Q1:Why the indicator light of LED display not glowing?
A1: Please check whether the power supply is connected properly.
Q2: Why the filter indicator light keeps flashing?
A2: The filter has reached end of life. Please replace filters ASAP.
Q3:Why there is loud noise when the purifier is on?
A3: This is due to excessive accumulation of dust on filter. Clean the filter
with a vacuum cleaner or replace the filter.
Q4: Why machine is not working while ring tones are on ?
A4: Check if the front panel is installed correctly.
Q5: Why PM2.5 keeps rising indoor?
A5: Check if the windows& doors are well closed and if pollution sources
exist indoor, if yes, clean it.
Q6: Can the filters be cleaned?
A6: Yes, it can be cleaned, it is recommended to clean elementary filter and
HEPA filter with vacuum cleaner, For activated carbon filter, we suggest
to dry it in the sun regularly.
Q7:How long can the filters be used?
A7: In normal, it can be used for 6 ~12months, but using long time in high-
concentration polluted environment, you’ll need to replace them every
3 months.
Q8: What does “start sensor” mean?
A8: Sensor’s initial data need to be recalculated and processed before
the accurate display.

Basic Trouble Shooting
Touch buttons
1. Check if the power cord connected well to power
socket. Reconnect it if not.
2. Check if the front panel closed well. Close it well if not.
3. Check if the machine placed flatly. Place it flatly if not
Check if filter out of effect or has absorbed pollutants
for releasing smells.
Replace for new filters
The machine may be placed improperly. Change the
way it being placed or choose manual mode, and turn
the “SPEED” to high speed.

Machine: Switch off purifier, if dust is accumulated, clean it with soft cloth soaked with
clean detergent water, and gently brush the inlet/outlet.
Clean with vacuum cleaner or
hot water
Use vacuum cleaner only
Dry in the sun for 1~3 hours
Remark: UV lamp installed
UV lamp: it can be used for about 2 years, while replacing it, you need to turn off the
machine, remove the UV lamp at 90 degrees rotation, and replace.
Sensor: It is a very sensitive optical sensor. After long time use, dust particles
will be accumulated to the lens surface of sensor. And then lower the sensor’s sensitivity.
It is recommended as below pictures showed:
Please wipe the sensor with neutral detergent
Attention: Air purifier must be disconnected with the power supply before cleaning.
Filters: Filter replacement will be reminded by the inner machine automatically. Pre-filter
can be used for 2800hours, HEPA filter 2900 hours, activated carbon filter for
3000 hours.( Each filter can be used for about 1 year on 8 hour ’s running average
in account). However, with different using environment of different pollutants,
the cycle may differ. They can be replaced according to the running sounds or
smells changing smell. For new filters, please contact AERATE Service Center.

Security
Double protection design, the internal security device will cut off power automatically
in case of hazard. Besides, the machine is designed for children safety, when the panel
is opened by children, the machine will power off automatically in case for children
access to the internal fan.

UV inhibits bacteria breeding, curbs virus activation, and is sustainableand efficient to
kill bacteria and virus.
Environmental-friendly
10 million pieces negative ions are produced each second in the room, which is beneficial
for improving air quality and rebuild the living environment.

Intelligent management
With micro computer management clips inside, it is able to check the air quality
automatically. After purifying, it will enter into low-cost mode automatically, while the
air quality is bad, it will continue to purify. Besides, it is able to be set up off-time in
case for any waste.
PM2.5 digital display
Our products adopt digital display mode and are equipped with a high precision optical
sensor which can detect and display PM2.5 in the air.
Environment self-heating
The purifier can supplement 10million negative ions per second, form prolific negative

5.Close the
front panel
1.Pre-filter,which consist of the the aluminum frame and 0.3 aluminum mesh and primary
efficiency filter cotton.Using for removal of dandruff, hair, dust ,larger particle etc. This
filter can reduce user costs by cleaning repeatedly.
2.Efficient HEPA filter, effectively filters micro particles like airborne allergens, pollen,
mites, dust, mold spores, textiles fiber products, with a ratio 99% to PM2. 5 purification
based on the international standard, and the minimum particle to 0. 3μm.
3. Anti-bacterial isolation filter can effectively remove and isolate the bacterial produced
in filter.
4. Activated carbon filter can effectively remove formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, TVOC,
smoke and garbage odors.
5.Molecular sieve adsorption layer, is a kind of particles of granular activated carbon filter,
purifying air by absorbing and exchanging. The pores of sieve gaps are high enough with
large volume inside. After high temperature activated zeolite, they form pores in same
sizes,which have strong absorption ability to block particles larger than the pores allowed
and to pass the particles smaller or water/gas molecular, to increase the lifetime of
activated carbon filter and save costs for users.
