Intended use
The ATC63E is intended for integration with hospital system. It is designed for general
purpose for hospital environment. For data collection and display for reference. It shall
not be used for life-supporting system.
Intended user group
The primary users for the ATC63E series are professional healthcare personnel and
general patient groups. It is appropriate for users aged between 18 and 65 to use the
tablet and users’ weight and health are not relevant.

RF exposure statement
SAR
This product complies with EU requirements regarding restriction of exposure of

persons to radio-frequency energy (RF) emitted by telecommunication and radio
devices as it is designed and manufactured in such a way as not to exceed the exposure
limits indicated by the European Union Commission. The permitted SAR limit for the
general population is 2.0 W/Kg. This limit guarantees an ample safety margin that
protects all persons regardless of age and health condition.
5150 ~ 5350 MHz is limited to indoor used in below countries.
FCC Compliance Statement
This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to

and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following
measures:

End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and
transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
For product available in the USA/Canada market, only channel 1~11 can be operated.
Selection of other channels is not possible.

uncontrolled environment for body-worn configuration in direct contact to the phantom.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The product complies with the US portable RF exposure limit set forth for an

as far as possible from the user body or set the device to lower output power if such
function is available.

1. Partner must use the ENERGY STAR mark in one of the following ways:
(1) Via permanent or temporary label. All temporary labeling must be affixed to the

A. The label shall be on the top or front of the product if the top or front of the product
has a contiguous, coplanar surface area not used for touch input or display that is
greater than or equal to 0.625 in square.
B. Otherwise, the label shall be on the reverse side of the screen.
(2) Via electronic labeling displayed on the screen such that the ENERGY STAR mark
must be atleast 4% of the screen by area; must be greater than or equal to 76 pixels
x 78 pixels; must be legible; must be in cyan, black, or white; and either
A. Must appear at system start-up and must display for a minimum of 5 seconds.
B. Must appear within the system power settings dialog window. EPA will consider
alternative proposals for electronic labeling on a case-by-case basis.
2. Partner must use the ENERGY STAR mark in product literature (i.e., user manuals,
spec sheets, etc.).
3. Partner must use the ENERGY STAR mark on product packaging for products sold
at retail.
4. Partner must use the ENERGY STAR mark on the manufacturer’s Internet site where
information about ENERGY STAR certified models is displayed.
5. User Information Requirement:
(1) Products shall be shipped with informational materials to notify customers of the
following:
A. A description of power management settings that have been enabled by default,
B. A description of the timing settings for various power management features, and
C. Instructions for properly waking the product from Sleep Mode.
(2) Products shall be shipped with one or more of the following:
A. A list of default power management settings.
B. A note stating that default power management settings have been selected for
compliance with ENERGY STAR (within 15 min of user inactivity for the
display, within 30 min for the computer, if applicable per Table 3), and are
recommended by the ENERGY STAR program for optimal energy savings.
C. Information about ENERGY STAR and the benefits of power management, to be
located at or near the beginning of the hard copy or electronic user manual, or in
a package or box insert.
(3) Provisions (1) and (2) may bemetthrough use of either electronic or printed product
documentation, provided it adheres to all of the following:
A. Documentation is shipped with the product (e.g., in a printed manual or insert, on
included optical media, in a file installed with the software load shipped to the
customer) or available electronically on the manufacturer’s website. In the latter
case, instructions for accessing the information on the website shall be provided
in the product package or on the Desktop or home screen; and

B. Documentation is included either (a) only with ENERGY STAR certified
Computers; or (b) as part of the standard documentation if and only if
accompanied by EPA-approved customer guidance on how to identify if their
computer configuration is ENERGY STAR certified.

Details of preparatory treatment or disposal
Installation is only to be carried out by manufacturer authorized and trained personnel.
Regarding calibrating the device, we suggest to send back the tablet to the supplier for
annually check.
Safety Instructions
Please read these safety instructions carefully and follow these instructions for use.
Repair of the device may only be carried by trained service personnel. AIMobile
recommends that a service contact be obtained with AIMobile service and that all
repairs also be carried out by them; otherwise, the correct functioning of thedevice may
be compromised.

Because of the danger of electrical shock, never remove the cover of
a device while it is in operation or connected to a power outlet.

Do not modify this equipment without authorization of the
manufacturer.
WARNING!
To avoid risk of electric shock, this equipment must only be
connected to a supply main with protective earth.
WARNING!
Not to position the equipment so that it is difficult to operate the
Disconnection device. Disconnection device: Separate from adaptor
and power code.

Accessories:Adaptor & power cord. Power cord supports the following three countries:
Taiwan/US/Europe, please use a power cord that matches the AC voltage of the power
outlet and has been approved by and complies with the safety standard of your
particular country.
If one of the following situations arises, have the equipment checked by service
personnel:
•The power cord or plug is damaged.
•Liquid has penetrated the equipment.
•The equipment has been exposed to moisture.
•The equipment does not work well, or you cannot get it to work according to the
user’s manual.
•The equipment has been dropped and damaged.
•The equipment has obvious signs of breakage. Disconnect this equipment from any
AC outlet before cleaning. Use a damp cloth. Do not use liquid or spray detergents
for cleaning and keep this equipment away from humidity.
WARNING!
To avoid short-circuits and otherwise damaging the device, do not
allow fluids to meet the device. If fluids are accidentally spilled on
the equipment, remove the affected unit from service as soon as
possible and contact service personnel to verify that patient safety is
not compromised. Please check the battery if your computer clock is
unable to keep accurate time or the BIOS configuration is reset to
default.

5) The test placement angle for thermal test is defined as 70 degrees.

Battery Safety
CAUTION!
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same type
recommended by the manufacturer, discard used batteries according to the
manufacturer's instructions.

Mistreat the battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn.
Do not attempt to disassemble the computer or its accessories.
Only qualified personal is allowed to replace the battery.
Do not dispose batteries in a fire and check with local authorities for disposal
instructions.
ATC63E can only be equipped with standard battery pack with FUCO, ATC-63E-BAT,
rating 10.8V 4660mAH Polymer Lithium Ion Battery. Use of another battery may
present a risk of fire or explosion.
Battery Charge Notice
It is important to consider the environment temperature whenever you are charging the
Lithium-Ion battery pack. The process is more efficient at normal room temperature or

slightly cooler. It is essential that you charge batteries within the stated range of 0°C to
45C. Charging batteries outside of the specified range could damage the batteries and
shorten their charging life cycle.
Storage and Safety Notice
Although charge Lithium-Ion batteries may be left unused for several months, their
capacity may be depleted due to the buildup of internal resistance. If this happens they
will require recharging prior to use. Lithium Ion batteries may be stored at temperatures
between -20°C to 60°C, however they may be depleted more rapidly at the high end of
this range. It is recommended to store ATC63E within normal room temperature ranges.
Ensure that the voltage of the power source is correct before connecting the equipment
to a power outlet.
The power outlet socket should behave grounded connection.
This Product is not intent for use by children. This product is not suitable for use in
locations where children are likely to be present
The equipment power supply cord shall be connected to a socket-outlet with earthing
connection and the power outlet socket should have grounded connection
Never open the equipment. For safety reasons, the equipment should be opened only
by qualified skilled person.
This product is intended to be supplied by an UL certified power supply or DC power
source suitable for use at Tma: 40 degree C minimum, whose output meets ES1 and is
rated 19 Vdc, 4.74A MAX, 90W, if need further assistance, please contact AIM for
further information.
