central door locking facility so each door
must be locked or unlocked individually.
NOTE: To help maintain low voltage battery
health; if the vehicle is not in use, make
sure both cab doors are properly closed.
Failure to do so will prevent the battery
isolator from engaging and may result in
accelerated lead acid battery depletion
The vehicle cab is equipped with two access
doors, these have symmetrical exterior and
interior mechanisms for locking and unlocking.
The external handle has a lock and key for
locking and unlocking it from outside the vehicle:
•To unlock the door, turn the key in an
anticlockwise direction.
•To lock the door, turn the key in a
clockwise direction.
The internal locking and unlocking facility is a
manually operated control button:

Cruise control operation
Overview
WARNING: The cruise control only
maintains the vehicle speed. The braking
and vehicle direction is not controlled.
The driver must remain responsible and
in control of the vehicle at all times.
Failure to obey these instructions can
put the vehicle, occupants and other
road users at risk of accident.
The cruise control can only be activated when
the vehicle speed is 20 km/h or above. The
system maintains vehicle speed without the
driver using the accelerator pedal. Should the
vehicle increase speed by 2 km/h from the set
value the vehicle will automatically slow down.
Cruise control must not be used in heavy traffic
conditions or when it is important to control the
variable speed of the vehicle.
Activation
The following conditions must be met to engage
the cruise control:
•Vehicle in motion with gear selected.
•Vehicle speed 20 km/h or above.
•Brake pedal not operated.
1. Rocker switch ON+: Pressing once
activates cruise control and maintains the
current vehicle speed. The accelerator can
now be released and speed will be
maintained. With the cruise control already
set, pressing the ON+ button again will
increase the vehicle speed by 1 km/h
increments. Holding the button in will
increase the vehicle speed until maximum
speed is reached or the button is released.
2. Rocker switch ON-: With the cruise control
already set, pressing the button will
decrease the vehicle speed by 1 km/h
increments. Holding the button in will
decrease the vehicle speed until minimum
speed is reached or the button is released.
3. RES: With cruise control cancelled,
pressing the button will set the cruise
control to the last setting. Pressing the RES
button with cruise control set will cancel
the cruise control setting.
To indicate the cruise control is activated a
green arrow appears on the display panel at the
set speed.

Deactivation
The cruise control is deactivated when:
•The RES button is operated.
•Operating the brake pedal.
•Operating the accelerator pedal for more
than 30 seconds (requesting a greater
speed than the cruise control is set at).
The cruise control system is temporarily
deactivated if the accelerator pedal is operated
for no longer than 30 seconds. The cruise control
automatically resumes when the accelerator
pedal is released.
