|Specs & Precautions
As the operator, you are fully responsible for the safe operation of
the tug and any damage done to your aircraft or hangar due to
operation errors.

Familiarize yourself with the throttle and speed response of
your tug before attaching your aircraft. Your tug does not stop
immediately, this is intentional to protect your aircraft from
damage.

Aircraft should never be moved on any type of uneven, sloping or
hilly terrain.

Store your tug in a dry location when not in use.

Always turn the tug off while not in use. The tug will automatically
turn off after 10 minutes. Toggle the power switch to turn on.

Leave your tug plugged in while not in use. The smart charge
feature will prevent damage to the battery.

Extreme cold can negatively impact the batteries, but climate
control is not necessary in most circumstances.

|Assembling the T1
Insert the handle (A) into the handle connector on the
T1 frame (B)

While the handle (A) is resting in the connector (B),
secure using the included locking pin (C)

Choose the desired handle height and secure using
the included quick release pin (D)

4Feed the 6-pin white connector cable from the handle
(A) through the hole in the T1 frame (F), and connect it
to the white connector cable attached to the controller
(E) on the underside the T1 frame.

|Adjusting the handle
Choose a comfortable height adjustment for pulling your
aircraft, not for maneuvering the T1 without a plane attached.
The handle is adjustable by simply removing the quick release
pin and repositioning the handle to a different cut out on
the handle connector, return locking pin to complete the
adjustment.

(1) Fork prongs
Your AeroTow T1 comes with the recommended length prongs
for the aircraft you provided.
To connect the tug to your aircraft, loosen the locking bar (3) and
adjust the width of the prongs to be fully open. With the power on,
use the forward button to approach the wheel at a slight angle.
Position the tug so that the fork prongs are on both sides of the
wheel. Turn power off.
Close the width of the fork prongs and insert the tow pin adapters
into the tow connectors on the wheel. Lock the locking bar (3) to
secure the aircraft to the tug.
(2) Tow pin adapters
Your AeroTow T1 comes with the recommended adapter for the
aircraft you provided at the time of order.
(4) Chocks
Always chock the aircraft wheels when parked, when not in use,
and when attaching your tug.
(3) Locking bar lever
The width of the fork prongs (1) can be adjusted by locking /
unlocking the locking bar using the lever on the right fork prong.

Check the surrounding area, and remove any obstacles or
obstructions before moving your aircraft, remove chocks.
Return to the handle of the tug.
Turn power on and move your aircraft using the reverse / forward
switch located on the front of the handle control box.
Chock your aircraft.
Unlock the locking bar.
Move your tug using the reverse switch located on the front of the
handle control box.
There are two (2) switches on the handle controls, an on / off switch
and a forward / reverse switch.
