
ground, and store it.
③If it is not used for a long time, in order to protect the service life of the battery, it is
necessary to disconnect the battery cable and cover the washing machine with a
dustproof cloth for storage.
