maintained either at the rear or the right side of the unit of the partitions/walls or other appliances/objects which
can affect the ventilation required for this product. If there is a heat source near the allocated space, you must
allow for further distancing to ensure the required ambient temperature is achieved and maintained.
Caution! Note:
Before initial operation or after long period of storage. Ensure all surfaces, inside and outside are thoroughly cleaned, using
a damp soupy water non-abrasive sponge on the interior, then immediately dry off with clean paper towels or non-abrasive

Operation
Storing Food
To get the best results from your AG Equipment product, follow these instructions:
•Ensure operating temperature is reached before beginning storing food in the unit.
•DO NOT place any hot/warm food and/or liquid in the unit. This will cause excessive ice to form due to the
condensation from hot/warm food products. This will also affect the overall temperature of the fridge which can
then compromise the integrity of your food products. Lastly, this will cause over-stressing of the compressor
component and result in future performance and breakage issue.
•Cold food should be covered in the refrigerator for best results and best hygiene when achievable.
•DO NOT over stock the shelves as it will obstruct airflow that carries refrigerated air throughout the unit. This
causes uneven refrigeration of your food products which may greatly shorten the lifespan of them.
•Ensure any fans or vents inside the unit stay unobstructed.
•Keep the doors close as often as practical and avoid prolonged periods of being open.
Turn On
Caution! Note:
After the recommended standing time is allowed.

the unit. Where then residues, germs or bacteria can be trapped and affect the hygiene of your food produce.
•Door seals must only be cleaned with water.
•“Wipe on, wipe off.” as the famous saying goes.Immediately clear any excess soup residue with water, then wipe

•Keep the surfaces dry as often, and as soon as can be possible.
•Clean frequently.
Routine Maintenance
Condenser Cleaning
The condenser requires regular monthly cleaning as it is an integral part of the refrigeration cooling system. Neglect of this
maintenance task will result in reduced performance of the unit, over straining of the compressor and eventually will cause
fault to your refrigeration unit. If the unit fails due to lack of regular maintenance, warranty of the refrigeration unit will be
void.
Warning! Note:
Before the commencement of any maintenance or service is to be carried out. The power supply MUST be disconnected. To
do this, switch off the power on the unit, then the power switch on the wall power socket and lastly disconnect the power
cord from the wall power socket.
Ventilation Cleaning
Use a soft brush or vacuum to clean the vents if there is residue of dust restricting airflow.
Filter Cleaning
On the right side of the refrigeration unit, inside the service door is where the condenser is located. There is a filter here that
must be cleaned monthly, using a soft brush or vacuum.
