UTILIZACIÓN APPLICATION

conducto.
LacomposicióndelAKO-5330,consisteenunmicrorruptoren
elinteriordeunacajadepolipropilenoreforzadoconfibrade
vidrioyunamembranaflexiblequelocubre.
TheAKO-5330levelswitchisusedforindicating,controlling,
andregulatingthelevelofgranulatedorpowdered drymaterials
withagraindiameterupto30mm andadensityof0,3to2,5
g/cm3,flowingthroughasilo,hopperorconduit.

CARACTERÍSTICAS FEATURES
ThedeviceAKO-5330consistsofamicroswitchinsideaplastic
box,coveredbyaflexiblemembrane.
Lamembranaflexibledebeinstalarseexpuestaalproductodel
quesepretendecontrolarelnivel,demaneraquelapresenciade
éstepuedapresionarsobrelamembrana.Cuandoelproductoa
controlar cubre la membrana, la presión que éste ejerce
desplazaalamismaaccionandoelmicrorruptor.Elequipo
deberáestarconectadoaseñalesdecontrolomecanismosque
accionen los sistemas de transporte del producto, como
alimentación,descarga,etc.
FUNCIONAMIENTO OPERATION
Thedevicemustbemountedsothattheflexiblemembraneis
exposedtotheproductwhoselevel shouldbecontrolled,in
suchawaythattheproduct,ifpresent,canpressthemembrane.
Whenthismembranebecomescoveredupbytheproduct,it
moves under the product pressure, thereby working the
microswitch.Thedevice mustbeconnectedtocontrolsignalsor
tomechanismsdrivingtheproducttransportationsystems,like
feeding,unloading,etc.

INSTALACIÓNYMONTAJE
Puedeninstalarseenelexteriordeldepósito,efectuandoun
orificioenla pareddeforma quelamembranaquedeexpuesta al
productoenelinterior.Suspendiéndolos mediante un tubo
pueden instalarse en el interior del depósito. Mediante
acoplamientospuedeninstalarseentuberíasyconductos.
Siemprequeseaposible,esaconsejablemontarestosaparatos
sobresuperficiesverticales.Ellohacequeel productofluya
librementehaciaabajoevitandofalsas indicaciones. Pueden
montarseen superficiesinclinadas,que no excedande 30
gradosrespectoalavertical,siempreycuandoelproductoal
fluirdejecompletamentelibrelamembrana.
Cuandoseutilizanparaniveldemáximo,debeninstalarseauna
alturatal,queelproductoalrebasarlamembranapuedahacer
presiónsobreésta,paraqueactúealmicrorruptor.
VARIACIÓNDELASENSIBILIDAD
Desplazandolaescuadra soportedelmicrorruptor,éstequedará
posicionadodiferenterespectoalcentrodelamembrana,ello
harámodificarlasensibilidaddelaparato.
VARIATIONOFSENSITIVITY
If the square bearing the microswitch is displaced, the
microswitchisgoingtobedifferentlypositionedinrelation tothe
membranecentre,whatwillmodifythedevicesensitivity.

INSTALLATIONANDMOUNTING
Thedevicecanbeinstalledoutsidethecontainerbymakinga
holeonthewall,sothatthemembraneremainsexposedtothe
productinside.Suspendedbymeansofatube,itcanbealso
installedinsidethecontainer.Using adaptors,itcanbeinstalled
inpipesandconduits.
Whereverpossiblelevelswitchshouldbemountedonvertical
surfaces.Bythismeans,theproduct canflowfreedownwards,
and wrong indications are avoided. It can be mounted on
surfaceswithaslopeofnotmorethan30degrees from vertical,
providedthattheproductleavesthemembranethoroughlyfree
whenflowingalong.
Ifmaximumlevelsaretobecontrolled,thedevicesmustbe
mounted at such a height that the product overflowing the
membranecanexertpressureonthismembrane,workingthe
microswitch.
