PRODUCT WARRANTY:
All Deep Water Conversion Kits carry a 1-year warranty. Airmax® will repair
or replace any kits found to be defective. This limited warranty is extended
exclusively to the original purchaser and begins from the date of original
shipment. Abuse, misuse or alterations of this product will void all warranty.
Please contact your local dealer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number prior to returning any product. Failure to request an RMA number
may result in delay or dismissal of your warranty claim.

To reduce the risk of electric shock or injury:
• ALWAYS unplug the compressor from the power source and release pressure from
the airlines before installing, removing or servicing the Deep Water Conversion Kit
components.

INSTALLING YOUR
DEEP WATER CONVERSION KIT:
GETTING TO KNOW
YOUR DEEP WATER CONVERSION KIT:
1Remove Quick Disconnect End
from Manifold Flex Tube
Cut approximately 1” of airline from the end of each Flex
Tube using a tube cutter or utility knife. This will remove
the quick disconnect end. The quick disconnect end may be
discarded. Repeat for each ex tube.
Tools Required:
Tube Cutter or Utility Knife
⁄” Nut Driver or
Flathead Screwdriver
2Install Female End of Cam-lock
Slide a hose clamp onto the ex tube, then insert the insert
reducer from the female end of the Cam-lock into the ex
tube. Using a nut driver or athead screwdriver, tighten the
hose clamp onto the insert reducer.
3Install Male End of Cam-lock
Slide a hose clamp onto the diuser airline, then insert
the male adapter from the male end of the Cam-lock
into the diuser airline. Tighten the hose clamp onto the
male adapter.
4Join Cam-lock Ends
Open the locks on the female end of the Cam-lock by
pushing on the button and pulling the lock outward.
Then insert the male Cam-lock end rmly into the female
Cam-lock end. Lock the ends together by pushing both locks
down until they click.
5Repeat Process
Repeat this process for each Cam-lock set to be installed.
