Maintenance & Installation Manual
LED FLOOD LIGHT

Installation Instructions :
01. Product should be handled by care with person has experience in lighting unit
installation.
02. Only the proper working voltage & frequency (as indicated in product sticker & data
sheets) Should be applied.
03. Handle with care product sensitive components such has aluminum louver & reflectors.
04. Be sure that product is not connected to supply during any installation activities.
05. Test the product after finalizing installation by connecting to proper supply & confirm it is
Working well. If not kindly check the installation instruction again.
06. Re tight all screws & brackets again after installating light source to keep the IP rating.
Maintenance Instructions :
01. Apply maintenance activities in case of lamp replace or periodic maintenance programs.
02. Remove cover or louvers with care using soft gloves & keep in clean place till re install
again after maintains activities.
03. Change light source with same specified type.
04. Clean the inner part using soft cloth & not allowed to use any chemicals, that can affect
the Painting & decrease life time.
05. Re tight all screws & brackets again after installating light source to keep the IP rating.
Instructions For How to Clean Debris if Accidental Broken :
01. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean up the breakage. This will spread the small
broken parts and dust throughout the area and could potentially contaminate the vacuum.
02. Keep people and pets away from the breakage area until the cleanup is complete
03. Ventilate the area by opening windows, and leave the area for 15 minutes before
returning to begin the cleanup. Mercury vapor levels will be lower by then.
04. For maximum protection and if you have them, wear rubber gloves to protect your hands
from the sharp parts
05. Carefully remove the larger pieces and place them in a secure closed container,
preferably a glass container with a metal screw top lid and seal like a canning jar.
06. Next, begin collecting the smaller pieces and dust. You can use two stiff pieces of paper
such as index cards or playing cards to scoop up pieces.
07. Put the area with the sticky side of duct tape, packing tape or masking tape to pick up
fine particles. Wipe the area with a wet wipe or damp paper towel to pick up even finer
particles.
08. Put all waste and materials into the glass container, including all material used in the
cleanup that may have been contaminated with mercury.
09. Remove the container with the breakage and cleanup materials from yourplace. This is
particularly important if you do not have a glass container.
10. Continue ventilating the place for several hours.
11. Wash your hands and face.

Troubleshooting:

The lamp does not emit light after the power is turned on.
Disconnect the power, please check if the wire is off
The lamp flashes after the power is turned on.
Disconnect the power and check that the power supply is in good contact.
Have a qualified electrician check if the power supply voltage is lower than required.
