Chapter 1 Product Introducon
1.1 Brief introducon
The AGH6200 and AGH6200F portable gas detector are independently developed and
produced by AIYI Technologies, which can be used in industrial sites to detect the risks
of combusble gases, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulde and oxygen deciency. The
overall design of the product is compact, which greatly improves the comfort of the
customer. The high-precision sensor is used for accurate detecon and easy mainte-
nance. The IP66 protecon grade can be applied to all kinds of bad occasions.
Note: The AGH6200F is a portable combusble gas detector with a measuring range
of 0 to 100% LEL. The AGH6200 is a portable 4 gas detector, the following are referred
to as detectors.

The product design, manufacture, tesng follow the below standards:
The AGH6200F is only equipped with a combusble gas sensor; the AGH6200 is
equipped with four gas sensors: combusble gas, oxygen, carbon monoxide and
hydrogen sulde. Except for dierent gases detected, the two operaons are
exactly the same. The following is an example of AGH6200. Unless otherwise
specied, AGH6200F is not separately described.

Chapter 2 Operaon
2.1 Packing list
Please conrm if the package is complete before use. If there is any loss, please con-
tact us as soon as possible. Normally, the gas detector contains the following products
and accessories:
▎Power on: press and hold the power buon, the detector enters the boot pro-
cess, and the full screen ashes 3 mes during the boot process, and then displays
the STEL alarm value, TWA alarm value, alarm-1 value, alarm-2 value and calibraon
value of each channel in turn.

▎Power o: Press and hold the power buon to enter the shutdown interface.
All the indicator lights are turned o, the detector enters the shutdown countdown,
and the display is turned o from OFF 004 to OFF 000. Aer the countdown ends, the
display is turned o, and the Green indicator keep ashing for about 10 seconds,
then the instrument is turned o.
2.3 Daily use
▎Factory reset: Aer the boot process is displayed, the detector enters the facto-
ry reset interface. If you need to restore the factory sengs, press the funcon
buon twice in rapid succession, otherwise the detector will automacally enter the
main interface.
▎Main interface: The main interface is mainly used to display: gas name, gas
concentraon, alarm type, me and baery status. The green indicator ashes at this
me.
▎Fault indicaon: When the gas sensor is shorted or broken, the corresponding
detecon channel has a fault indicaon, as shown in the gure below. At this point,
the green indicator is o and the yellow fault indicator is keeps on.

▎Alarm indicaon: When the gas concentraon in the environment is more than
alarm value, the detector will give an alarm. At this point, the alarm indicator ashes,
the buzzer sounds, and the detector vibrates. The STEL, TWA, alarm-1 and alarm-2
are shown below.
2.4 Operaon
▎Menu：
1.Press and hold the power buon to enter the shutdown interface,as shown in
the gure below.
2.During the shutdown countdown process, press the power and funcon buon
at the same me to enter the menu. Menu is shown in the gure below.
3.Short press the funcon buon to select the zero calibraon, span calibraon
or self-test. The selected icon will ash.
4.Press and hold the funcon buon to exit the menu interface and return to the
main interface. Main interface is shown in the gure below.

▎Zero calibraon:
1.Aer entering the menu, short press the funcon buon to select the zero
calibraon, the zero calibraon indicator ashes, then short press the power
buon to enter the zero calibraon interface. At this me, the zero calibraon
indicator keeps display, and the span calibraon indicator and self-test indicator
are not displayed. Zero calibraon interface is shown in the gure below.
2.Short press the funcon buon to select the specic channel, and the gas
name keep ashes.
3. Short press the power buon to do zero calibraon. If the calibraon is com-
pleted, the “End” prompt will be displayed. If the calibraon fails, the “Err”
prompt will be displayed, as shown in the gure.
4. Press and hold the funcon buon to exit the zero calibraon operaon and
return to the main interface.

▎Span calibraon:
1.Aer entering the menu, short press the funcon buon to select the span
calibraon, the span calibraon indicator ashes, the zero calibraon indicator
and the self-test indicator keep displayed, then short press the power buon to
enter the span calibraon interface. At this me, the span calibraon indicator
keeps displayed, and the zero calibraon and self-test indicator are not displayed.
Span calibraon interface is shown in the gure below.
2.Short press the funcon buon to select the specic channel, and the gas
name in the selected channel ashes.
3.Short press the power buon to do span calibraon. If the calibraon is com-
pleted, the “End” prompt will be displayed. If the calibraon fails, the “Err”
prompt will be displayed, as shown in the gure.
4.Press and hold the funcon buon to exit the span calibraon and return to
the main interface.
▎Self-test:
1. Aer entering the menu, short press the funcon buon to select the self-test,
the self-test indicator ashes, the zero calibraon indicator and span calibraon
indicator keeps displayed, then short press the power buon, the detector enters
self-test.
2. The detector will display all the contents in turn, then alarm with sound, light,
vibraon once. as shown in the gure.
3.Aer the self-test is completed, back to the menu interface.

▎Bump test：
1.Refer to indicaon diagram of calibraon adapter and the venlaon, con-
necng the calibraon adapter to the detector ghtly, and passing the gas of the
specied concentraon from the vent of the calibraon adapter.

2.In the main interface, press and hold the funcon buon to enter the bump
test preparaon interface. At this me, the self-test indicator ashes, short press
the power buon to enter the bump test.
3.Short press the funcon buon to select the quick detecon zone and the gas
name indicator ashes.
4.Aer a stable readings, press the power buon to enter bump test, and the gas
name ashes. About 15 seconds later, if the test is normal, the concentraon
value will ash for 3 seconds, and then the "End" prompt will be displayed. If the
test is not normal, the “Err” prompt will ash for 3 seconds, and then the gas
concentraon will be calibrated for processing. If the calibraon is successful, the
correct concentraon value will be displayed for 3 seconds, and then the “End”
prompt will be displayed. If the calibraon fails, the “Err” prompt will ash for 3
seconds, then the “End” prompt will be displayed, followed by the sensor fault as
“---”.
5.The bump test is end and the detector automacally back to the main interface.

2.5 Charging
There is a power indicator in the upper right corner of the display. Please keep
charge in me with original charger and cable when low power. The charging port
is a standard USB charging port. When charging, the charging indicator of the
detector keeps red, and there is also a charging prompt in the upper right corner
of the display. The charge indicator turns green when fully charged.
2.6 Data upload
In the power on state, connect the detector to the computer with the Micro USB
cable, and the computer will automacally recognize and display the correspond-
ing drive leer. Aer double-clicking on it, you can implement data export and
other operaons.
Chapter 3 Maintenance
3.1 Cauons
▎Take care to prevent the detector from falling or severe vibraon.
▎It is strictly forbidden to expose the detector to a gas with high concentraon,
corrosive gas, etc. for a long me, otherwise it will cause a serious damage to the
sensor.
▎In order to ensure the performance of the detector, calibraon should be carried
out regularly. The calibraon frequency depends on the specic working condions.
It is recommended to calibrate the detector every 3 months. The calibraon record
sheet should be lled in each calibraon. Considering if factors such as high concen-
traon impact and corrosive gases happen, it is necessary to shorten the calibraon
period. In either case, the calibraon period must not exceed one year.
▎Keep the detector clean, and if the sensor vent is blocked, it may aects the
detecon sensivity and even damage it.
Do not charge in danger areas.
Please recharge the baery before it is exhausted, or it will reduce
the baery life.

▎Replace sensor in me once the sensor life is over. The replacement of the sen-
sor should be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer or returned to
the factory for replacement.
▎Keep use the origin parts provided by manufacturer while the maintenance and
the replacement of the parts. Otherwise it may aect the performance and safety
of the instrument itself.
▎The operaon of the detector, calibraon and other maintenance work should
be carried out by qualied professionals.
▎For the faults encountered in daily maintenance, please contact the manufactur-
er in me.
3.2 Warranty
AIYI Technologies promises that the product will be guaranteed for one year from
sale and will be serviced for life. If the product fails or any problem during the use,
please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to provide you with mely and
quality service!
3.3. Trouble-Shoong
For the faults encountered during use, you can refer to the following ways to solve
the problem, or you can contact the manufacturer directly for consultaon.
